"Bad impression on their coffee shop. Had breakfast yesterday and saw a lot of tables with used dishes piling up. Obviously guests had left but seems like no one is cleaning up. And the table I sat at has water stains all over it. Looked like whoever doing the cleaning did not not look and only got job half done. Room I was in the A/C was not working properly. I told the front desk in the morning and asked them to fix it but when I came back in the evening, the A/C is still now working. The draining system in the bathroom sink did not work. I had water in the sink when I left the room in the morning and when I came back in the evening, the water in the sink is gone but I found out the drainage system is still not working. It shows whoever serviced the room did not have the heart to get the job done correctly. One good thing to talk about is the hotel did offer me another room due to the A/C problem. Looks like the management is not doing their job."

"This stay was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt the meticulous service and luxurious environment. "The hotel design itself is amazing / rooms are big, quiet, huge windows- well equipped. Lumi and all her colleagues were clearly amazing - one of our guests woke up late, they arranged a little breakfast takeaway box. We were offered coffee while waiting for him. Breakfast was excellent - our guests were very pleased with our choice of this new hotel. I will surely stay there again when staying in Ningbo - both for personal or professional trips."

"The hotel was booked on short notice during the May Day holiday, but it was surprisingly good. The hotel is very large, the environment is very good, and the lake view room was upgraded, which is superb! The housekeeper Xiao Zhang provided very good service, applied for breakfast for the children, and helped to store the luggage when we went out to play. It was very good and safe to travel! The housekeeper Xiaoying provides good service, and the children also like the hot milk sent in the evening. The overall environment of the hotel is also OK. "Stayed in the hotel for two nights. We would like to note the high level of service. Clean and quiet room, air conditioner, bath. All questions were answered, at the reception there are lovely young ladies who speak excellent English. Fresh, tasty buffet breakfast, fragrant coffee. "Face-to-face staff are excellent with English speaking guests. Over the phone speaking English at night it’s impossible to order in-room dining or even communicate to have dishes collected. Food takes up to 45 minutes to arrive and is cold and in poor condition. Ordered an Angus burger - cold wedges and the bun was hard and cracked (perhaps left under heat lamp for too long); very poor value for money. Even buffet breakfasts are a little rough around the edges. On day 1 there was honey. On day 2 there was no will in the restaurant to supply honey or even check with the kitchen. Again, all staff (including janitors and handymen) are usually amazing and helpful. The team went out of their way to make my child feel welcome with free toys and activity packs."

"I called in advance to confirm that there was a room available, but the front desk upgraded it because it was not cleaned. It was fine. During the trial operation, there was still a strong smell of formaldehyde in the elevator. The laundry detergent was inferior, which was acceptable because it was cheap, but what was the meaning of putting it in a Blue Moon bottle? The washing machine and dryer were both Xiaomi, and Mi fans were praised, but underwear and socks were also thrown away. I can only say that the quality of the residents is not high."

And also ensure the comfort of the stay remains at its prime. Breakfast was also nice, had a decent selection. Definitely recommend this place for anyone and I loved the setup of the balcony."
