"The location is excellent. I had a lot of luggage so was very happy that the hotel was so close to the border. The rooms themselves are nice, the staff is friendly and the breakfast was good. One small issue I had with the place was there was a smell in both rooms I stayed in after I turned on the air conditioning. On the first night I asked to be moved to another room and it was fine initially but it returned after having the air conditioning on for a while. However, apart from this, everything was fine."

It's located near the border crossing, and the room was very spacious, clean, and tidy, making it super convenient for getting around. There are lots of restaurants right outside the hotel, and shopping is also very easy. The front desk lady was enthusiastic and proactive with a great attitude. The hotel even has a swimming pool. The room amenities weren't fully stocked, but the overall environment is fantastic. From the room, you can see the beautiful night view of Hekou."

"Clean and comfortable for its price. Good hot shower. Convenient location not far from the border with Vietnam and very short drive away from the main bus station. There are many shops, restaurants, big supermarket, park and a lovely river promenade all around the hotel. Excellent efficient staff. The young lady at the desk answered all my questions, helped with directions, transport and even explained to the taxi driver where to take me.
