"The hotel's exterior is beautiful, and the rooms are clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The front desk staff (specifically, the young lady) was warm and attentive. Breakfast offers a good variety, including rice noodles, regular noodles, fried eggs, and fruit. The chicken noodle soup (mǐxiàn) was particularly tasty. The restaurant next door serves delicious food at reasonable prices, and they even have dance and singing performances in the evenings. My only suggestion for improvement would be to enhance staff training to prevent incidents like someone entering the room with a key card without knocking first."

"They upgraded my room for free, and it was much larger. One of the rooms even had a direct view of the China Customs building and the Clock Tower from the window. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and professional, and they even allowed us to check in early and check out late. The hotel is a bit old, so some of the facilities are dated, but it's very clean, and the beds are spotless. There's a slight odor in the bathroom if you don't turn on the exhaust fan. The location is excellent, very close to the Customs building, and there's free parking available until 3 PM the next day. The travel agency downstairs was also great; we got our embassy visa the very next morning. It's very close to nearby attractions, and you can enjoy the scenery across the river with just a short walk. Friendly tip: When we first arrived, the Wi-Fi was constantly cutting out. A staff member came over, turned on the TV to test it, and after that, it worked perfectly without any lag. I'm not sure why, but it happened in both rooms."

"I was here for a trip, and the hotel is only a four to five-minute walk from the border crossing. The hotel is clean and hygienic, with spacious rooms and a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. All the facilities are very new and complete. Parking is easy, and they even gave us a free room upgrade when we checked in. "Clean and comfortable for its price. Good hot shower. Convenient location not far from the border with Vietnam and very short drive away from the main bus station. There are many shops, restaurants, big supermarket, park and a lovely river promenade all around the hotel. Excellent efficient staff. The young lady at the desk answered all my questions, helped with directions, transport and even explained to the taxi driver where to take me. For me as a foreigner just having arrived to a new country, that service alone deserves the highest rating. Thank you!"
