This hotel has relatively new facilities, and the standard rooms are quite spacious. The furniture is all carved mahogany or imitation mahogany, and the rooms are very clean. There's a garden and parking lot in front that can accommodate dozens of cars. It's also just a few dozen meters from the China-Vietnam Shopping Mall. The breakfast selection is plentiful, and the internet speed is fast. However, the showerhead is positioned too low, only about 1.1 meters.

The location is excellent. I had a lot of luggage so was very happy that the hotel was so close to the border. The rooms themselves are nice, the staff is friendly and the breakfast was good. One small issue I had with the place was there was a smell in both rooms I stayed in after I turned on the air conditioning. On the first night I asked to be moved to another room and it was fine initially but it returned after having the air conditioning on for a while. However, apart from this, everything was fine.

Location and Transportation: The hotel is located in the heart of the estuary, and the surrounding traffic is very convenient. It is only a few minutes' walk from the bus stop, which is very convenient for both local popular attractions and shopping in the business district. For self-driving friends, the hotel provides ample free parking spaces, which solves the problem of parking difficulties. Room facilities: The room layout is reasonable and the space is spacious and bright. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the mattress is moderately elastic, so that I can get a full rest after a busy day. The bathroom is clean and tidy, and the quality of toiletries is also good. In addition, the room is equipped with smart TV, high-speed wireless network and other facilities, which meet my needs in terms of work and entertainment. Clean and comfortable for its price. Good hot shower. Convenient location not far from the border with Vietnam and very short drive away from the main bus station. There are many shops, restaurants, big supermarket, park and a lovely river promenade all around the hotel. Excellent efficient staff. The young lady at the desk answered all my questions, helped with directions, transport and even explained to the taxi driver where to take me. For me as a foreigner just having arrived to a new country, that service alone deserves the highest rating. Thank you!
