1. When I entered the room, I found an empty water bottle and a bag, which were likely left behind by housekeeping. This shouldn't happen and indicates that the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly or checked properly. 2. For breakfast, the auntie making the chicken pho added mostly chicken giblets, neck, and brains instead of actual chicken meat. I took two bites of the noodles and one piece of chicken before leaving. 3. The front desk lady was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful with all my questions. 4. The location is great, right next to the border gate, so you don't have to drive around looking for parking. 5. After the rain, the hotel's floor tiles became extremely slippery. I saw someone fall and had to walk very carefully myself. Honestly, it's probably best to avoid staying here on a rainy day. All the good feedback is thanks to the front desk staff.

The hygiene, service, decor, software and hardware facilities, and toiletries were all excellent 👍. Plus, the free pick-up service was a nice touch. There weren't many vegetable options to begin with, but this morning, I arrived at the restaurant at 9:15 AM and most of the stir-fries were already gone. A staff member walked by the congee section at least three times. I waited 30 minutes, and it was almost 10:00 AM, but no one refilled the dishes. At least when it comes to vegetables, they could offer more. I understand they might be trying to control costs and avoid waste if there aren't many guests, but it wouldn't hurt to add one or two more vegetable dishes, or at least proactively ask guests if they'd like more. I don't think that's unreasonable. I hope the hotel's business flourishes. Regarding breakfast, they could learn from some smaller, well-run B&Bs and chain hotels to improve in this area without causing waste. Since the hotel is ranked as a high-end establishment on various platforms, it should really live up to that name.

Clean and comfortable for its price. Good hot shower. Convenient location not far from the border with Vietnam and very short drive away from the main bus station. There are many shops, restaurants, big supermarket, park and a lovely river promenade all around the hotel. Excellent efficient staff. The young lady at the desk answered all my questions, helped with directions, transport and even explained to the taxi driver where to take me. For me as a foreigner just having arrived to a new country, that service alone deserves the highest rating. Thank you!
