是個商住樓，有本地業主、還有其它酒店。停車場有-1、4F、5F（車坐電梯上去），住店免費停車，挨着出入境口岸。房間是清水中式風格，由於水汽散不開，剛進門會有一股水黴味，開窗户通下風也還好。受水汽影響，地板和牆板受損比較重。用的電熱水器，用水高峯時期水壓不足。整體除了設施陳舊了些，其它也還好。想體驗下這種風格，所以住的這家。圖不是雙床房，但基本類似。

飄窗的犄角旮旯裏灰塵油漬和螞蟻、整間屋子煙味瀰漫，細節處的衞生不能細看。前台挺盡責。就當是冒險了。

跟毛坯房沒什麼區別，也不提供一次性拖鞋，進酒店的電梯魚龍混雜，如果想體驗孤注一擲的同款，可以參考一下

房間設施老化，置物架搖搖晃晃，毛巾很舊，漱口杯很舊，淋浴噴頭一言難盡，洗頭幾乎無法沖乾淨，出水量非常小，建議後續提升一下客用品的品質

房間沒有裝修，説是它們特有的風格，我像住在毛坯房裡，有異味，五一出行價格偏貴，價格和環境有點不匹配，房間裏有蟑螂，説明太臟，這是我有史以來住得最不愉快的，床上用品好像沒洗過，味道特別大，建議慎重考慮。

位置還不錯離口岸很近，房間很也如其他網友所言為工業風格，酒店和濱江國際酒店是同一棟樓，屬於公寓式酒店，只是藍莓酒店的樓層比較高，景色也比較漂亮，前台的服務還不錯可以讓你提前入住。
