The overall experience was mixed, so I'll share my positives and negatives separately. Negative review: The service was terrible. When I called customer service to ask if I could use the washing machine, they acted like I was being irritating. I've traveled a lot, and I've never experienced this kind of behavior in other hotels. Then I decided, since I don't like answering the phone, I might as well add them on WeChat. Customer service sent me this: (What does it mean? I don't care, but as a guest, the experience was undoubtedly terrible.) (Photos and audio recordings included.) I made four calls that day. The first was to ask how to get to the hotel from the train station. The second was to ask customer service about the B&B I couldn't find near the residential area. The third was to ask about check-in because the hotel didn't have a front desk. The fourth was to inquire about the washing machine. These were all reasonable requests for a guest, and the last call was around 9:30 PM, not too late. This hotel acted like a superstar while addressing reasonable requests. While the request was addressed, the attitude was simply terrible. It made for a less than enjoyable trip. It's not the hotel's fault, but here are some of the negative aspects of my stay: (I checked in on January 31, 2024, and I'm not sure if this will improve.) Downstairs, I don't know if they were either building or unloading, but it was incredibly noisy. I could still hear the hum of traffic until 2 a.m., which was very disturbing. (I also have a video and photos of the noise, taken from my hotel room. If you turn up the volume, you can hear the noise I recorded.) Positive aspects: The room was generally fine, matching the photos. The bed was a perfect firmness, and the bathroom had separate wet and dry areas. (There were two lights in the bathroom, one of which didn't work, but the other was working, so it wasn't a problem.) The neighborhood is great! Lots of greenery, making it a pleasant walk! If your laundry doesn't dry properly, you can go up to the rooftop (one floor above the B&B). However, the B&B's washing machine was a bit dirty. My clothes smelled bad after washing, so I went downstairs and bought a bottle of 84 for soaking. I don't recommend using it. Staying near the port is only ten yuan more. While the rooms don't have this kind of decor, the staff I encountered there were warm and friendly. They answered all my questions about the room and introduced me to many local attractions, even joining me in on the fun. It was a much better experience. This is just for your reference; make your own choice.

It's very good. Taxi drivers know it and pulled me directly to the entrance of the community. It's industrial style and very warm. The boss is not here, the room door is open, and self-service check-in is very convenient.

The experience is better. 1. The boss is from the north, he is generous, warm and friendly. 2. The room design is relatively beautiful, all electrical appliances are complete, and there are electric mosquito coils. 3. It's quiet when sleeping. 4. The location is relatively good, next to Vietnam City. 5. His accommodation is in a community. There are security guards at the entrance of the community, so safety precautions are relatively good. There is also a barbecue stall at the door, but I haven’t tried it yet. 6. There are other tenants in the B&B, and it is relatively quiet during the day, which does not affect your rest. 7. The registration process is relatively convenient. Online registration is convenient and fast, and the check-in procedure is simple and saves time. 8. The lighting combination in the room is more flexible, and the bathroom partitions are better designed.

老闆人很好，房間很乾凈，裝修風格好看，拍照出片，房間就能直接點吃的，老闆自己做的，好吃，很棒！

沒有0，不然就是0。本來住的合適的，第二天再次預訂，平台上可以預訂，但是商家告知沒房需要升級房間，所以沒有預訂。然後和平台客服告知這一情況，希望商家下架該房間（因為離鎮上和火車站還挺遠的），結果商家過來一頓罵，還威脅要來打我，如果差評還要天天騷擾我，那你們要入住的自己考慮吧

房間是工業風，所以有一面牆是磚頭，上面有衣掛，但不適合放衣服，容易刮花。另外一面水泥牆平整，但是衣架又壞了。沒有紗窗，為了防蟲所以不能開窗（浴室沒有換氣系統）大廳有老鼠，我看見兩次了。我倒是無所謂，估計妹子得嚇壞了。房間隔音比較差。有一半的房間都是靠近一個卡車停車場的，晚上車子還是有的，怕噪音的最好備一個耳塞。但我是不怕噪音的，所以還好。附近吃的非常少，不過縣城裡的外賣還是能送到的，不考慮外賣的慎重。

50一晚的大床房，房間很高，十幾樓，視野很好。房間的裝飾很有風格，公共區也很寬敞。地理位置距離中心城區稍微有一點遠。

交通便利環境舒適衞生一流服務熱情！價格實惠！值得推薦

住過一晚，感覺非常好，位置很好，很安靜，距越南城一條馬路之隔，打車方便，小區門口就是超市，周邊吃的很多，越南城的商品更是應有盡有。跟一般的青年旅舍相比，除了有寬敞的公共空間、廚房、洗衣機外，每個房間都足夠大且各具特色。去哪兒都喜歡住青年旅舍，自由自在，去景區容易找到拼車、同遊的伴。個人看法，青年旅舍本來就是為年輕人出遊提供經濟實惠住宿的地方，據我所知，多數青旅是賺不了多少錢的，做青旅的老闆們初衷都是出於一種情懷，所以，不能對它要求太高，安全、衞生、安靜即可。
