"First, the location: It's situated at the intersection of Fengfeng Road and First Ring Road, with a subway station conveniently located less than 500 meters downstairs. It's a standalone apartment building. Regarding parking: The entrance to the parking lot is right next to the building's main entrance and is very easy to find. You can park on B2 or B3. It costs 3 RMB per hour with no daily maximum. However, the host does offer some parking fee subsidies. The room: It's a duplex loft with a very generous space, feeling neither cramped nor oppressive at all. I've stayed in several lofts before where the upstairs felt quite confined, but this one is perfectly comfortable. The room had fresh, odor-free air and was clean and tidy. We really loved the decor style. The amenities were also very comprehensive, including a refrigerator, washing machine, and bathtub. Having two bathrooms in the room was extremely convenient. The air conditioning was powerful, cooling down the room in just a few minutes. Our entire family, young and old, was very pleased. Service: The front desk staff were incredibly warm, enthusiastic, and patient. As we were tourists, they eagerly provided recommendations for local attractions, must-try foods, and even potential pitfalls to avoid. Any questions or issues we had were addressed promptly. We were extremely satisfied and would definitely give it a five-star rating!"

All the hotel facilities are very new, and the cleanliness is consistently excellent. As I'm quite particular about hotels, this place has become my top choice every time I visit Chengdu for business. They are also quick to respond and proactive in resolving any issues. "With my family away this time, I decided to take a solo cycling trip. Having frequently stayed at the St. Regis in Shanghai, I was keen to experience the Chengdu property. The St. Regis boasts an excellent location in the highly convenient Chunxi Road/Taisheng South Road district, offering unparalleled accessibility. Upon arrival, the prominent 'Evergrande Group St. Regis Chengdu' sign instantly brought back nostalgic memories of the economic boom's glory days. Entering my room, despite it being a standard category, I was genuinely impressed by its spaciousness – the hotel truly delivered above expectations! As I was here for cycling, I rented a bike, and the concierge team very thoughtfully stored it for me, making pick-up and use incredibly convenient. After my first day of cycling, I enjoyed the buffet at the Show restaurant. The young restaurant supervisor was exceptionally polite and courteous; seeing her brought back memories of my own youth, and I found myself unexpectedly moved to tears. On my final day, due to unexpected heavy traffic, I only made it back to the hotel for check-out at 2:05 PM. My butler was incredibly understanding and thoughtfully extended my check-out time, giving me just enough time for a lightning-fast shower before leaving, which truly brought my cycling trip to a perfect conclusion."

When I checked in, I had a small issue, and not only did she promptly resolve it, but she also paid close attention to numerous details. For instance, she made sure to mention that the higher floors offer better views. Her attentiveness was truly impressive and really touched me. The room itself was also a wonderful surprise. The high-floor view was absolutely breathtaking; opening the window, I could catch a glimpse of the vibrant Taikoo Li. Enjoying the views by day and the city lights by night was incredibly pleasant. "This hotel is so new that it seems to have opened in a hurry without sufficient preparation. When checking in, they said that the room would be upgraded, but the windows of the upgraded room could not be closed tightly. I called the front desk several times, and it took a long time for someone to come to fix it. After inspection, they said that it could not be fixed, so I had to change the room again, which delayed nearly an hour. However, Manager Yang's service was good, efficient, and able to actively solve problems, but the ability of other service staff could be improved. Considering that the hotel has just opened, these situations are understandable, and I hope it will get better and better in the future."

"Unfortunately we hired a room in a hotel with swimming pool, but the swimming pool was out of service and they didn't notify us. Very disappointed with that. The breakfast wasn't the best also, no enough fresh fruit, the bread wasn't fresh. If you rent a room in a 5 star hotel, you expect something better, coffee awful."
