"On a business trip to Changsha, I stayed at this hotel following a colleague's recommendation, and the experience far exceeded my expectations. The front desk service on the ground floor was incredibly welcoming; the lady spoke softly and had such a kind and thoughtful attitude. She even proactively upgraded me to a river-view king room. The room was spacious and well-appointed with every amenity. Not only did it feature a bathtub and bathrobes, but an iron was thoughtfully provided, which perfectly addressed my immediate need to press my clothes and shirts. The bedding, too, was a delightful surprise; the mattress offered the perfect balance of firmness, and the duvet and sheets were incredibly soft and skin-friendly. I felt all my fatigue melt away the moment I lay down, leading to exceptionally sound and peaceful sleep throughout my stay. The highlight, however, was definitely the room's stunning view – opening the window revealed a panoramic vista of Orange Isle and the majestic Xiang River unfolding right before my eyes. Especially at dusk, as the golden hues of the setting sun streamed into the room, the spectacular evening glow over the river was on full display. That moment of tranquility and comfort truly allowed me to completely unwind, both physically and mentally."

"I recently checked in during the early hours around 12+ a.m. after booking through Trip.com. Upon entering the room, I was not informed it was a smoking room, and unfortunately, the smell was extremely unpleasant, especially after turning on the air-conditioning which seemed to circulate the stale smoke. This experience was disappointing and unacceptable, especially since there was no prior notice during the booking or at check-in. For health and comfort reasons, I would have never agreed to a smoking room. Please ensure that all customers are clearly informed in advance if they are being assigned a smoking room. Transparency on this matter is essential, especially during late-night check-ins when options to change rooms may be limited. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and review your procedures to avoid similar experiences for future guests."

"This hotel lobby not at ground floor . Lobby at level 7. Have a very nice Zen feel . Breakfast from hotel is simple type .. at their lobby have a mini swimming pool . Can see around high rise building . Didn’t try the swimming pool as I not too sure the pool have clean up often maybe I go is a bit cold weather. The pool seat sofa can see a lot of mod don’t think got wash or replace just leave it there day n night . Put aside the swimming pool , the overall stay at this hotel is great . Give a clean, friendly and peace feeling staying at here . Room inside is spacious enough. Wuyi square just about 10min walk away so no much issue then staying too near the mall area will be too noisy ."

"For our family trip to Changsha (2 adults, 2 children), we were looking for a conveniently located hotel as we planned to visit Changsha Fantawild the next day. We initially considered Wyndham, but then discovered the Jinmao Luxury Collection Hotel, and our stay there truly exceeded all expectations. Our booking was for a triple room, which included breakfast for three. The hotel is undoubtedly luxurious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Check-in was a standout feature: instead of the usual standing in a queue at the front desk, even at other luxurious hotels, we were seated at individual counters for a personalized and smooth process. Elevators require key card access to select floors, and even takeout deliveries are brought to your room by a small robot, ensuring excellent security. The room was incredibly comfortable. Upon entering, there's a spacious walk-in closet, followed by a large floor-to-ceiling window. There were two beds that could be pushed together. The toilet and shower areas were separate, and there were two sinks along with a vanity table. The absolute highlight was a small bathtub positioned right by the floor-to-ceiling window – I even managed a relaxing soak before checking out on our last day! Everything perfectly matched the hotel's promotional images. We were so captivated upon entering that we completely forgot to take any photos. I thought the breakfast was just average, although there was a good selection. The hotel also boasts a swimming pool and a petting zoo. I heard the pool is an infinity pool, but unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to check it out. The petting zoo is quite small but perfect for a quick stroll with the kids. The entrance tickets were complimentary from the hotel, though a feeding package cost 20 RMB per portion. Each room is supplied with 6 complimentary bottles of Bama mineral water daily, and the free tea selection even includes two pour-over coffee packets. The hotel is directly accessible from the Culture Center station on Metro Line 2. From the metro exit, you can walk straight through Jinmao City Shopping Mall to the hotel, avoiding any sun exposure. It's a true all-in-one destination for dining, accommodation, and entertainment, and the price was very reasonable. Plus, the Cultural Center is right next door. My only regret is not booking for two nights!"

"Book a review view the view was exceptional. The breakfast was lacklustre and just not up to standard. The room was decent and cleaning could be better. As well as general Maintenance of the room. The daily housekeeping was none existent. All that was done was bed somewhat neatened and towels refreshed and water provided. No cleaning of anything else was done which was highly disappointing for a 4star hotel. We also kept on running out of toilet paper. Requesting amenities on xiaodu was pointless cause they never arrived."

"Very new hotel. Buffet is especially good. Although the hotel is slightly far away from city centre, the metro is just right next to the hotel."

"The hotel is good. When I came out of the Liugoulong subway entrance, I found a Chayanyuese and bought a cup of Chayan. No need to queue. There are many small stalls at the subway entrance. There are stinky tofu, fried noodles, fried rice, and braised food. It is full of fireworks. I like to eat it. It is more suitable for friends who like snacks. It's very close to the hotel. The front desk is in the lobby on the first floor. Xiao Fang at the front desk is also very welcoming and check-in is quick."

"I was extremely impressed by the rooms, facilities and services provided by this hotel. Everyone from the front desk to the concierge went out of their way to help with everything. The rooms are large, bright and comfortable. I went there for the Alec Su concert, the hotel even put his cupboard cut-out in the lobby for us to take photos and played his songs! The location is very convenient for Mango stadium events and the hotel golf carts will drive you to the closest exit and you can walk there in 5 minutes. I will definitely stay here again for concerts."

"The reception service at the front desk was very enthusiastic. The guest rooms were clean and tidy, with good sanitary conditions. The beds, furniture, toilets and other facilities were complete and functioning properly. The service staff responded to our needs in a timely manner, such as providing additional toiletries, changing bed sheets, etc. They were all very enthusiastic in receiving us without being impatient. It is close to the business district and has complete surrounding facilities. It is very convenient and worth recommending. It is very cost-effective."
