A particularly good hotel, right on the edge of the old city. To be precise, I live in the scenic spot. Open the windows and the old city is full of eyes. Every time I come to Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, I choose this hotel. The off-season price is around 600, which is acceptable. This time, the staff at the front desk had a very good service, and the room card was prepared early. The hotel’s breakfast is good, rich in variety and snow-white tablecloths. It is very pleasant to have breakfast while looking at the historic sites in the old city. There were many Arabs and Turks in the hotel, and almost no Chinese were seen. The Latin Bridge is within three minutes of going out. There are many restaurants in the old town, and there is also a Chinese restaurant, which is convenient for eating. The BBI shopping mall is also a 15-minute walk away. However, a friend put US dollars in a bag while staying here, and left the bag after leaving the hotel room. After returning to China, he found 10 100-dollar bills, which turned into 10 one-dollar bills🙀. It should be the result of the hotel staff stealing their posts and changing posts, because they have already returned to China and cannot call the police. So, you must be cautious when you check in and take care of your personal belongings, especially cash.
The hotel is generally clean, safe and very suitable for a comfortable holiday. The breakfast menu is quite good. Eating at the hotel restaurant is not expensive. All these are the positive aspects of the hotel.
However, they keep your passport hostage at the reception and do not want to give it to you until you leave the hotel. I have no idea how they can cover any damage to the passport. and actually a great irresponsibility for the hotel. But they don't even care. Finally, it is very absurd that they ask for a fee at check-out for the water in the room.
Hotel Grad in Sarajevo is a nice little place. Quiet, clean, friendly service. It was even better than we had expected for this price. I recommend Hotel Grad!

1-The location is easy to find, whether it is a taxi or it is very convenient to walk by yourself
2-The front desk service is very friendly, the girls are beautiful, the boys are gentle
3-The air conditioning in the room is strong, and the sound insulation is also very good.
4 - Help with cleaning every day
5- 3 minutes walk from the hotel to the tram stop; 8 minutes walk to the river; all Sarajevo attractions are along the river and tram tracks, so it is very convenient to walk from the hotel regardless of any attraction you are going to
6- The hotel can help contact the pick-up and drop-off machine, 20 euros a single time, more luggage is recommended, if you take a taxi, the driver here will increase the price indiscriminately.
7 - A free map will be provided at the front desk for visitors to refer to
8- There are three supermarkets across the road from the downhill of the hotel, and then the pigeon fountain, and the tomb area is going up; yellow fort and yellow fort
The hotel is very good. The front desk is very considerate. The taxi service is very convenient.
Hygiene: clean
Facilities: Everything you need is there, even slippers
Environment: Larger than other hotels of the same level in Europe
Service: Needless to say, it’s so attentive.
The hotel is very clean, the bath is very big, the toiletries need to be prepared by yourself, the room has a small refrigerator, the breakfast can be full, the front desk staff is very good, and everything needs to be actively helped. The window is a little bit soundproof and there is no electric kettle.
Facilities: There is an elevator, I like the decoration style very much, the corridor aroma is wonderful.
Hygienic: clean and tidy, staying for two consecutive days, helping to clean and change bath towels in the middle.
Environment: Very close to the city center, basically no more than 200 meters from the attractions and restaurants that need to be punched in.
Service: Don't think about coming to Sarajevo, just live here, absolutely satisfied. . The staff is very good in English, there is no hot water bottle in the room, I called in the middle of the night and sent it upstairs, and also helped to call a taxi. I came to the Balkans for more than two weeks and felt that there was a value for money four-star hotel for the first time.
tips: Trip.com booked a stall that did not include breakfast, but the hotel front desk told us the price including breakfast, and the breakfast was really rich and delicious.

SShae IslamThe hotel is in the perfect location, scenic and near restaurants, shops etc. It is walking distance to old town and a lot of the sights, like the cable car, the wooden fountain, historical mosques, city hall, eternal flame, museums, markets, etc. The hotel is super clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The room itself was huge, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was fantastic, you’re given toiletries and tea, coffee etc. Breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty, buffet style with a variety of juices and coffees/teas, ate so much! Used the sauna which is free and you book sessions with the reception staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again when I visit Sarajevo Bosnia again, loved it! Thank you :-)
HHafsah MatarFantastic place for short and long stays with central location, walking distance from everything. The rooms are spacious, fully equipped and sparkling clean. Very friendly and welcoming staff and their breakfast is decent with huge variety of food and drinks.
CChenchen✨The room is small but very clean. There are no toothbrush sets or paper towels. The location is very good. It is right in the center of the old city. There are many scenic spots around. There are many delicacies that can be checked in. It is suitable for lazy people to eat and go shopping
RRonan PatrickNice hotel. Well located in Sarajevo Old Town. Within walking distance of most of the main attractions. Room was a bit noisy, due to close proximity to the main road and I was unsure if people could look in my window from the road as I was only on the first floor. Room was also a little dark due to the common trend in hotels now to not have a central light in the middle of the room. Breakfast was quite good in the morning with a large selection. Staff were helpful and easy to arrange a taxi to and from the airport.
AAnonymous UserAlmost impeccable, it is a good choice in Sarajevo, comfortable and spacious, rich and delicious breakfast, which is the guarantee of a perfect journey.
It would be perfect if there is a bathtub.
MMohammad Khatib YusWe stayed at the 4 Bedrooms Penthouse Apartment
The toilets have a poor partition between wet and dry areas. Due to that, our toilet has water ponding and dries the area.
Overall our stay there was good.
AAnonymous UserThis hotel is in a great location. It's on the edge of the old street or the old town. It's about a 10-minute walk from the Latin Bridge. The room I stayed in was a single room on the top floor. The bathroom had a sloping roof and I couldn't stand up straight when taking a shower. But I didn't mind. The price was cheap, the single room was in a great location, and it was convenient. I was very satisfied.
NNesrine FatimaWe originally chose another hotel but there was a problem so customer service assigned us this one.
When we arrived, we checked in with a really nice girl who welcomed us really well.
The rooms are good overall. A few shortcomings but nothing serious.
The breakfast is huge. There was something for everyone.
The hotel has a swimming pool, sauna and gym. Which is a plus.
On the other hand, it is not very well located.
In the evening, we stayed without dinner because no restaurant was open in the area.
There is a tram nearby to go to the city but it does not work in the evening.
GGuest UserFor those with time to enjoy Sarajevo Grand Hotel offers all you need as well as a glimpse into one of the many 'Grand' hotels with fitting that encapsulate the former Yugoslavia.
Breakfast although basic was within expectations for the price point. The 'Sarajevo 1984' Olympic colors on the chairs I thought were a nice nod to the past.
The room was modest but included everything I needed as a solo traveller and was cleaned every couple of days. Lack of AC was the only thing that made the trip slightly less comfortable.
There is a bar on a maisonette floor that serves drinks all day till around 11PM. The staff were courteous and helpful.
For those who don't have a car, taxi can be ordered from the front desk or you can walk 5 minutes to the Railway Station and nearest Tram/Bus stops.
The observation tower is nearby, the Ottoman city is around 30 minutes on foot.
I would stay again. 👍
RRingoDadGreat hotel with an interesting historical background in a historical city; It's a little over 20 mins walk to the city center, however I choose this hotel because I have a car and this hotel has a very good parking lot for guest. You may take #6 tram to most city sights on this circle line.
Hotel breakfast was very good, however the hotel facilities and deco look little dated, and internet was very slow on 8th floor when we were there.
