"Una estancia maravillosa Pasamos un tiempo excelente en este hotel. Todo estaba limpio, cómodo y bien cuidado. A pesar de su cercanía a la carretera, el ambiente era tranquilo y relajado, ideal para descansar. El restaurante del hotel también fue una grata sorpresa: buena comida y servicio atento. El hotel cuenta con dos piscinas pequeñas pero muy acogedoras, donde también se pueden recoger toallas sin problema. Justo al lado del hotel hay un estanque muy bonito con gansos, perfecto para pasear o simplemente disfrutar del entorno. Aspectos a mejorar: En verano de 2025, notamos que en la zona de la piscina hay pocas tumbonas, por lo que muchos huéspedes terminaban sentándose directamente sobre las toallas. Aunque la habitación dispone de una pequeña cocina equipada con cafetera y hervidor de agua, no hay absolutamente ningún utensilio disponible: ni tazas, ni cucharas, ni abrebotellas, lo cual resulta un poco incómodo si se desea preparar algo. En resumen, una excelente opción para unas vacaciones tranquilas. ¡Volveríamos sin dudarlo!"

"This was the finest of experiences I have ever had at a hotel. Even before our trip had begun, the holiday vibe had already started, 2 weeks prior to our flight. A member of hotel reception staff at the B&B in Sant Cugat, a beautiful soul, a lady by the name of Maria Faatemah had won us over with her swift responses to our queries and concerns. The more we responded, the more our mind and hearts were at ease. Always polite and courteous with so much manners and always ready to help us with whatever we presented her with. 2 weeks fast forward - We were welcomed with her sincere wholesome smile and she already knew who we were as soon as she saw is approaching the reception desk. This is someone who is connected with herself and showed is compassion from the get-go. She served us as though she was the leader and she didn't let us feel uncomfortable even though we didn't speak much Spanish. She showed us to our room and told us to feel free to ask her should we need anything. We had a slight situation with our air-condition unit and within 10 minutes she had that resolved by giving us an extra room until the maintenance man fixes the A/C. The second room was beautiful and I slept their for 2 days and it was a great experience. Faatemah called taxi's for us, ordered food for us, she translated Spanish to English and she even guided us towards the best tourist spots. It really felt like she had gone above and beyond, at no extra cost. Even the kids were saying they wanted to buy her something as a thank you present for her amazing service and beautiful mannerism. Faatemah was incredibly professional, compassionate and offered such a lovely service that we all fell in love with Spain (Barcelona) and would love to go back, just for experiencing this service again. Faatemah is much more than a lady behind the reception desk and I hope you all the best in the future and I hope you progress to become something bigger and better and that others are also receptive enough to appreciate you. "The hotel is a decent three star hotel.Good location near Sant Joan train station.Breakfast is decent.Room is clean However there is nothing around the hotel and it is far from city center.Price is reasonable. Staff is accommodating.Overall, I will recommend this hotel, especially near Esade Sant Cugat"
