"We stay for 2 nights and supposing they need to do housekeeping so when we came back from city tour and was shock that no cleaning at all. They just hang 2 bottles of water and I need to go reception and request for the amenities. They have a small reception on the basement."

"Very nice apartment style hotel, with microwave and refrigerator/freezer, TV, dining table, 2 chairs and balcony in the room.
We have stayed here before and decided to return when we came back to Chiang Mai. In the first room that we were given, the AC wasn't working very well and the room stayed warm. The owner came by to take a look and moved us to another room which we appreciated. Very good value and has most of the amenities you need. The rooms are also very clean. It is located next to a mall and is about 20 mins drive from Chiang Mai old city. Service is also very good, the housekeeping staff is very fast, efficient and polite."

"Beautiful house in Chiangmai. The host is nice and friendly. The house was perfect for our family, spotless, spacious. Cleaning daily is top. We enjoyed so much in the pool. The host provide also the breakfast with good price. Safe and near the city, near the mall. Thank you so much for having us!"

"Excellent new condo. Everything is clean. New towels, linen, slippers. Large swimming pool, bbq area, tennis, billiards, Lego room, work/study room and more. Everything is done so that you can come and live without leaving the complex. A small minus is that 7 eleven is a bit far (10 minutes). But there is a large shopping center nearby. We liked everything. We will be happy to come back again."

"First time staying at Kanna Playhouse Poolvilla and we had such a great time! The villa is clean, cozy, and fully equipped. The swimming pool was perfect for relaxing, and we really enjoyed using the BBQ area in the evening.
There’s also a super cute, colorful spot that’s perfect for taking fun photos. The location is peaceful but still close to shopping malls and restaurants.
The host was very kind and always quick to respond whenever we had questions—made everything easy and smooth.
Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a fun, relaxing getaway in Chiang Mai!"

漢漢Although the number of rooms in the hotel is small, it feels relatively quiet. The friendly and friendly attitude of the boss and the proprietress makes you have the urge to book again. Although the sparrow is small and well-equipped, it is worth visiting again.

NNell LooBest Value Stay in Chiang Mai!
Probably the most cost-effective and pleasant stay of my trip. I booked a few hotels and abnbs, but this one really stood out. While the breakfast was a bit underwhelming, it’s more than fair given the price per night—no complaints at all. Everything was decent, and parking was available too. This will definitely be my go-to budget choice next time I visit Chiang Mai.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit remote, half an hour's drive from the city. The hotel is located in a forest, and the environment is very good. The boss is very nice! Very amiable. And thoughtful about everything. Seeing that I bought beer, he also told me that Thai law only allows me to buy alcohol at noon and in the evening. The tree house is a pure wooden house, which was renovated from an old house before, and it has a sense of age. However, the mattress in the room is a bit broken. I didn't sleep well all night. In addition, the hotel is next to the road, and it is very noisy at night. The water heater in the room seems to be only warm when it is turned to the maximum.

Last week I hit a fly to Chiang Mai! It's just for a new hotel that I accidentally brushed, I just feel like I want to live in the picture!
First of all, the design of the hotel is really beautiful! Like a large independent manor! Many details of the hotel are very careful, and the furniture display is very textured!
The restaurant environment of the hotel is really good! And the food is very good!
I stayed in a Lotus-themed single-family villa, elegant and quiet, and I can enjoy the beautiful lotus in the room, just like poetic beauty.
After breakfast in the morning, you can take pictures on the hotel lawn. It is very popular. It has a French manor. You can also have afternoon tea set at the hotel. You will not get tired of staying at the hotel for a day~
The hotel also has a separate swimming pool, and the photos are super beautiful.
Suggestion: French wear black and white/color with French straw hat, casual back shots are very filmed

TTravelling Is LifeHad a great stay here, and there are loads to do for children. 3 different swimming pools, two of them have a slide which the kids loved. The staff are friendly and always at hand to help. The gardens are beautiful and we loved to spend time there too. The location is right on the highway so it was a bit difficult to walk out of the hotel but it wasn't a massive problem for us as we got what we needed whilst we were out doing activities. I would stay again. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was okay. Restaurant and coffee shop were both nice.

Because it is a bit far from downtown, it takes a while to call Grab or Bolt. If you use hotel pick-up service (one way), you can use a van for 600 baht.
