"What a nice hotel. Very clean and spacious with a luxury feel. We got a free upgrade which made our stay even better. The staff at the front desk are super helpful, helping us find appropriate shops to sort out our needs. Breakfast is very good with a wide selection and a very peaceful environment. Dinner is also very delicious. It is a bit out of the town, but booking through YandexGo is quite easy. Never wait for more than 6 minutes. Close to eternal city, which is quite a love place to visit. All in all. A very pleasant stay..."

"Facilities: A bit old. Location: Tucked away in an alley. Cleanliness: Decent. Service: Good. The little white note indicates they can open (the room/door) proactively. "On my last day of independent travel in Samarkand, I had an 8 AM train, so I wouldn't be able to make breakfast. I informed the front desk in advance to prepare the check-in certificate (the small slip of paper) for me in the morning. This is a Uzbekistan regulation; if you've been traveling here for more than three days, border control might randomly check your accommodation certificates from hotels and guesthouses when you exit the country. They also prepared a packed meal for me. The staff member on duty in the morning quickly sorted everything out. Since this hotel is located on a pedestrian street, arriving and departing by ride-sharing service requires going to a spot not far diagonally across from the hotel, then passing through a small gate to a back street to pinpoint the pick-up/drop-off location. For arrivals, contact the hotel beforehand, and they will email you the details. For departures, some ride-sharing drivers might get confused and have trouble finding the spot. It's usually not a big deal, but when we left in the morning, it happened twice, and we almost had to ask the front desk staff to call a car for us."

"The room was very clean and spacious. The owner speaks English, which was helpful. The map he provided was excellent; all the restaurants recommended on it were fantastic. Since it's a guesthouse and not a hotel, only essential amenities are provided. The shared kitchen was a convenient feature. As of June 2026, there was construction in the surrounding area and the roads weren't fully paved. When I tried to leave the guesthouse, my Yandex Go rides were canceled twice because they couldn't reach the property. It's recommended to book a taxi from near the main road (about a 5-minute walk) or from Registan Square (about a 15-minute walk). This was a bit inconvenient, but it should be fine once the construction is finished. Overall, I highly recommend it because it's very affordable, especially since accommodations in Samarkand can be quite expensive. "Everything else was fine, but they charged $10 for a bottle of mineral water in the room, even if you didn't drink it, which is pretty odd. The area around the hotel is very quiet and spacious, with fountains and many luxury hotels nearby, making it very convenient."

"The location is just okay. It's about 2-3km by taxi to the main attractions, but the main road outside the hotel is very congested, making it time-consuming to get a ride. The hotel facilities are good, and the decor is very new. In the morning, you can see the distant snow-capped mountains from your room. I really love the bed here; it's soft, cozy, and the largest among the three hotels I stayed at during this trip. The front desk service varies quite a bit. When I checked in, there were two male staff members who were rather indifferent. At the time, there was a Chinese tour group in the lobby, and it seemed someone was injured and needed assistance from the front desk, but they were quite unhelpful. However, the young lady I encountered when checking out was fantastic – very friendly and professional. Her name is Sevinch, and I hope everyone staying here gets to meet this kind front desk staff member."

Environment: We were upgraded to a junior suite with a huge terrace overlooking a garden. The room decor had a lot of local character. Service: Very welcoming and helpful. Since my train wasn't until later in the afternoon, I requested a late check-out until 2 PM through Trip.com, which they kindly accommodated."

Despite the hotel's location by the road, there was no street noise audible in the room. It's less than 3 km to the main attractions. We walked everywhere, exploring the city along the way. The room was clean and cozy, with everything you need. I especially want to highlight the very convenient location of the hotel, making it easy to get to the city's main attractions. A big plus is the sauna and swimming pool. After walking around the city, it was especially nice to relax in the hotel's spa area in the evening. This added even more comfort to my vacation.
