Sangzor Boutique Hotel
"The hotel is amazing, room is clean, breakfast is delicious. the staffs at the front desk especially whose name is Diyorbek are very friendly and helpful. Our suitcase is damaged and they helped us do the repair."
Kosh Havuz boutique hotel
"I arrived in Samarkand on a morning flight, so I reached the hotel around noon. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, allowing me to check in early. After two connecting flights and a sleepless night, I was exhausted, and their thoughtfulness in letting me rest early was truly comforting. The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk to the iconic square within minutes, and there are fantastic restaurants nearby. The room itself has a distinct local character, with carved headboards, windows, and wooden beams. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with all necessary toiletries. There's also a heated spa on the rooftop – perfect for a romantic evening of stargazing while you relax. What truly stood out was the design and decor of the courtyard; it exudes a rich ethnic and cultural ambiance, with vibrant colors and intricate details, making it very photogenic. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the service staff were attentive and prompt. My first visit to Samarkand was an excellent experience, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip."
Siab Boutique Hotel
"Convenient location close to the airport and train station. Clean room and a comfortable mattress. I'd like to thank the guy at the reception for his help, and for the breakfast box (due to my early morning check-out)."
Wellness Park Hotel Bactria
"The hotel was very nice, comfortable, and clean. The front desk staff even warned me not to take illegal taxis. Although it's in the suburbs, taxis are very cheap. It seems like all the better hotels are in this area."
AL MARYAM HoteL
"It's a small hotel with cozy rooms. The staff are friendly and accomodaring. Breakfast was also a good spread and delicious."
Mövenpick Samarkand
"Location makes it easy to walk to Registan Square, good breakfast and food at the hotel and other options are within 15min walk. Would book again."
MUSAVVIR
"The place is so beautiful and clean. The owner is so friendly, he even recommend us a tour guide and the tour is amazing. He also explain about the city and make us feels like home. Very recomended"
Hilton Garden Inn Samarkand
"The hotel is new and the facilities are great. The room was quiet and the bedding was comfortable, and the room size was just right. The hotel's location isn't far from the train station, and it's a quick taxi ride to the main attractions. On weekdays, the street outside has quite a bit of traffic, but on weekends, it's generally not congested at all. Samarkand isn't a very large city, so overall, I highly recommend this place. By the way, the hotel massage didn't have any discount, contrary to the 10% off mentioned on the booking page, and they only accept cash, which was a bit inconvenient."
Gur Emir Palace
"Service is excellent; If you are booking from trip.com and would like to have their pickup service please reach out to the hotel directly (maybe search on google map would help) They ended up booking a pickup service without my consent due to miscommunication in between as I can’t directly contact them via this app."

ZAAL Hotel
"Pros: - Cozy courtyard and the building itself are attractive. Cons: - They didn't change the bed linens every time, didn't bring extra towels, toothbrushes, and gels. Overall, the cleanliness was really lacking; it was obvious they were just pretending to look clean. - The power went out regularly, including the air conditioning and internet. - The bathroom was very small, literally impossible to move around in. Price-wise, it's acceptable, but if you're looking for service and cleanliness, this isn't the option."
Khan Hotel Samarkand
"The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite the famous Shah-i-Zinda necropolis, which is very convenient for visitors planning to explore the tombs. It's about a 15-minute walk to the Bibi-Khanym Mosque, and along the way, you can experience the local street scene. Overall, the attractions are concentrated, making it ideal for travelers who enjoy exploring on foot. The check-in experience was good. The room was clean, bright, and spacious. The bed was soft and comfortable, providing good relief from travel fatigue and ensuring a decent quality of rest. The only minor drawback is the limited dining options near the hotel. For dinner or to find a variety of local cuisine, you might need to walk a bit further, or consider planning your meals in advance while exploring during the day. Overall, it's a clean, comfortable, and well-located accommodation, especially suitable for travelers whose main purpose is to visit the necropolis and surrounding historical sites. If convenience for dining isn't a high priority, it's an excellent place to stay."
Siab Hotel
"Aside from the air conditioning and heating being only so-so, it's pretty good overall."
The Afrosiyob Hotel
"The best place in Samarkand very clean excellent service and we walked to everywhere. We couldn’t have picked up a better place to stay"
Hilton Samarkand Regency
"Everything was perfect"
Kohinur Plaza
"We stayed at the hotel for two nights and enjoyed the service at reception and breakfast—everyone was very friendly. The hotel itself is very cozy and beautiful! The courtyard is lovely, and you can see the Bibi-Khanym Mosque from your garden-view room. The location is great, close to Registan Square. The breakfast selection was a bit disappointing; it was quite limited (compared to a 3-star hotel in Tashkent, where you'd be spoiled for choice), but you certainly won't go hungry."
Shohjahon Palace Hotel & Spa
"Very convenient close to Registan. Delicious breakfast."
Hotel Shahdil
"The hotel is located on a main road in a nice surrounding environment. While not large, the decor and construction are in a lavish, upscale style. It's easy to get anywhere by taxi. The soundproofing is a bit problematic; you can hear everything outside clearly at night. The staff were very friendly and attentive, proactively calling to inquire about the weekend market we were going to. They even took us to the station when we checked out. The breakfast was quite good, with a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. There's a trendy restaurant downstairs that only sells hand-grabbed rice, but the rice soaked in dark oil was rather disappointing. Choose carefully."
Classic hotel Samarkand
"Highly recommended this hotel Staff are very helpful and very friendly They can speak English fluently and communicate is very well for me who can’t speak any Russian/ Uzbek languages Room are extremely clean and tidy This hotel is new . All stuffs are in very good condition."
Old Radio hostel
"Convenient location near tourist attractions. A small hotel with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere."
Hotel Dali Samarkand
"We had very pleasant stay here for 02 nights Rooms are stunningly beautiful Breakfast has variety of dishes including fresh fruits, jams n hot egg omelette"
Reikartz Amar Samarkand
"We absolutely loved this hotel. It's location is great and the staff are amazing especially the front desk. There is no lift but the reception staff helped us with the bags. We paid for a more premium room but it was on level 3 so we asked to be changed to room on a lower level and it was great. The Georgian restaurant inside the hotel is amazing. The food is great and the staff were amazing. Will definitely stay there again."
Altair Boutique
"A clean, beautiful hotel. The location is fine, quiet despite being next to a small mosque. I had a room on the -1st floor, facing the courtyard. The WiFi worked well, the TV had Russian channels, and the room had bottled water, a kettle, and green tea. There's also air conditioning. The Registan, Bibi-Khanum Mosque, and Siab Bazaar are a leisurely 10-minute walk away. The staff was friendly and helped me order a taxi. Breakfast was served on the upstairs terrace. The view must have been beautiful, but I had an early morning train and asked for a lunchbox. They packed a fairly filling breakfast with a sandwich, yogurt, fruit, and water."
Hilton Garden Inn Samarkand Afrosiyob
"Excellent, new, and fresh hotel. There are a few other good hotels nearby, and a tourist village (more interesting in the evening than during the day). It's not in the historical center, but you can run along the canal! Good restaurant, excellent breakfasts. Taxis arrive quickly, even at 5 AM. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises!"
Continental Hotel Samarkand
"Friendly and helpful staff. Reception helps us contact taxi and give suggestions for restaurant. Bedroom and bathroom all clean. Comfortable bed and pillow. Hotel walkable to restaurants and convenient store. Variety of breakfast and delicious too."
