Samarkand Hotels with Shuttle Service

Excellent hotel. Thank you very much to all the hotel employees, everyone was extremely friendly and polite with us: reception workers, restaurant workers, as well as maids. Special thanks to the girls from the reception: they recommended places to visit in the city, any questions were resolved very quickly. The hotel is located a little far from the city, which is an advantage for us: the air is very clean, and we sleep well, because... no noise from streets and highways. Beautiful view from the window; in the evenings we walked along the canal and enjoyed nature. Delicious breakfast!

Luxurious new hotel and our room was very good , well equipped and spacious. The restaurants were also very good, whether for breakfast or for evening meals, the quality of the food served was excellent. The location was very good for us as we wanted to be away from the hustle and bustle of the sightseeing areas but within easy reach - we used Yandex which worked very well and very cheap ( 15,000 to 30,000 soms each way to the main tourist sights, railway, airport). We also prioritised modern facilities over traditional hotels but If you want a more authentic experience you may want to go elsewhere. During our stay we also used the restaurant/bar in a nearby hotel on the same site which was a short walk away which was good also. The staff were very friendly, but the service was a bit patchy. There looked as though there was still a lot of staff training going on and I’m sure this will improve with time. Our only other point is that the swimming pool was closed (pool has no water in) and we felt that we given the 5 star status we should have been advised of this. We had a very good stay and would have given 5/5 except that the price was a lot higher than other excellent hotels on our Uzbekistan trip so given the points we've raised the value was not as good.

hotel was perfectly located with walking distance to many tourist attractions. The rooms are also good with all amenities. The best part is owner and the entire staff are available round the clock to ensure that their guests are well taken care off. In my case, I lost my luggage during my trip from Bukhara to Samrkand. The owner and his staff went above n beyond and within hours had it delivered to me. Once again I take this moment to thank the entire staff for their efforts. if ever i get an opportunity to visit Samarkand in future, this place is definitely going to be my place to stay.

Nice hotel, restaurant open until 22.00 (food is delicious). There is no bar (as it is a halal hotel). Breakfast is good and varied. The team is very kind, attentive and responsive. The only thing that was confusing, of course, was that the pool was not working (they don’t write about this on the website), although it was already 26-28 degrees outside. Therefore, if you are traveling to Samarakand and wanted to buy, it’s better to fly in May, then everything will work.

very new hotel lots of security men in reception who thought it was beneath them to help with case to the room mine was passed around to all different rooms they cant understand english the majority of staff the feeling in the reception was being in Russia the way the men walked around i disliked it beautifully decorated hotel and nice pool If you have a room near the pool or above the conference room there are frequent weddings the noise coming from that area from 15.00 through to 21.00 was dreadful I complained they said they had no more rooms but i got my tour guide involved who spoke the language to move me. The food and drinks are expensive The fact that waiters cannot understand you or the front desk I asked how much were two Coco colas were as i need to pay ? 3 people did not understand me so i walked away It needs to become familiar with European people not friendly but great decor and roos

Incomplete description of the rooms: No window in the standard! No window is specified! The interior window comes out into the corridor, it is glued with a film passing the light. Black-out curtains are not available, so they slept under a bright corridor lamp, which is installed opposite the pseudo window and lights directly into the room. With the light in the hotel trouble: powerful cold spectrum lights are installed everywhere, the light in the room - as in the operating room, in 10 minutes starts to break the eyes. Light is burning everywhere and even on sunny day: on breakfast (though panoramic windows are here), corridors, stairs. The safe in the room didn't work. The bathroom requires repair: water is badly left, over a tiny shelter, over which it is impossible to wash, there is no shelf for the equipment. Of the pluses: good location, all new (but for allergic: there is a smell of new coatings that somehow try to silence with flavourers: the smell in the corridors as in the sinks). The room has a TV screen, but there is no TV, only Internet access. Breakfast is common for Uzbekistan except for the layout of fruit: dolls of mandarin and apples, ungenerously stretched on one plate. Plus: a coffee machine that rarely exists here. Our mistake: we booked directly. I advise through the booking sites: tc it is any leverage of influence on the hotel, interested in reviews and ratings. And directly: When you check in, we will learn that the room is without a window. Who to complain? ! Nobody. The room category was refused, although the hotel had only 6 rooms. That is, if booking is the most expensive type of room and not allergic.

The hotel is centrally located in Samarkand, walking distance from all sights. The staff was very welcoming and kind. They helped us with everything, directions, calling taxi, printing the boarding pass. Their kind, professional attitude was much appreciated. The hotel itself is modern, has a fancy design, well-equiped and clean. The rooms are large and comfortable, well heated. The breakfast offers high variety, sweet dishes like pancakes, cakes, salty dishes, including caviar and local specialities, both warm and cold. It was a nice stay, the hotel is clearly recommended. Every review was good, so I made a reservation and stayed for 2 nights. It's a little deeper in the residential area, but there was a signboard and I found it without hesitation. The highlights are within walking distance from Registan Square. There were restaurants and supermarkets and it was a convenient location. The room is clean but the facilities are normal, and when I stayed, the hot water in the shower was almost water on both days. The man who seems to be the owner seemed fluent and kind in English, but basically communication is taken on Whatsapp. Even if I sent a message such as a request from here, the reply was slow and it was a little inconvenient. I booked a night train from Samarkand to Hiva, so I asked for a transfer to the station at midnight. (It is said that transfers to and from the station and airport are free), but even when it was time, the car did not come, and the staff was absent, so I decided to arrange a taxi by myself and move. Even if I sent a message, I was disappointed with the read-through. It may happen that I was talking to other guests at breakfast and having tea in the courtyard. I wonder if I was not welcomed attributely. I think it's good to stay without expecting much.
