"An excellent stay in a beautiful hotel with best ever service. I enjoyed really much. The room was equipped with high end technologies. The breakfast is fresh, great selection and gluten free options available upon request. The view is excellent. For information: the hotel is located in highly secured and very well developed closed area. It’s very clean modern and security controlled but not in the center of a city. You have to keep it in mind when you plan your trip. It requires 15 more minutes by taxi to get to the center, but in return you live in a very high standard & modern area with gated entrance."

"Nice big rooms and very good breakfast, location is convenient - around 10mins walk to Registan and Gur Emir. But the rest was not meeting expectations given the high price. The spa has good facilities but is not operated properly - I had reserved in advance but when I was let in the sauna and hammam was only just turned on so nowhere near proper temperature even by the time my hour ended. Also there was no towel in there (was told there would be). The jacuzzi was connected to the pool so the entire area was cold water, with the pool water level too high - I think they were supposed to be filled separately and not kept at fully filled level. There were some drain flies in my bathroom so cleanliness also needs to be addressed."

The rooms were spacious, quiet, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The location is slightly away from the old town, but it’s in a calm and newer area near the Silk Road tourist zone, and getting around by taxi is easy and affordable. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money in Samarkand — a perfect choice if you prefer modern comfort and cleanliness over staying in the busy historic center. I’d definitely stay here again."
