According to the front desk, it is the first hotel in Samarkand in the former Soviet Union, but it will be renovated in 2022. The hotel garden is very beautiful. The hardware and software are very good, the front desk and room service are very friendly. Go to Timur Mausoleum 1km, go to Reggiestan 2km. The surrounding environment is very good, there are big parks, towering trees and many former Tsarist and Soviet buildings.

Very clean, good soundproofing, good service, mineral water in large bottles, no need to buy water, very good hotel experience, recommended. In addition, I strongly recommend the barbecue 100 meters away from the right, it is delicious, I stayed for two days and ate three meals, it is cheap and good, the cold dishes are delicious, you must try it.

We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Although it’s rated 4 stars, it offers amenities and service comparable to some 5-star hotels. Our room was spacious, featuring a balcony, a spotless bathroom, and four complimentary bottles of water although we are a couple. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, arranging our private visit to the SPA and swimming pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious, with a wider and better selection than some nearby 5-star hotels. The only downsides were the location of the rooms, which are separate from the main building, the absence of an elevator, and open-air corridors connecting the rooms to the dining and SPA areas. This can be uncomfortable during colder months like February, so dressing warmly is advisable. This hotel is definitely THE BEST DEAL you can find in the area and it's just 10 minutes walk from the main attraction in Samarkand.

The hotel pleased me with everything, starting with the exterior. Beautiful both inside and out. The room is spacious - with two!!! Very clean! Bed linen and towels are soft and snow-white. The room smells clean! There is a separate temperature regulator in the bathroom, it is super comfortable. For breakfast - a lot of different fruits, a fairly large selection of food, halal food. All the staff are very responsive, but I would especially like to note the young man at the daytime reception, I did not remember his name, to my great regret. Because his attitude towards visitors is better than in a 5-star hotel - responsiveness and customer focus at its best! In general, all the guys are very responsive and professional! A separate plus is the 24-hour coffee shop, where there is a table with USB chargers. The spa complex is quite large, but I did not have time to visit. Although the price of accommodation includes several procedures!!! Sauna and salt room, for example. I will gladly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back myself. Another important point - if you get there by taxi, you must definitely mark the hotel, because there is another location on the map at the same address.
