"・**Access** It's about a 15-20 minute taxi ride from Samarkand train station. There's also a tram stop nearby, which is a good option if you want to save money. Major attractions like Bibi-Khanym Mosque and Registan Square are easily accessible on foot. ・**Room** The room was very clean, with ample space to open our suitcases. Amenities like shampoo, body wash, and toothbrushes were provided. The room was also well-equipped with a refrigerator, hairdryer, and electric kettle. ・**Service** The front desk staff spoke English, and we could pay taxes with a credit card. They were very accommodating. Although there's no elevator, meaning we had to carry our luggage, they kindly helped us with it. ・**Breakfast** It was a typical breakfast for a hotel in Uzbekistan. "Facilities: Very thoughtful amenities, and the breakfast was exquisite. It was especially quiet at night. Cleanliness: White walls and white tiles made everything look very clean. Environment: We were upgraded to a junior suite with a huge terrace overlooking a garden. The room decor had a lot of local character. Service: Very welcoming and helpful. Since my train wasn't until later in the afternoon, I requested a late check-out until 2 PM through Trip.com, which they kindly accommodated."

"I arrived in Samarkand on a morning flight, so I reached the hotel around noon. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, allowing me to check in early. After two connecting flights and a sleepless night, I was exhausted, and their thoughtfulness in letting me rest early was truly comforting. The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk to the iconic square within minutes, and there are fantastic restaurants nearby. The room itself has a distinct local character, with carved headboards, windows, and wooden beams. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with all necessary toiletries. There's also a heated spa on the rooftop – perfect for a romantic evening of stargazing while you relax. What truly stood out was the design and decor of the courtyard; it exudes a rich ethnic and cultural ambiance, with vibrant colors and intricate details, making it very photogenic. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the service staff were attentive and prompt. My first visit to Samarkand was an excellent experience, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip."

"This hotel is absolutely stunning and full of character. The painted walls, intricate golden doors, and regal design create an atmosphere of royal luxury from the moment you step inside. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Our room was decorated in a local, oriental style, with many interesting artistic touches and local vases throughout, both in the room and around the hotel. The only downside is that the hotel is tucked away amidst other buildings with no view. Our room was small, and the windows faced an enclosed inner courtyard where a door constantly slammed shut as it was a thoroughfare to all floors. Consequently, there was no view at all. You could easily sleep all day and night in a room like that with the curtains drawn! 😀 However, we did enjoy the atmospheric surroundings. The room had all the necessary toiletries, was cleaned daily, and fresh water and tea were replenished daily. The location is convenient, just 10 minutes from the train station and airport, and within walking distance of major attractions, monuments, mosques, and mausoleums. Registan Square is a 15-minute walk away. Breakfasts were delicious and varied, served on a panoramic terrace on the top floor. We'd like to thank the hotel staff for allowing us to check in early and for their excellent service overall 🙏 Thank you for the warm welcome."

We offer rooms with balconies, meeting rooms, and a restaurant with a terrace.
"We booked the rooms through Trip.com and paid in advance. We also confirmed the booking by calling the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 12:00 PM, left our luggage, went out to the city, and returned around 5:00 PM. Check-in time was 3:00 PM, but even two hours later, our room still wasn't ready. The front desk staff struggled to provide information, and it was very difficult to get any updates from them. After repeated requests and waiting for an hour to an hour and a half, we finally got our rooms. Frankly, such a situation is unacceptable for an international brand hotel like this. We specifically chose Hilton to avoid these kinds of 'surprises.' It's worth noting that the rooms themselves were clean and comfortable. The hotel's location is also excellent."

"I really liked this hotel. Big room and super clean. The beds super comfortable. They have a bar, coffee shop, restaurant inside the hotel.They also have stuff for your phone if you need to buy. I just stayed one night and I missed the breakfast but I read it is good. They provide lots of amenities. Big closset, iron, dryer, water, kettle, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, a comb, ear plugs, cotton pads, etc...Overall was a very good experience. It is in the Registan stret so you get to the Registan Square by walking. Helpful staff and friendly."

"I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. All my expectations were fully met. The staff were polite and attentive; you feel their welcoming attitude towards guests from the very first moment. The room was clean and cozy, with everything you need. I especially want to highlight the very convenient location of the hotel, making it easy to get to the city's main attractions. A big plus is the sauna and swimming pool. After walking around the city, it was especially nice to relax in the hotel's spa area in the evening. This added even more comfort to my vacation. Overall, it's a very pleasant and charming hotel. I only have good impressions. I highly recommend it."

"We stayed at this hotel after arriving at the airport, and it was very close and convenient. We're glad we booked this one. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast, plus the lady working there, was simply delightful – she's incredible!!! The only downside was the room cleaning: there were hairs in the shower and leftover items in the cabinets from previous guests. However, the room was comfortable, and if we arrive late again, we would definitely book here again."
