"Facilities: Very thoughtful amenities, and the breakfast was exquisite. It was especially quiet at night. Cleanliness: White walls and white tiles made everything look very clean. Environment: We were upgraded to a junior suite with a huge terrace overlooking a garden. The room decor had a lot of local character. Service: Very welcoming and helpful. Since my train wasn't until later in the afternoon, I requested a late check-out until 2 PM through Trip.com, which they kindly accommodated."

The hotel is relatively close to the station, about a 20-minute walk, and they offer a shuttle service. It's a rather upscale hotel. It's also not far from nearby attractions, which are quite enjoyable and won't get boring even after multiple visits.

This hotel is owned by Chinese proprietors, and its decor features a beautiful traditional Chinese style. It's incredibly quiet, and the breakfast spread is generous. The surrounding area is lovely, making it perfect for family travelers. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay with my son. The hotel is truly perfect for exploring the city with children. Special mention goes to the reception staff, who were very helpful, efficient, and spoke excellent English – well done to them! The pool is clean and pleasant, the rooms are impeccably maintained, and there's nothing to complain about regarding cleanliness. Breakfast on the terrace with a lovely view is a real bonus, as is the hotel's location, close to the main attractions without being right in the center, allowing you to enjoy the peace and quiet. A truly wonderful place that I highly recommend! You can leave your laundry at reception, which is very convenient during a road trip in Uzbekistan!

Friendly and helpful staff. Reception helps us contact taxi and give suggestions for restaurant. Bedroom and bathroom all clean. Comfortable bed and pillow. Hotel walkable to restaurants and convenient store. Variety of breakfast and delicious too.

We had to extend our stay and decided to stay at the same hotel for practical reasons. The room is clean and convenient, they provide water bottles and Ahmed tea which is the best. The only thing missing is a bidet in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok. The location is central, a few minute walk from everything you need to see in Samarkand. And a 15-minute drive from the train station. The man working at the reception on the last night was not as pleasant as the first two as he stopped us on our way to the room for the taxes we had to pay because we extended our stay. He could’ve done it differently and asked us while we checked out or simply told us to come pay when we have a chance to do so, which is usually what is done in other hotels. But instead I had to go back and forth several times to try and pay him by cardbecause he could not figure out how to make the card terminal work. I was so tired and just wanted to use the bathroom and go to sleep and he would ask me to wait an hour for his manager to come, and then lecture me about how things are done in hotels worldwide, as if I did not know, having stayed in hundreds of hotels myself… anyway, I figured he was just new and a bit awkward but there was no need for the condescending tone or to imply that we were going to leave without paying the taxes…

We really liked the hotel. It’s new, clean, with nice rooms and a good breakfast. Conveniently close to the airport; it’s better to take a taxi to the main attractions, but everything is within about 10 minutes. The staff are friendly and genuinely try to help the guests.

This hotel had wonderful staff service. The staff were all young, and I felt they communicated well with each other. When I asked the front desk about not being able to charge my smartphone because the power outlets didn't fit, they kindly lent me a charger that seemed to belong to another staff member. Also, when I asked if I could buy bottled water when I left my luggage before check-in, they gave me the hotel's water for free. In an unfamiliar place, the time I spent at the hotel was the only time I could truly relax. I would like to return to Samarkand. When I do, I would like to stay at this hotel again. There is another hotel with the same name located about 1km away, and Yandex shows that one.

Hotel location is not bad, about 10 minutes walk from Reggiestan Square and Guernemir Tomb. The hotel is old and the facilities are old, but it is not delayed. The hotel did not take the initiative to provide drinking water and hair dryers. If you don't want to go to the front desk, you will give it, but I think it is better to take the initiative. Hotel breakfast is OK, in addition to fried eggs and sausages, the other is basically cold meals. Reminder! Don't go to the shoxjahon opposite the hotel to eat! This restaurant is not delicious, and there is a 15% service fee, but there is no service! It was outrageous that my bank card was deducted successfully after swiping the card payment, and the hotel said the transaction was cancelled and insisted on letting me pay again, so I paid 180 RMB for a bad meal!
