"We loved the ambience and overall cleanliness of the hotel. The onsite restaurant offers excellent food and attentive service. Although the listing mentions a pool, we didn’t notice one during our stay. A sauna would be a nice addition to the gym. We truly hope the hotel can maintain its pristine standards — special kudos to the female staff member we saw meticulously cleaning the front exterior, brushing fallen leaves and even the red carpet.
Breakfast was enjoyable but could be improved with a wider selection of protein or meat dishes. One small surprise was the charge for additional bottled water; had we known, we would have simply purchased water from the minibar.
Overall, we would definitely stay here again, especially as the surrounding area is noticeably cleaner and quieter than the Registan area."

GGuest UserI was very impressed with this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, the shower was huge, and I was especially impressed by the enormous bed (you could fit in it on a Thursday). The grounds are well-maintained, and the hallways are decorated with decorative elements. The breakfasts are good, with plenty of choice and everything is delicious. The hotel is located close to the airport, and the sights are 3-5 km away. A taxi takes a maximum of 10 minutes. They're not expensive, and they'll take you there for 10,000-15,000 soums. Overall, check into this hotel and you won't regret it.

MM254932****This is the most satisfying hotel in my trip. I thought it was close to Shahiddin, but I didn't expect it to be close to the main attractions! Opposite is Xia, then facing the hotel on the right hand side can walk to the Bazaar and Bibihanem and Hazrat, and along the road can also walk to other attractions. (When I took a taxi, I went around the hotel at the back, which made me think it was very remote, but when you figured out the route yourself, you found that the location is very good!)
The hotel is very exquisitely furnished, even the lights on the window sill and the hooks of the curtains have small surprises, and the boss's aesthetic is very good.
It was supposed to be 14:00 in the afternoon, but the boss asked me to check in early, the people were very good!
Their breakfast is also very rich, some local specialty pastries are also delicious, and the fruit is not bad. The waiters are very enthusiastic, that is, the hygiene may not be done every day, if you need to communicate with the other party if you stay continuously.
The most surprising thing is the terrace on the third floor of their home, the scenery is particularly beautiful!

GGuest UserAn excellent stay in a beautiful hotel with best ever service. I enjoyed really much. The room was equipped with high end technologies. The breakfast is fresh, great selection and gluten free options available upon request. The view is excellent. For information: the hotel is located in highly secured and very well developed closed area. It’s very clean modern and security controlled but not in the center of a city. You have to keep it in mind when you plan your trip. It requires 15 more minutes by taxi to get to the center, but in return you live in a very high standard & modern area with gated entrance.

The hotel is old and the facilities are old, but it is not delayed.
The hotel did not take the initiative to provide drinking water and hair dryers. If you don't want to go to the front desk, you will give it, but I think it is better to take the initiative.
Hotel breakfast is OK, in addition to fried eggs and sausages, the other is basically cold meals.
Reminder! Don't go to the shoxjahon opposite the hotel to eat! This restaurant is not delicious, and there is a 15% service fee, but there is no service! It was outrageous that my bank card was deducted successfully after swiping the card payment, and the hotel said the transaction was cancelled and insisted on letting me pay again, so I paid 180 RMB for a bad meal!

AAnonymous UserTrip.com The picture is real, the hotel is very new and very clean. In the alleys of the residential area, it is very quiet. But the disadvantages are also a bunch.
First, there are very few hot dishes for breakfast, including white rice, fried eggs, sausage and oatmeal, without it.
Moreover, the WiFi signal in the room is almost 0. If you want to use WiFi, you need to move a stool to sit at the door of the room or on the toilet before you have a signal. WiFi in the bed and desk area is equivalent to 0 signal.
At least 4 staff members have been seen at the front desk, 2 men and 2 women. The male front desk service attitude is very poor, see you smile, but I have to mention the needs, such as opening a room card, helping to check WiFi, I will find various reasons to cancel and continue to play with my mobile phone, even if I don't bother to look at you. The female front desk is very good.
The hotel does not have a parking lot. Most people park their car less than half a meter below the window on the first floor. The glass is soundproof. Although the alley is very quiet, chatting and starting the car sound at two or three in the middle of the night will wake you from your sleep.
Among the above shortcomings, the most noteworthy is the WiFi problem in this store. They did not check the front desk and admitted that their WiFi did have signal problems and could not be improved. It is estimated that many guests have complained. If you have the need to use WiFi for office, please book this store carefully.
