"The view was the best hotel I've ever been to.
I really can't forget the beautiful view.
Also, I felt that the distance from the airport was close, and when I got off the early morning flight, an employee came to pick me up by car, so I checked in so comfortably.
I think it was a great place to go sightseeing in Saipan.
The hotel was so clean and I was so grateful for the amenities and water that they took care of.
All the staff are so kind and the boss takes care of me so well that I only make a lot of good memories for my trip. 😭☺️😊

"I didn't clean the room during my stay, but when I put out the trash can and put it away properly, I was able to bring a towel change. The first floor is always boiling hot water at the supermarket, so you can eat cup noodles immediately, and it was very convenient because there were lunch boxes, bakery soup and porridge. There are pots and microwaves in the room, so I think it is convenient for long stays. Also, it is a short walk to the main street, so I was able to enjoy Saipan nearby shopping and the beach. "On the last day of Saipan, because the flight back to Korea was 3 am, I arrived at the hotel temporarily booked after Saipan as a place to rest before boarding the plane. I really like this swimming pool to swim while watching the beautiful scenery of Lao Lao Beach. Our family of three arrived in the afternoon and enjoyed the pool experience alone. The Filipino housekeeper in charge of the reception was also very warm and kind. We really didn’t want to go back to the city to eat after swimming, but the embarrassment was because we wanted to leave before we used up the US dollars we exchanged. The hotel is located far from the city. The traffic on the mountain is inconvenient. Can't walk I can't use the card and Alipay. Fortunately, the housekeeper made a simple meal for us in Figure 4 for free. It is also recommended if you are a friend to meet here, it feels very suitable for a pool party."

GGuest UserThis hotel is very nice, clean and tidy. Very impressive. The sunrise and sunset are beautiful in every photo. What's special is that the mattress is so comfortable. It's very quiet here at night and I slept very well.
We contacted the boss in advance and a driver came to pick us up at the airport. The response was prompt and it was about a 15-minute drive.
The location of the hotel is also good, very close to the city and places to play.
The boss was very enthusiastic and straightforward, and gave us a lot of tips. It was an experience worth remembering.

CCJbabyThis hotel stay experience was great! Completely exceeded my expectations! The room is spacious and bright, very comfortably furnished, and the bedding is also very textured. The hotel is very conveniently located to the beach, airport and city center, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The service staff is warm and friendly, making me feel at home, and they are always ready to help me. The staff speaks Chinese and introduces local attractions. In particular, I decided to come for vacation on a whim without making a travel guide. The driver sister arranged by the hotel was very good. She took me to all the main attractions in Saipan in the past few days and helped me understand the local customs and practices here. Saipan is more beautiful than I imagined. Next time I will bring my children with me, and I will definitely choose this hotel again!

GGuest UserI highly recommend this B&B to those who come to Saipan for the first time! The boss is Chinese.
After booking, the boss told us that we need to write an ETA, and we only know that we need to prepare an ETA 5 days in advance starting from December! Otherwise we may be deported!
In the subsequent process of writing the ETA, the boss also kept telling us how to write it. Then the projects we want to play, basically he has the best price in Saipan! It is really the best price-better than the price we get from any channel. And what I want to say is that the terminal service providers are actually the same (people added from various channels, and finally found that the service providers are the same person) The price given by the boss is really awesome.
Three days of fun: Blue Hole diving + Gunkanjima snorkeling fishing + car rental self-driving tour are all booked by the boss here, and it is clear that we don’t need to book in advance, giving us two people a very free choice.
The boss will pick up and drop off if you stay for more than three days. I thought there was only airport pick-up, but basically there are various pick-ups for any itinerary we want to leave the hotel. Anyway, I really didn’t worry about transportation problems.
The room overlooks the sea, which is the beach of Kensington Hotel. The Korean who I met in the hotel stayed here for two weeks and went to the beach of Kensington Hotel to swim at 4 pm every day. The price-performance ratio is full. Cleaning is done every day, towels and toiletries are replaced very diligently, purified water for brushing teeth is prepared, and there is a refrigerator to store some daily food.
Saipan is very small, and the experience is full throughout the trip. I give full marks to the hotel for this trip. Thank you boss, I wish Saipan's tourism industry will get better and better in the future!

The water pressure in the shower is weak, which is unavoidable.
The air conditioning works great.
You enter from the hotel entrance to your room with a key card, so you can rest assured about security.
As far as I know, the front desk is never staffed.
They seem to respond if you call them.
I made my reservation knowing that the only language they spoke was Chinese, but the hotel staff made great efforts to help me, making full use of a translation app.
We appreciate their sincerity!
The view of the ocean, including the fishing base right in front of you, is quite nice.

The location is fantastic. It's a beachfront hotel located in Garapan where most shops and restaurants are.
They could stroll on the beach in the mornings and could go out shopping/dining on foot whenever they felt like doing so.
The room was clean, and they especially liked the ”openness” of the ground floor (minimum walls & a lot of open space so they could see the beach and feel the breeze).

XXiaodanThe B&B is located in the city center, close to duty-free shops, coffee shops and restaurants. There is a supermarket run by a Chinese-speaking proprietress less than 100 meters away from the B&B, where you can buy some common items. There is a Korean restaurant about 100 meters to the right at the left crossroads outside the B&B. The food is delicious, not expensive and the portions are large.
The lady boss of the B&B is very loving. There are many lucky cats and a very big golden toad that only eats cat food. It is super big, maybe you can't see it in the photos.
Summary: Saipan is very nice and comfortable, because the people here are very warm, not as indifferent as Americans, at least there is no language barrier.

Jjourney7287The aunt at the front desk is very friendly. We stayed here for 7 nights. Every day we went out to play, we cleaned the room and replaced it with clean bath towels. The hotel has 24-hour surveillance and is very safe. There is also a parking lot. Living here is like coming home. The cat in the picture is also very cute

AAilvxingThe boss is Chinese, go to take care of us, stayed at her house for three days, the location is very good in the middle of Saipan, 6 kilometers from the airport. GGuest UserWater coming from the bathroom shower head... It comes out on both sides, and it comes out from the hole, and if you use the shower, the bathroom becomes a sea of water. I was going to eat cup ramen, but I didn't eat it when I saw that the coffee pot was rusty. It was a bit harsh. The bed is a bit hard too. It's not soundproof. The building next door looked like an abandoned house, so I was surprised when I first arrived. And there was nothing other than a bathroom mirror. The window in my room also opens about 10 cm (wall view). It was a bit difficult to dry my swimsuit. However, since I was always on tour, I spent little time in my room, so it was bearable.
