"房子雖然很多年，但是裏面保養的還挺好的，有點家庭旅館的親切感，房間不大，設施也比較簡單，但是一個人出行還是挺温馨的，周邊非常乾淨，離沙灘也比較近。公交車去哪裡都挺方便的。性價比還是不錯的。"

"good environment! Free coffee, tea, water, and biscuits for breakfast. Not too full, but already very good. Free drinks and champagne in the evening from 5: 00-7: 00. Hotel location is good, next to the parking lot and restaurant. They also have a one-bedroom suite with a kitchenette, which is great. The hotel manager John was warm and attentive. Ask him anything."

We will definitely be back. Thank you to the front desk🙏 and a Thank You to the coffee bar. The banana bread latte was one of the best coffees I've ever tasted. It's crazy that I actually could taste the walnut in the banana bread latte. Also, I hope y'all enjoyed the pizza."

Located only 10 minutes from the nearby beaches & walking distance to the bus lines.This is a private suite that consists of:1. 1 tastefully decorated bedroom with a comfy queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, a portable fan, 2 beach chairs and beach towels and a cooler. The large closet offers plenty of space to hang your clothes and store your luggage.2. A beachy flex room with sitting areas, TV, ceiling fan, air fryer , mini-fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Both rooms are light and airy. 3. Your private full bath has a step -in shower and natural light. For your convenience there is shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and a blow dryer for you to use This suite is seperate from the homeowners who live on the property. Located centrally halfway between Downtown St. Pete and the beach in a cute neighborhood called Live Oaks. Lots of mature trees line the roads and you'll often see neighbors walk their dogs or exercise. The public bus is a super short walk from us. Restaurants, grocery and convenient stores are just a short drive away. Some close enough to walk. WWEIThe location is OK, not far from the airport, you can also look at the scenery on the road. There is a lake at the back of the hotel, with a walkway through and a great walk. The sanitation is also good, the room is large and clean.

Hotel location is very central, in the center of Downtown, very close to the sea, 10 minutes walk to the pier, downstairs is Starbucks and a Brooklyn pizza, very delicious, next to the bar street, very lively at night, close to the larger convenience store.

GGuest UserStayed at this Courtyard for a quick weekend trip to St. Pete. The hotel is a historic building. The staff was friendly and helpful. Although it was an older building the hotel seems to have been recently updated. The rooms were a little on the small side for a Courtyard, but very nice. The location is close to the downtown and Pier area. 15 to 20 min drive to the beach depending on the beach. Very centrally located. My only issue was the amount to park ($37 a night).The valet staff was nice and professional.

GGuest UserThe hotel is okay, but it does not provide room service by default, it is only provided when it is called, and it does not give new bottled water after it is called. The hotel's buffet breakfast is relatively simple. It should be considered a slightly better American breakfast, which is much worse than the English or European breakfast. The location of the hotel is very good, just a few minutes away from the sea. Parking is too expensive, 35 knives per night for valet parking, we walked to the public parking building two blocks away to park, it's okay, more than ten knives per night.

HHeathBrianGood experience for a two night stay in a very convenient location. Decent room that appeared clean and had good amenities. Good check-in experience and good customer service from the manager on duty that evening. I asked for additional hangers as we had excess clothing to hang up and she brought shampoo to the room as our room did not have any. In all, it was good value for the type of hotel it is. Only negative: their ”breakfast” was coffee and juice (!).

GGuest UserThey told me I smoked cigarettes in the room when I never put a cigarette to my lips ever in my life. The entire staff smokes cigarettes… how would they REALLY be able to tell anyway? Roaches are prominent in the room as well.
