"For the price in relatively central London, it’s not bad as they provide a simple and clean room. But few things for the rating, and why amenities is lower in terms of score:
It’s a budget hotel, so they need to have other services to upsell you. Luggage storage costs 15 GBP, which is crazy especially when you are paying essentially 100 USD for one night.
Putting aside the one room cleaning every 4 nights (only giving you new towels everyday), the main shortcoming lies in a poor ventilation system and the over reliance on a relatively nauseating lavender scent. Sure it’s not that strong, but that coupled with the stale air makes it quite a suffocating experience.
I aim to be fair in my reviews, but coupled with general service - the staff can’t lend pen, or paper, or even make an effort to? Like the seeming unwillingness on such an easy task is confusing.
Wifi went out for the first night, and there’s no reception of any kind in the room, so was pretty bad. Took one whole day before it was resolved.
TLDR: Would opt for a hotel with windows, and it’s not worth paying so much for this."
"Very good hotel. The room is clean and cozy. The location is very convenient. The bar downstairs is also very good. The pizza is delicious. Highly recommended"
"A great place with plenty of space. Check-in and check-out were both very easy. The apartment had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, a fridge, and a microwave. It was also very clean.
However, the curtains were not blackout at all, and both had some issues, making it even harder to block out light. It was very easy to be woken up by the sunlight in the morning.
But other than that, this place was really nice!"
"This was for my child's birthday, and they had an amazing time! We'll certainly return. The hotel even provided a complimentary little cake 🧁, which my child adored. The hotel's pool was fantastic, and the direct access to the O2 was super convenient."
"Nice and friendly staff. Have coffee machine with free capsules for guests. Room has a small open kitchen and is quiet but at a convenience location. Across the street, there are some cherry blossoms along the side street on both sides too."
"The overall experience was below par in relation to the price paid as the general cleanliness left a lot to be desired and even after pointing out my dismay, it wasn't thoroughly dealt with. The tissue roll was substandard , felt as though they didn't make an effort to prepare for us. Breakfast was ok, except for the juice which was not very tasty(too watered down in my opinion)."
"The rooms are reasonably sized. Please inform the front desk if you require a room change. The buffet breakfast costs £11, which is reasonable. It's a 13-minute walk to the nearest train station, which provides direct access to London Bridge. There aren't many restaurants nearby, but there are more options closer to the train station."
"A well located hotel 5 minutes from a DLR station a range of eating places locally although the hotel restaurant turned out to be a good option. helpful staff and a decent size room, but a bigger tv and a more modern shower would have added value to my 3 night stay "
"Good location, many shops around, close to the station. There is almost no heating, so wear more clothes. The service is OK and relatively clean. Excessive energy saving and water saving is a problem that this type of hotel has to face."
"The location is pretty good, conveniently situated near Greenwich town center, with plenty of shops, supermarkets, and dining options within easy reach. It's particularly convenient for those visiting the nearby Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance and the University of Greenwich. The Royal Observatory is also close by, roughly a 20-minute walk or an 8-10 minute drive. However, the hotel's facilities are quite basic and a bit dated. The room size was adequate, and the bathroom was rather standard. Breakfast was acceptable. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay, especially for a business trip."

Great
GGuest UserExcellent location, 6-10 mins walk over to the O2. Rooms was clean and breakfast options was good too. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay again
GGuest UserThe room was a little on the small side, but otherwise, everything was great. It's pretty much what you'd expect from a standard Hilton in the UK. The location is excellent, very close to London Bridge and other major attractions.
SsomeonelostToilet Flush is not working properly. one button is spoiled ,the other one is very hard to press. Air conditioning doesn't have cool air,so the room is quite warm. Shower screen need improvement as water keep escaping into the dry area of the bathroom when showering .
GGuest UserDecent hostel. Just to mention this hostel is a 2nd level of a bar which emits loud sound till late. Avoid if you are sensitive to loud bass. (Earplugs supplied)
GGuest UserFor the cleaning of the room you have to notify every morning if you stay more than one day; the room is large with a view of the Thames, but the upholstery of the chair is worn and unpleasantly stained; the staff is very helpful and kind; the breakfast good and varied. At dinner the food is very good but the waiting times are very long.
KKamariehFor us the hotel was quite good. We were there 3 nights.
Greenwich station is less than 2 minutes away and takes you to the centre.
Overall the hotel was clean.
The staff was nice.
Unfortunately, the breakfast does not offer a large selection. I was missing more vegetables and more cold cuts like cheese or similar. My son was happy with the pancakes. When an adult pays for breakfast, a child eats free ( £8.99 ).
The area wasn't so special now. 10 min walk and you will arrive at Cutty Sark.
Unfortunately everything was completely closed on Christmas Day, including public transport. That's why we only went for a walk near the hotel that day.
The rooms aren't that big, but you only sleep in them and don't stay in them for too long. Unfortunately, the pillows were too hard for us. We are stomach sleepers and our heads were too high. We didn't feel comfortable without it, so we slept with it and this led to back pain. But that's complaining on a high level, because everyone likes pillows, blankets and mattresses differently and in their own way.
There are supermarkets nearby. We always go to the Tesco which is 10 minutes away and bought water and snacks for the evening.
We would book the hotel again, in contrast to other hotels, it was inexpensive and yet clean and safe.
GGuest UserSuitable for watching performances at O2. A good value hotel. Good hygiene, but far from the city. Recommended for fans and friends. It is about a 2km walk from the observatory. You can order Uber Eats for delivery. It is generally clean and convenient. The restaurant is spacious and nice
GGuest UserVery convenient place which only few street from Woolrich Station, clean, nice customer service, staff friendly, only without teeth brush & slpeey shoes.
