"The kids loved it, the breakfast was very good, and you can eat as much caviar as you want. We had a lot of suitcases, but it was difficult to push them because of the snow, so the hotel sent us directly to the door. The service was very good. After booking, I emailed the hotel in advance and asked for a room with a view. You can upgrade it directly by paying a few euros. There is a ski resort outside the door, and you can occasionally see people skiing on the snow."

"The Glass Igloo is small and not much space to open the luggage, however they have a very nice hot water shower which has around max. 25mins which you will be able to relax from whole day travel ☺️ . The location is not near airport, takes almost 40mins. shuttle bus from Santa Clause village to hotel. Though this location is really good for the chance of seeing Northern Lights ! We did ! Unluckily their ice bar and ice restaurant both under renovation and we don’t have chance to experience. That’s the downside of it."

"Centrally located, walking distance to many restaurants. Johi at front desk was helpful and welcoming. Breakfast spread could have been better. Only downside is the sound proofing from level above wasn’t great. Could hear kids running around till late night. Overall would recommend this hotel, plus they have free parking for guest unlike other hotels that would charge guest."

"Across the road is the main street of Rorovaniemi with supermarkets and restaurants. Many local tours can also gather in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. Rich breakfast options The room size is OK. You can put 2 suitcases at the same time, but the bed is too small (are all beds in Europe like this?). Girls can sleep well, but boys with a height of 180cm will have their feet outside the bed."

"Santasport Hotel is an integrated resort with accommodation, trekking, skiing, bike riding, snowboarding and many other winter activities. They have track for all the activities and it was an enjoyable trip to explore the woods during winter. The hotel has a bowling alley, swimming pool and sauna. It also has a cafe Checking in and out was a breeze and the staff are friendly and helpful. They attend to all guests need and never fail to impress. Room size was reasonable and they also have a clothes drying cabinet. Bed is comfy and I had good sleeps. Breakfast was good with quality soread. Will return to Santasport Hotel if I come for my winter holiday in Rovaniemi."

"** it is 30 min drive from the rovaniemi city center, about 50 euros on uber. however you get to live close to the trees and lake without much light pollution/ crowds, i managed to peek a little bit of aurora during our stay. ** very friendly and helpful staff and hotel owner. he even helped me pick up a failing toy drone in the middle of the frozen lake. ＜3＜3＜3 i do love this place"

"Apartment is located close to the city center, about ten minutes' walk. Before check-in, you will be sent an SMS and email with a password about your check-in at about 3 pm. The overall facilities are complete, including a frying pan, cups, dishes, knives and forks, a vacuum cleaner and an electric iron. Definitely the first choice for long term stay"

"The hotel has no front desk or service staff. It is an apartment hotel and requires self-service key collection. The facilities in the room are rich and convenient, but the cupboard of the room I stayed in had three buckets of garbage left by previous guests. It smelled like it had been rotting for many days:( We stayed with the garbage for one night"
