Super hotel, perfect location. sky bar and swimming pool are super relaxing. Hairdresser, starbox and shops nearby. Staff is super good, help you where necessary. Large rooms had a wonderful time with the family. Metro also very close to this hotel. Highly recommended.

Room was extra$$ for high floor city view. It had high floor (15) and city view was uptown manhattan without any real land marks. Quiet enough but sirens were still nyc. Happy hour was generous but complimentary morning coffee had strong cut off. Rooms were spotless but for some reason housekeeping missed us our first day/ night. Great location. Not a lot of need for interaction with staff, but all personnel were well trained and positive. Even in top floor elevators were very quick at all times. If seeing broadway shows this is the place. Would recommend

hmmmm New York's overall hotel cost performance is relatively low. This hotel is relatively small, a bit like a boutique hotel. Room facilities are good The corridor looks like a 3 star hotel Bar is really nice but small The Lounge is good, but a little small, suitable for taking pictures. Food is average. If you're planning on moving to Brooklyn, the location is great. The market is nearby, the famous Dumbo is right next to it, and the view is great. However, the area under the bed was not clean and there was too much dust. The facilities were nice with the latest + natural concept. There was construction going on next to the hotel, but it wasn't noisy and it's a hotel I want to visit again.

Very convenient location, room is sparkling clean and has everything you need (if not, housekeeping will bring to you). Room is a bit dark and it will be nice to have more lights, but since mine was on high floor it was ok when I opened the curtain. Friendliness is so-so, but not particularly unfriendly either. The hotel doesn’t seem to have any other facility like gym, pool or even a restaurant, but you can make your coffee and cocoa at lobby for free. There’s a small lovely balcony at the lobby as well. Overall happy with stay and will come back if I have chance.

The hotel is in a good location. The hotel has a long history, so the facilities are generally old. Because 70% of it is the residence of the elderly, only 30% of the rooms are open to the public. The overall service is very thoughtful. It is not recommended for couples or family travel. The architectural style is more European, unlike new hotels, which are more generous. The minibar is full of the cheapest things and is charged for except water. Although it is clean, it looks very old overall. The toiletries are from London's molton. The breakfast downstairs is the oldest Cipriani creation point, which is very good. Overall, I feel that if you are over 60 years old and like the quietness of a bustling city, choose this place. Because I didn't see many reviews, I happened to live here and came to explore. I don't recommend staying here unless there is really no other hotel to go.

The male staff in the evening shift is very friendly, very patient, always smiling, and the service is very good! It rained outside and I also borrowed an umbrella for me.
