Romantic Hotels in Boracay Island

This is my 2nd night stay and I loved it! I experienced one of the best services in the hospitality industry in Movenpick. As a solo traveler, I feel very at home here. I stayed for 2 nights and would've stayed longer if my schedule permitted me. Ish, in the reception, greeted me warmly during check-in and I appreciated being asked how the trip was getting there. It felt genuine. all of the staff felt very approachable and is always willing to go a step further from every request I made. Their breakfast buffet is the best breakfast buffet I've had so far. I've stayed at a few 5-star hotels around the Philippines and in Hong Kong, China, and Vietnam but this was the best one so far. Each dish has been ”made with love” as they say. There is a great selection of beverages, pastries and dishes. The facilities are well kept and there is ample staff to attend to any need in any area around the resort. The room was spacious and the toiletries were very well thought of. When I arrived, it was clean, and felt very homey. I loved the peaceful morning walks along the private beach. I've mostly stayed in the main beach every time I go to Boracay but it can get crowded and busy even early in the morning so the privacy is a great selling point to this area especially for those who just want to lounge by the beach and feel the morning breeze. The only thing I feel needs to be improved is the drain in the shower in my room. It takes a while for it to drain so while showering, expect to soak your feet on the floor water. I think it takes about 15 minutes after I shower for the water to dissipate. All in all, am I coming back? For sure! Still solo? No, I'm confident anyone I invite to join me will experience the same satisfaction I had. :)

This hotel is simply amazing! From the moment you arrive, you’re captivated by its beauty and stylish design. Every detail is thoughtfully curated, creating a luxurious and cozy atmosphere. The food is absolutely delicious—fresh, diverse, and full of flavor. I moved here from the neighboring Mövenpick, and it was the best decision ever! The difference is like night and day—going from a nightmare to a dream. The service here is exceptional, and they truly care about their guests. I’m beyond impressed and would love to return!

My husband and I stayed at The Mandarin Bay Resort and Spa for 6 nights. We understood the hotel to be in the midst of a soft opening and expected some services to not be up and running which was fine by us as Station 2 has every amenity needed. Below are the pros and cons of our stay. Pros: The staff: They are the main strength of the hotel. Everybody we encountered seemed to be a part of a working team and were so helpful and thoughtful. The room: It was spacious and comfortable. Little treats were left on the table each evening. Water was replenished as frequently as you would like. There was a lot of storage space, and details like flip flops and umbrellas were in the room. A retractable clothesline in the bathroom would be helpful for hanging daily beachwear. Location: If you like to be in the middle of it all, this is the place for you. Everything you could think of needing was a few seconds away. Breakfast food: This was by far, the best breakfast buffet I’ve had! For 6 days there were no repeats! Egg station, soup station, and carving stations in addition to regular breakfast foods and so much more. Someone serving water, tea, and coffee would help alleviate the long waits for the drinks. Cons: The noise level outside: This hotel has music playing all day at the pool/pool restaurant/check-in waiting area. Sometimes it is coming from the pool speakers, sometimes from a DJ, sometimes from a performer, but it is constant and loud and at times two different songs playing at the same time. Along with the music, there are also drums being played each time a new van load of guests arrive. It is important to note that the layout of the hotel with rooms surrounding the pool creates a kind of echo, so music, drums, whistles, and voices are amplified. There is no sanctuary in the hotel. Boracay, in general, is loud, so I was hoping to come home from the bars or restaurants or beach to read a book or relax by the pool but this was not possible. Looking around, it seemed loud at other hotels too, so maybe it’s just me that was hoping for a relaxing space and I should not have been in Station 2. I did not realize that it was loud INSIDE the hotels and resorts in Station 2. The noise level inside: Our room was near the stairs and elevator area that carried noise and echo. When the service began early in the morning, trolleys and voices offer an early wake-up call. The layout: The hotel is 5 or 6 stories high surrounding the pool. Many rooms look from the balcony over the pool and directly into the other rooms. It seems they tried to squish as many rooms as they could onto the land and did not make room for a pool deck. There are about 20 chairs only for the entire resort. If you book a ground floor, direct pool access room, know that people will be swimming on your outside space, so don’t forget to close your curtains! Beach: There are 20 chairs only for Mandarin Bay guests but they hand out beach mats for people who did not score a chair. Unfortunately, between the months of January and May Boracay has its Lumot season and there was an abundance of green algae. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to people who love the resort style of stays, but know in advance that it is not a calm, quiet spot.

Our stay at Crimson Resort and Spa Boracay was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the excellent service and warm hospitality made us feel welcome. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. One of the best parts of our stay was how much our kids enjoyed the experience. The resort offers a family-friendly atmosphere with plenty of activities, making it a great choice for those traveling with children. It was definitely worth the money, as we created wonderful memories together. The food at Saffron Café was excellent, offering a variety of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every meal was satisfying and well-prepared. Overall, Crimson Boracay exceeded our expectations with its stunning location, top-notch service, and relaxing ambiance. We highly recommend it to families, couples, and anyone looking for a luxurious getaway in Boracay!

Our late-February stay at Henann Crystal Sands was a great experience. The location is unbeatable, steps from D-Mall, making exploring Boracay easy. We especially loved the excellent free breakfast buffet, a real highlight. The resort's pools were also a plus, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and enjoyable. We appreciated that the infinity pool on the 2nd floor was open late. We'd definitely recommend it for a convenient and pleasant Boracay vacation.

We got a 3-night stay at Henann Prime. We got at the hotel super early and Kyla (at the counter) allowed us to check in 4 hours early! Incredible! Totally made our first day so relaxing. We stayed at the old wing which I honestly think is better than the new one. It’s quieter plus you get a nicer pool and a balcony. They try to provide a wide breakfast spread day-on-day. Watching the sun set was such a special moment as we got front-row beach beds, made even better with some salted egg scallops (so good!). Staff service was also always on point 5/5.

We had BIG TROUBLE in checking in. The app says 2:00pm But the standard time was actually 3:00 for boracay hotels Weve been staying to the lobby from 12:00nn to 3:00pm. Imagine the 3 hours waiting frame. We requested if we could have early checkin, they said they are cleaning the room everytime we ask them since 12nn. We waited 3 hours hearing the same thing “the cleaning is still ongoin”. It actually ruined our happy vacation. We were so stressful and its so inconvenient to argue with the lobby receptionist. It actually ruined our first day. Telling them that the cooking said we could checkin by 2:00pm. Everything feels so fucked up. The Trip.com even offered if we want to cancel the booking, imagine arriving in the hotel and my accomodation would mighht been cancelled. Imagine the possibility that we might look for other hotels to stay. But they gave us the room around 2:50 and told us we could late checkout by 2:00pm the other day. But, The Room was amazing and our private pool was amazing as well. Its even better than our hennan room. Altabriza offers more premium feel in terms of their room. The bed is nicer as well. I totally love the room after all the inconvenience. Might come back here because i totally like the room than hennan. The location is great its near with everything. The bfast buffet is just one of the saddest part of the hotel. So better save the money and dont book with breakfast. They just offer egg,rice and hotdog for mains. They could even just add even one premium food like tapa, corned beef or bacon. They should at least offer a proper breakfast. They have pancit bihon and soup. But it doesnt make sense to have bfast to a hotel with only that food. They have salad and bread, but still it doesnt feel any appetizing at all.

We were choosing between Aqua Boracay and one of Hennans hotel, but finally decided to stay at Aqua Boracay because it was a bit further from the noisy area of D'mall but still very close to the White beach. Even though we had a couple of days that were not so quiet because of some company's event , overall we had a great experience at Aqua Boracay. The staff was super nice, for this inconvenience we got free upgrade for the rest of our nights there and free massage at their spa salon. I highly recommend their spa, I got one of the best massages ever. Good variety of food for breakfast (especially freshly baked waffles). Nice swimming pool with clean and warm water. There are couple of good restaurants right behind the hotel (if you don't feel like going to the White beach area to have dinner). Highly recommend!

From start to finish, exceptional service levels from super friendly and professional staff. Faculties were ALL amazing, had 2 room types booked, Beach and Garden, both with exceptional views. A strong mention that HOUSEKEEPING was perfect and precise, overall the best property I’ve stayed at in many years! This should be everyone’s GO TO for Boracay. In house restaurant was good but after 2-3 days it can get boring. At check in, being told external food permitted wasn’t justified. There’s only 1 restaurant at The Lind, you can’t restrict guests. Overall I give this one of my highest Resort Ratings 10/10! Views, to die for!!

The Red Coconut Beach Hotel sits right on Boracay's famed White Beach, offering a prime spot for beach lovers—just a short 100-meter walk to the water's edge from your room. The hotel has a lively atmosphere, and while the pool wasn't used during my stay, the proximity to the ocean made up for it. The rooms are spacious, though the decor is a bit outdated, but the highlight is definitely the balcony overlooking the stunning ocean views. Despite ongoing construction, the noise was minimal and didn't disrupt our stay, especially during breakfast, where a satisfying array of hot and cold dishes awaited. However, it would be nice to see a bit more variety in the fruit selection. The hotel restaurant tends to get busy, but the live music performances and captivating fire shows are worth sticking around for. As expected along the *****, the evenings can get loud until around 11 pm, but the quality of the music and the option to enjoy it from your balcony make it enjoyable. My room was 406. The lack of stairs to the fourth floor might be a concern for some, but the attentive staff are more than happy to assist with luggage. Overall, The Red Coconut Beach Hotel offers a comfortable stay with its excellent location and friendly service, making it a great choice for those looking to explore Boracay.
