Amazing service at this hotel, the staff go above and beyond at every step to help you, and they were extremely polite and friendly the whole stay. The rooms were light and spacious, but I would recommend garden view over the pool view because of a loud fire show that happens poolside every evening at around 8pm. The hotel undersold it's proximity to the beach, it is less than 5 minutes from hotel to the water, and they have a great towel system where you can borrow from the hotel and take it with you. They also have sunbeds on the beach reserved just for hotel guests. The hotel itself has 4 pools, 2 of which are connected to rooms. One pool has the bar attached, and the final pool at the end closest to the beach is quiet (and with less children!) Plenty of sunbeds available with comfortable mats, tables, and umbrellas. The only part of the stay that was underwhelming was the food - the area that the hotel has made for the restaurant is open-air, and so the pastries were crawling with flies every morning. It was also very busy every day due to limited space, and there weren't a lot of options.

Our room was kept spotless every single day thanks to their consistent room service that made sure everything was clean, refreshed, and fully stocked with all the bathroom essentials we needed. And the food… absolutely extravagant! 🍽️ Every meal felt like a feast, with flavors that made each dining experience special. Whether we were lounging by the pool, enjoying the quiet ambiance, or indulging in delicious dishes, everything felt effortlessly luxurious. Grateful for such a wonderful stay Henann Lagoon definitely made our trip memorable. 💙✨ Can’t wait to come back!

Nice place and walking distance to one of the most unmatched white beaches in the world. They provide beach towels, and the breakfast is nice and plated. The guards and staff are very friendly and well-mannered. The room just needs a bit of improvement—there were no towel racks. Overall, we had a nice stay.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The area it’s in is just paradise. The staff was helpful and kind. I would definitely go back. The only problem I had was the condition of the bedding and the towels. However they atleast gave me new towels upon request. So I would go back, because they were very kind and helpful
