Romantic Hotels in Zhangjiajie

Not the real 'Four Seasons' you might think of but otherwise, had an overall great experience there. Before the trip, WeChat-ed them and customer service was quick to respond to accomodate and provide transportation pick up service from the train station. However, despite messaging prior to inform about the changes in our number of pax/luggages so that they can arrange for a bigger car to pick up, there was a mix-up as the hotel forgot to cancel the first car allocated to us, leaving us stranded for around 30 mins (in the cold) at the parking lot while we wait for the correct car to arrive. It also wasted the first driver's time as he got there early and waited for us despite us not needing his services in the end.  The hotel itself was located in a nice location, and the room was great. It was high-tech where most of the room controls are controlled by 'Xiao Du' their Alexa/Google Home service which only responds in Mandarin so for those who are unable to speak then there's no use for it. The smart toilet is enjoyable as the seats are heated and the bidet function is much needed. One interesting thing is that one of the windows in all the rooms is always left partially open (unsure the true reason for it) but it may be bothersome to some as we went during winter so personally i didn't mind it as a natural air conditioning since most of the room is heated.  The driver service that the hotel provided can then also be directly hired by fellow travellers if you require the service to get to and fro the different attractions/parks that you would be visiting during your holiday in Zhangjiajie. Overall had a good experience here. Only wished for the hotel breakfast to offer more variety, it was decent enough. 

Well located next to the park’s side entrance (less crowded). However, the food options around the area is quite limited and as we stayed for five nights got bored of eating all our meals in the hotel, we found ourselves constantly commuting to and fro from Wulingyuan for dinner. If you’re only staying for one or two nights, the hotel’s restaurant does serve decent food and you wouldn’t have the same issue as us. Though the place looks aesthetic in photos, we felt that the place is in need of better maintenance. e.g. peeling paint near the sink, floor skirting that looks like it’s about to fall out, patchy paint job. Because of this, we felt that the place is a little overpriced for the quality of the room we got. I think the rooms were probably much more impressive when the hotel first launched but the lack of maintenance got in the way. Despite all these, we did have a good time and the staff at the hotel were all very very helpful and sweet. A special shoutout to Xiao Tan for helping us arrange transportation, meals, and park entrance tickets.

The scenic spot is just a few steps away from the hotel, making it very worry-free to visit. While others are still rushing on their way, I am already having fun in the scenic spot. The view is amazing: there is a view at every step in the homestay. The weather has been great recently, and the view from the rooftop observation deck is superb. You can see the mountains and city scenery in the distance. It is so comfortable. There is also an infinity pool. Just looking at it makes you feel cool. I’m already planning to come here to escape the heat next summer. Comfortable accommodation: The room is warm and stylish, the bedding is soft and comfortable, I felt very safe and had a good sleep at night. The service is great: I felt the attentiveness of the homestay from the moment I was picked up at the station. The housekeeper drove a Mercedes-Benz to pick me up, and was warm and thoughtful. They also helped me plan my itinerary and clearly arranged the food and attractions around the scenic area, so I didn't have to worry about it at all. The breakfast is rich and delicious, starting the day full of energy. This B&B really meets all my expectations for travel accommodation. I will choose here again next time I travel!

During the National Day holiday, we traveled to Zhangjiajie. In order to avoid the downtown area, we chose this quiet homestay, which brought many surprises to our trip. Fortunately, our entire experience was upgraded! Very satisfied! First of all, let's talk about the airport pick-up. After the plane landed, we saw that the airport ground staff arranged a VIP pick-up service at the exit. We also prepared 3 bouquets of flowers, an exclusive airport bus, and the pick-up car was a Mercedes-Benz Maybach business car. You can also relax with massage. Then, it is the environment of the entire villa. The three mountains are connected, all of which belong to the villa, full of floral fragrance. This season is the fragrance of osmanthus, which blows in the face. The entire villa is a very worthwhile attraction to stay overnight. The Tujia architectural style, the villa also has a vegetable garden, a swimming pool, and very good greening. The safety and privacy are also assured. I really like the big bathtub in the room. The whole room, from supplies to decoration, has a very good taste. It can be said that the design of this villa is very attentive. You can't see the nails. It is almost a mortise and tenon structure, which is very solid, and the room is not moldy or damp at all, but a faint wood fragrance. The drinking water is all Canadian 🇨🇦 Maple Leaf mineral water, the toiletries smell very good, and they are actually ebony agarwood flavored. The local Zhangjiajie berry tea, the housekeeper will always prepare it for the guests, and the more you drink, the sweeter it tastes. Next, there are Chinese and Western food (Chinese food is really delicious, with a rich variety, the breakfast meat sandwich 🥙 is amazing, and there are Hunan rice noodles with various sauces), the barbecue is great, much better than the dark cuisine on the street, and the key is that the housekeeper will actually pack it and send it to the rest area. The villa has farmed giant salamanders, we ordered one, it was very delicious! Speaking of small animals, there are cats and dogs in the lobby, golden gradients and German black shellfish, they get along very well, and the dog likes to play balls and small stones with us. ✨✨Here comes the point. The butler's service is very considerate. He accompanies you almost as soon as you go out, accompanies you to the room, and is afraid that you will get lost. He accompanies you to visit the villa. If you want to go somewhere, you can ask them to book tickets. A Maybach business car was arranged for us to pick up and drop off for the 3-day trip. We don't have to worry about transportation every day. The villa arranges vehicles point to point according to our schedule. It is very considerate. The key is that when you are tired of climbing the mountain, you can directly turn on the massage chair for massage. It is so comfortable. We like to play chess in the rest area. The butler has been accompanying us. We chatted until more than 1 o'clock, and they didn't rest yet. It is said that it is because other guests have not returned yet, and they need to wait until the guests return and accompany them to the room.

I have been traveling for more than a month and passed by Zhangjiajie. I came here for the second time and really liked this hotel. I can’t express my love for this place in just a few words! This is the best place to experience this trip. Location transportation: It takes ten minutes to drive to the middle gate of Wulingyuan, which is very convenient. The store provides free pick-up and drop-off between the train station, airport, and hotel attractions. Many people who drive themselves will come to visit, and there is a large parking space. Room facilities: Many tent-type accommodations in Beijing are very simple. The facilities here are very complete, including water heaters, air conditioners, Dyson hair dryers, smart toilets, small refrigerators, and everything. The bedding is so comfortable that I even want to find the boss. Helped me buy a set for home use, but when I asked, it cost tens of thousands😅 Dining room: The chef here is really good! It tastes better than ordinary restaurants, which may have something to do with the freshness of the ingredients. There are self-raised free-range chickens behind the house, and there is also a vegetable patch without pesticides. Everything you eat is freshly killed. I pick some of the vegetables myself, they are delicious and fun. Sometimes they are too lazy to move and they are delivered to the room. There are also small candlesticks that are very romantic. My girlfriend likes them so much😛 Room view: Let’s talk about the scenery. I sit in the tent and on the viewing platform to eat, watch the sunset and enjoy the breeze. I want to get up in the morning to watch the sunrise. After watching it, I turn around and go back to sleep. I am not in a good mood. I can still see the sunset. The Tyndall Effect in the Mountains The scenery is so special that when you take a photo, it looks like it was taken by Makoto Shinkai. Just like being in Zelda, there is a pond below where you can paddle a bamboo raft, but those with children can’t grab it😢 Serve: Almost everything is answered. The boss is very nice and a photography enthusiast. He has a lot of cameras and his photography skills are very good. He can help with free travel photography, hahahahaha. Value for money: The scenery and service facilities are quite cost-effective when measured, and they can also help arrange various tickets, tour guides and VIP passages. I was lucky enough to catch up with the store for an event recently, and I got a membership card, which allows me to stay as long as I want for a year. I really like it. This place is especially suitable for people like me who work in first-tier cities. I usually have a stressful job. I come here to relax and relax.

Zhangjiajie Carrier Resort Farm is truly a great choice for a vacation! The environment is elegant and quiet, the facilities are brand new and complete, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and equipped with high-quality bedding, allowing people to enjoy a comfortable rest. Details such as the Dyson hair dryer and the Kohler smart toilet further demonstrate the high-end quality of the farm. This place is especially suitable for family trips. Slow down, relax and enjoy the time with your family at the farm. The food in the Chinese restaurant is even more praiseworthy and of high standard, satisfying the taste buds. Special thanks to the handsome and beautiful butlers for their enthusiastic service, especially the butler Manman, whose service was thoughtful and meticulous. They carefully planned the forest park route for us, making the trip more relaxing and enjoyable. Their dedication and professionalism made us feel the warmth and comfort of home, and we really felt at home! This trip to the farm made us linger and feel very happy. The architectural design is great! The courtyard is great! It's a good place to go if you don't mind the distance from the city. The layout of each room is basically the same. You can communicate with the housekeeper to book the one that suits you. The service is more thoughtful. There are no small shops around, so you need to prepare the necessary items. I stayed for two nights. Thanks to the housekeeper for taking care of me.

The workers at Purespace are really helpful. They made sure that your plans around Zhangjiajie are arranged properly. They also help you buy the tickets for all the tourist destinations so that it would be easier for your when arrive. They give you suggestions based on your preference and made my trip really enjoyable. I got asked if I wanted to upgrade to a room with a view with an additional charge. I ended up in the Panoramic Mountain view room. The room is spacious with your own private jacuzzi. However during the winter, it can get really cold as their heating is not the greatest. I had to layer up in the room and seeing that the rooms are spacious, the heating doesn't retain. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Noodles and a few different dimsum choices were enough for me. Overall a good stay with it being near one of the entrances to the National park. However, it is a quieter entrance hence harder to get a Didi from the hotel. Best to get a contact of Didi driver from town to arrange pick ups from the hotel.
