As soon as I stepped into this river view hotel, I was impressed by the enthusiasm of the front desk. The staff member Niu Xiaoliang was warm and polite, and also kindly informed me of the surrounding attractions. The room facilities are superb, the viewing window has a panoramic view of the river, and the smart toilet and massage chair are all available, with full comfort. The restaurant breakfast is even more surprising, with both local snacks and exquisite Western pastries, fresh ingredients and excellent taste. Supplementary explanation: The hotel's hardware facilities can be changed with money, but service takes time to cultivate. Staff member Niu Xiaoliang was the biggest surprise encounter of my trip to Yichang. The careful greetings before check-in, and after check-in, she would ask every day if there was anything wrong with the service and what help was needed. What touched me the most was that every time I was thinking about how to tell the room service, she sent a WeChat message, and I even suspected that I was being monitored 🤣 Hahaha, must be praised! Local specialties were also given when I left🥰

YYideaifuI called the hotel before I went there, added WeChat, and patiently sent the location to me, but I was not satisfied when I left. Parking is free for 24 hours, free until 19:25 the next day. Because I was delayed in the parking lot for a while, I arrived at the exit at 19:28, so I was asked to pay the full 24-hour parking fee of 41.5 yuan. I called the hotel three times on my mobile phone, but they didn't answer. The WeChat voice calls on both sides also didn't answer. I have no problem paying the parking fee beyond the time, but I had no choice but to pay the fare because I was in a hurry to leave, which made me feel bad.

瑞瑞一First I want to tell the staff how much I appreciate them. I accidentally left my sling bag at the front desk, absent-mindedly, and they kept it safe till the next morning. This speaks volumes to the quality of the staff. Thank you so much! I think the newly renovated rooms are clean, well maintained, and smoke-free. The size is small and the views are not great but for the price, I will never actually complain. It is a better bang for your buck than most other hotels in the area. I highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserThe cabin is very nice, living in the forest, lying in bed and enjoying the scenery. The room is clean and warmly decorated. I was woken up by the birds in the morning, and the breakfast was delicious. It was a memorable weekend vacation.
