GGuest UserThe guesthouse is located within the Yuquan Temple scenic area, in a very quiet environment with fresh mountain air. The design is aesthetically pleasing and truly relaxing. I stayed in a courtyard room, which offered good privacy, and I could stargaze in the courtyard at night. The room was spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering great views, and the toiletries were of good quality. However, the food needs improvement; both the restaurant's à la carte menu and breakfast were rather disappointing.

LLuoluo127Extremely satisfied! Very high-end, offering both detached villas and standard rooms. We couldn't book a villa this time, but the standard room was also fantastic! The hotel has a children's play area, and the landscaping is beautiful. The room is spacious, with a separate wet and dry area, a private bathroom, and a sink. Most importantly, there's a vanity table, although it's connected to the sink, this design is very user-friendly and convenient for us ladies who care about our appearance! The only downside might be the number of mosquitoes in the area. However, this is unavoidable in the countryside, surrounded by mountains. The balcony door was closed tightly, so it wasn't too bad. Next time, I'll try staying in a villa; the villa has its own private pool!

Rooms are spacious and thoughtfully laid out, and the incredibly soft, skin-friendly bedding guaranteed a restful night's sleep. The service team is warm and professional; front desk check-in was efficient and seamless, and in-room requests were met with prompt and thoughtful attention. The breakfast spread was extensive and varied, featuring fresh and delicious hot dishes, pastries, and fruits to satisfy every palate. Conveniently located in a prime business district, it's within walking distance of bus stops and offers easy access to dining and shopping. The entire stay far exceeded expectations, offering exceptional value for money. It's definitely on my list for a repeat visit!

GGuest User挺好的，這次大年初四從湖北恩施州來鳳縣返回十堰市，途徑宜昌時訂了這家親子酒店，一路上遇到堵車，晚上很晚才到酒店，這家酒店有幾個最大優點，點評一下： 1.床、被子、枕頭。都很舒服，枕頭比較軟，被子厚薄合適。晚上睡得很好，酒店周邊很安靜。 2.價格。這次訂了親子套房，本來價格不貴，加上我是鉑金會員，可以用積分當現金用，最後價格合下來才249元一晚，性價比超高了。 3.早餐。親子套房自帶2份早餐，小童加早餐25一人，早餐基本品種都有，春節期間外面幾乎沒有吃的，在酒店吃就很方便。 4.親子（房間）設施。馬桶帶有小童座椅，挺人性化。酒店送的親子洗漱用品也很不錯，都是小份便攜裝的。親子套房有一張1.8米、一張1米的床，我們家兩成人、兩小孩，就需要這種搭配，房間裏面還有小帳篷、小童玩偶、一個沙發，沙發我們晚上是放在床邊靠着的，怕孩子從床上掉下來，起到防護作用。房間內及酒店大廳還有免費零食，這也是之前網友評價過的。 5.停車。就在負一樓車庫，電梯直達房間，前台登記免停車費。 總之，這家酒店各方面都挺人性化的，性價比也很高，網上之前的評價是非常客觀的，值得推薦！

Let's change it to a few suggestions! First, the sister at the front desk can supplement more knowledge about Yichang tourism, answer questions and serve as a travel assistant, especially the introduction of food and play around the hotel; second, the items in the guest rooms should be placed at a convenient angle for the guests, such as mineral water, which must be eye-catching and clear; third, breakfast during the holiday obviously feels insufficiently prepared. Self-driving guests get up early and travel in large numbers. The dishes have not been completely out and have been swept away. Both manpower and dishes are stretched, especially when there is not enough manpower, it seems stingy to arrange security guards and front desk staff to collect meal coupons. Big brands should be generous and confident, and use people where guests need services most, not to supervise guests. In short, Puyin is a brand worth recommending! Another point is that employees other than the front desk still have to wear work clothes. The Puyin brand work clothes are still very good-looking. Maybe the boss didn’t buy them when the business just opened!

It also helps to upgrade the room type for free. There are actually laundry waiters who take us there. There is also a dryer gym that is really suitable for punching in and taking pictures. In the morning, you can also stroll around the sky garden. The front desk also has a wake-up service. The service efficiency is particularly high. I will come over immediately when I call. I also accidentally saw it on Xiaohongshu. I didn’t plan to stay here, but the children like it very much. The town, I didn’t want to leave when I left, so I made a temporary decision. The waiters in the town were very nice and very patient when chatting. When they learned that we had children, they provided us with a children’s playpen and a baby toilet for free. The next morning, they took us to the place where we had breakfast. It was really convenient to drive. There were Chinese restaurants in the town and farmhouses opposite the Western restaurants.
