The housekeeper, Miss Liu Jiani, was very responsible and not only brought children's slippers and bathrobes for the children, but also sent fruit snacks and sugar water. Since we were traveling with two children, the king-size bed room we booked was a bit crowded, and Jiani took the initiative to help us change to a twin bed room. Next time I come to Shenshan, I will choose Shuidishan Hot Spring Manor, which is really great!

The hotel is located in the Honghai Bay tourist area, a bit far from the high-speed rail station, about 20-30 kilometers away. However, there are direct buses to the hotel; a bus ride after getting off the train costs only 5 yuan, and it's a 400-meter walk from there. While the hotel room facilities are a bit dated, they are well-maintained. The lobby and reception area are very nice, and the service is good. It's not far from the beach, and walking or taking a taxi is convenient. A ride-hailing service costs around 10 yuan, and there are also three-wheeled motorcycles available at the entrance; they cost 5 yuan per person, so it's more cost-effective to call a taxi if there are three or four people. The family running it very friendly and helpful. We rent a car with driver from them too. The driver, very helpful and patience as he drives us to find spots for birdwatching around Honglaiwan. We spent 2 days driving around town, went to windmill island and romantic beach. Our bed a bit hard, the staff gave us more bed topcover to make more comfortable and even offering us if we don't like it, we can change room too. Overall, very pleasant and enjoying so much the visit to Shanwei.
