This guesthouse is right by the sea, a truly unbeatable location. You open the door to ocean views and the sound of waves, which is incredibly relaxing. The beach is just downstairs, perfect for kids to go tide-pooling. It's an undeveloped beach, so we easily caught a few crabs and some mussels. My child was thrilled with the tide-pooling experience and said they want to come back again... Overall, the guesthouse's facilities, bedding, cleanliness, and service were all excellent. It was a truly memorable trip!

This business trip back home left me extremely dissatisfied with both the service and facilities. Since the hotel opened, I've returned two or three times a year and always stayed at this hotel. Previously, the service and cleanliness were impeccable, especially the service, which made me feel very comfortable. This time, however, the experience was completely different. First, the unfamiliar receptionist was unresponsive, unenthusiastic, impatient, unprofessional, and inadequate in answering questions. The entire communication process was incredibly frustrating; I almost couldn't resist asking the person next to me to help me with check-in. It completely shattered my impression of the hotel. Later, when I encountered her in the hallway on the check-in floor, I could sense her resentment towards my annoyance; she didn't even offer a greeting. Second, the cleanliness was lacking. Perhaps due to the high volume of guests and booming business, the hotel couldn't maintain its previous quality; everything was sloppy, and the elevator reeked of smoke. Finally, something I've been wanting to mention: the pillows were too soft and lacked support, making it difficult to fall asleep.

Service is good, especially the customer service always standby and providing immediate solutions. Free Bottled water was provided immediately even at night upon request. Karaoke room is beautiful and facility is new.

The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The facilities are new and quiet, Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the shower pressure was excellent. It offers excellent value for money, with attention to detail evident everywhere. A very good hotel with a high cost-effectiveness ratio, stylish and simple decoration, and complete facilities. I like their bed, which is not too soft, but of the right hardness. The quilt cover and pillowcase are all cotton, very comfortable. The hygiene is very clean. There is no dust in the small places such as the bedside, buttons, and tea table, which is really reassuring. Parking is also relatively convenient, right at the entrance of the hotel. I saw the reviews before that parking is not good, so I specially consulted the front desk. It is convenient and good.

The boss is warm, clean and tidy, and the first floor is warmly furnished. There is free parking downstairs. But the room size is small, the TV is connected to wireless wifi, the network speed is slow, and the TV video is basically not loaded. Drying clothes is also a problem. The shower room leaks slowly, and the water overflows to the bedside.

We had a wonderful family trip! The service was good and the staff were polite. The big tub excited my son, and the 100-inch projector allowed the whole family to enjoy movies at night.

We had a great stay at the Xindeli Apartment. The room has a great design and the location is great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
