The whole is a villa, which can also be rented separately, with a total of three rooms. The first floor is the living room as a public area. There are two rooms on the second floor. There is only one room on the third floor. Our room is located on the third floor and the windows are really bright and clean. Especially the bathroom, it is so pleasant. Not only is the wet and dry separation, the bathtub and shower are separated.

There is a projector and a smart system in the whole house inside the hotel. I especially praise the toilet. The external environment of the hotel is also very good. You can punch in and take pictures downstairs. It is very convenient to go inside to the Fisherman's Wharf.

The room is in Tinghai Community. The occupancy rate of the new building is not as high as that of the Hilton. It is quieter. Parking is free on the street. We live in Building 1 of Qinhaiyu. Two bedrooms, one living room and two bathrooms, 1 garden and 1 balcony. Small room with 1 1.8 meter bed, looking north to the small balcony, washing machine. The big room has 2 bathrooms 1.5 meters, looking south to the big garden. The big garden has headlights at night, tables and chairs, barbecue grills, and cold water swimming pool. The living room has 1 toilet, 1 mahjong table, 1 open kitchen (including range hood, induction cooker, pot, electric kettle, large refrigerator, etc.), and the big garden. The bedding in the room is clean. Good health, disposable towels, ~ is a TV in the living room, and each bathroom has a hair dryer. The air conditioner is cold enough and the water heater is hot enough. It takes 40 minutes to put a pool of water in the swimming pool and 2 hours to fill it. When injecting water, you cannot take a bath.
