This guesthouse is right by the sea, a truly unbeatable location. You open the door to ocean views and the sound of waves, which is incredibly relaxing. The beach is just downstairs, perfect for kids to go tide-pooling. It's an undeveloped beach, so we easily caught a few crabs and some mussels. My child was thrilled with the tide-pooling experience and said they want to come back again... Overall, the guesthouse's facilities, bedding, cleanliness, and service were all excellent. It was a truly memorable trip!

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable and the sound insulation was good. Convenient location, convenient travel, warm and thoughtful front desk service. The breakfast is also very delicious 😋 The overall price is high, the stay experience is very good, I will choose this next time I travel, it is recommended to stay.

Came here for a weekend getaway with my wife. It's super close, only an hour and a half drive from Shenzhen. Not too crowded on the weekend and the beach is lovely. The apartment is really close to the beach; it's about a 7-8 minute walk from the elevator down to the sand. The hotel's hygiene is also very good. The soundproofing could be better, but that's typical for a large studio apartment. Other than that, it's pretty good, and the self-check-in with a password is very convenient. Parking is a breeze, right downstairs on the first basement level, and it was just over 20 RMB for two days.

I specifically chose this apartment during my business trip to Shanwei, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and I could relax and unwind as soon as I lay down. The most delightful surprise was the sea view from the window. Waking up to the sea breeze in the morning and watching the sunset in the evening was simply breathtaking. The facilities were complete; the air conditioning and water heater heated up quickly, the bathroom was odor-free, and the toiletries were of high quality. The owner was warm and attentive, responding promptly to any needs and even providing helpful recommendations for local restaurants and sightseeing routes. The location was also very convenient, within walking distance of the beach. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shanwei, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Our stay here exceeded all expectations! The location is absolutely fantastic; we could enjoy the sunset over the sea without even leaving the hotel, which created such an amazing atmosphere. The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was super comfortable. My favorite part was definitely the bathroom with its separate wet and dry areas! The sea breeze was lovely, and I highly recommend coming here. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were very quick. The convenient location and comprehensive facilities made our entire stay very comfortable. This is definitely our top choice for accommodation, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

The hotel is located in an alleyway next to the main road, about 50 meters away. It's relatively quiet, and the room is clean and tidy. Bottled water, a kettle, a hairdryer, and slippers are provided. The bathroom and toilet are separate, but the bathroom floor lacks a non-slip mat and slippers, so caution should be taken when bathing children. There's an elevator and a nice little balcony with a great view; the sky over the sea is truly blue. The landlord family is quite friendly and also runs a small shop. Across the street is a food stall; the menu isn't extensive, but the food is good, leaning towards light flavors, and it's very popular for breakfast. Upon arriving, I discovered that the surrounding area is full of hotels and guesthouses, with plenty of electric scooter rentals and convenient food delivery services, making it a great place for relaxation and travel.

I would say it’s a perfect place for a big family or families to stay under one roof. I would recommend to others. The ktv room is as the photo shows with good sound system. The pool table is all worned out and not very good quality. Can only satisfy young kids. The kitchen seemed to have bowls and plates but not totally clean or new. Have stains in them. The rooms each have their own bathroom so no complain here. They offer disposable towels so you may want to bring your own. I complained about the dirty and smelly refrigerator and very quickly responded and got helpers to come clean it. Oh the mahjong table had some disfunction as some tiles were a larger size. The home is close to the beach so that’s nice! Overall, I had an enjoyable stay and would come again with big families.

It's quite close to the beach, about a 3-minute walk away. There's a convenience store, food stalls, and restaurants downstairs. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with views of the beach and sea from both the balcony and windows. You can also enjoy the sea breeze and listen to the waves from the balcony, making it perfect for a vacation. The customer service was excellent.
