"Excellent! The environment is beautiful, and the room is spotless. The front desk staff are very welcoming and provide thoughtful service. Specifically, the lady at the front desk, Jinqiao, was incredibly attentive. I asked her about the washing machine usage while she was on duty, and knowing I had an early flight the next morning, she proactively helped me dry my clothes and delivered them to my room. The location is great, the service is top-notch, the room is spacious, and the bedding is very comfortable."

"Consistently great, as always! I've stayed at Xana Hotelle branches up north before, but never knew there was one in Qionghai. I chose this place for a trip with my child, and it was perfect. The room is very spacious, with a sofa, and there's an underground parking lot. The environment is also very clean. What I love most is their king-size bed – zero pressure and incredibly comfortable. It's huge, easily fitting three people. We stayed in the 'Goddess Room,' which has both a shower and a bathtub, and the bathroom is also very big. Hot water comes quickly, and all the room controls are smart, which made for a great experience. It really offers incredible value for money! Breakfast is on the third floor, with both Chinese and Western options, and all the dishes are very fresh! I'll definitely choose this place again when I come back to Qionghai."

This time I came to Boao to live in Baolian City Seaview Resort Hotel and I really chose the right one! The community itself is like a resort. It takes a few minutes to walk downstairs to the sea. The whole coastline is free. It is too healing to take a walk in the evening to watch the sunset. The greening rate of the park is super high, 1600 mu of tropical gardens with oversized natural lakes, and every shot is a blockbuster. The room has a spacious viewing balcony, and you can see the sea view from the living room. In the morning, you can watch the sunrise on the sea from the balcony, which is so beautiful that you can lose your words. The hotel facilities are also complete, with gyms and swimming pools. Boao is a quiet town, not crowded or noisy, suitable for real relaxation. Highly recommended to friends who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city!

Ideal location to enjoy sea view, a short stroll to the beach, beautiful view from balcony; spacious room but with a damp stale odour, perhaps due to humidity; not quite convenient to go shopping or to town centre - 50min walk, or use Didi or taxi, no public transport

This hotel is quite comfortable. It has a large, airy balcony that feels just like home, providing great ventilation. There's no thick glass obstructing the view, so you can clearly see the sea. I'm quite satisfied with it. Plus, there's a restaurant downstairs, which is really convenient when you don't feel like going out at night; you can just grab some seafood noodles or dumplings there. Parking is also very easy. The room itself is spacious, with plenty of tables and chairs. The balcony even has a small coffee table and two cozy recliners.

Overall, the apartment is okay. The price is cheaper than the hotel. The location is also good. It's not far from the attractions. It's very convenient to drive by yourself. Environment: The environment is close to the seaside, and the environment in the community is also good. The sea view room you bought can indeed see the seaside beach. It will look better when the weather is good. Hygiene: Hygiene is relatively average. After all, it is an apartment style. The kitchen, curtains, and bathroom are all a bit shabby. Facilities: In terms of facilities, the apartment is still poor. There are no disposable slippers, no bottled water, no ironing machine, etc. It is a bit worse than the hotel. Service: In terms of service, there is no front desk or reception staff. The customer service will add WeChat to tell the room location and how to open the door yourself.
