"As a local, this was my first time staying at this hotel, and I was truly impressed! It's newly renovated, and the rooms are incredibly clean and tidy. The decor is stylish and sophisticated, easily outshining other hotels in the city. I bought a 38 RMB breakfast deal, and it was fantastic – so many local specialties, and even fresh squeezed juice, which you rarely see. The coffee was absolutely delicious, a real highlight! The service staff were very friendly, and the aunties in the lobby were also very polite. If you're coming to Qionghai and want a great place to stay, don't hesitate – it's really worth it!"

"True to its reputation as a conference hotel, the property is grand and impressive. The room amenities are thoughtfully designed, and the staff training is exceptional. Special mention goes to Julia Xu, our concierge, who contacted me days in advance. She was incredibly attentive and thorough in understanding our needs, and her responses were remarkably prompt – it felt like she always had her phone in hand! Polite and patient, she made the first stop of our Hainan trip a delightful experience. It’s a wonderful hotel with wonderful staff; I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit."

"Excellent! The environment is beautiful, and the room is spotless. The front desk staff are very welcoming and provide thoughtful service. Specifically, the lady at the front desk, Jinqiao, was incredibly attentive. I asked her about the washing machine usage while she was on duty, and knowing I had an early flight the next morning, she proactively helped me dry my clothes and delivered them to my room. The location is great, the service is top-notch, the room is spacious, and the bedding is very comfortable."

It turned out to be surprisingly good – absolutely the best value for money! The front desk staff was also incredibly thoughtful and even gave us a complimentary breakfast. Although the breakfast selection wasn't huge, everything tasted delicious, especially the milk tea, which was even better than what you'd find in a tea restaurant. "I was upgraded to a lake view room (8613) upon check-in, and I absolutely loved the hotel's hot spring. The breakfast was also good. Because we had lunch at the restaurant, our checkout was extended to 2 PM. The hotel environment is absolutely fantastic. I plan to bring my family here for a vacation in the future."

"I was here for a business trip. Before checking in, the front desk lady helped us choose a room. We picked Building 1 over Building 3 because the restaurant is in Building 1, which was more convenient, and the view was great! The hotel is also very accessible for getting around. The breakfast had a good variety, and the pho was delicious! All the hotel staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. "I was in Qionghai on business this time and stumbled upon this newly opened hotel. It's right in the city center, making it convenient to get anywhere. Check-in was super easy; they support digital ID cards, and the front desk lady was quick and efficient, getting me all set up in two or three minutes. She also kindly directed me to the laundry room and water dispenser. The smart room system is fantastic; no need to hunt for switches – I can just call out to turn on the lights or adjust the AC, which is perfect for someone as lazy as me. The Mlily zero-pressure mattress was incredibly comfortable. After a tiring day of accompanying someone, lying on it really helped my whole body relax, and I slept wonderfully. I booked the audio-visual room, and watching movies on the 100-inch screen was amazing. Catching up on shows after a busy evening was such a stress reliever. Plus, they offer complimentary snacks and soft drinks – impeccable attention to detail. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Qionghai!"
