The beach in front of the hotel was beautiful. We went for kitesurfing on this side of Hainan and the location was great. The hotel is nice, although there are some parts of the façade that need some wall painting. The big pool is very nice (also need some upgrading though). all in all it was a nice hotel. Chinese food in the restaurant was very tasty and good quality. Breakfast buffet was nice as well (Mostly chinese dishes ewhich we love, but had bread, butter, marmalade and coffee). The reception is helpful, but is better if you speak chinese. the is a (automatic-no staff) supermarket and indoor playground. We had a good time. To go to other restaurants, we had to take taxi, but easy to do with DiDi.

The location is just opposite the Story of the Sea. The breakfast is delicious, there are many local snacks, and the food is very filling. The service is also very good, and the staff is very enthusiastic. The villa where I live is a 2-minute walk from the beach. You can set off fireworks on the beach at night, and I also watched 🌄 in the morning. After breakfast, I participated in the hotel's activities, tasted coconuts and ate jelly coconut meat, answered questions and picked coconuts, and experienced climbing coconut trees. The whole family had a lot of fun. After that, we went to play hot spring fish therapy. The fish here are very big, but it doesn't hurt. There are fruits, drinking water and Wanglaoji in the room, as well as laundry detergent, mosquito repellent and disinfectant alcohol. These are not available in general hotels. It can be said that they are very attentive. The experience is full, and I will choose here again if I have the chance.

As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we received enthusiastic service from the staff. We are very grateful to the manager for upgrading our family to a suite that usually sells for more than 3,000 yuan, and giving us two more breakfasts. The flattered joy came too suddenly😁. Needless to say, the interior decoration and supporting facilities of the room are very complete and elegant. The 150-square-meter suite with two living rooms, two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms is as comfortable as at home. It’s so good to live! Before going to bed, the waiter also brought Tremella soup and fruit, which is so thoughtful! The surrounding environment was very quiet at night, and the air conditioning temperature was just right, so I had a good night's sleep. In the morning, I woke up lazily to the chirping of birds and cicadas, and had a bowl of Hainan soup noodles, Qingbuliang, etc. among the various delicacies in the restaurant. It was another energetic and refreshing day! I want to say that when traveling to Hainan, the Boao State Guesthouse is the first choice! Looking forward to seeing you next time!

The front desk clerk was a boy named Ah Wei. He also received us warmly. The hotel upgraded me to a parent-child room. The hotel has two swimming pools. My son likes the one on the first floor. He can go and play in the water twice a day. The two lifeguards are very good. They are very serious about their work. They also introduce local specialties and food enthusiastically. They also guide the children to master swimming skills more easily. At the same time, they care about the guests because they are by the swimming pool. There are a lot of mosquitoes on the pool, and they will take the initiative to bring mosquito repellent and small fans to the parents waiting for their children by the pool, which is very heartwarming! The hotel is very close to the main venue and Boao Duty Free Shop. The scenery on the island is beautiful. There is a small town nearby with decent food. There are Chinese and Western restaurants in the hotel, as well as a teppanyaki restaurant. The hotel service is very good. The housekeeper Ququ sent the May Day activity arrangements in advance and answered questions quickly. Overall, I am very satisfied and will come again next time.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The staff are super helpful (especially Zhuang Qingwen) and there is underground parking with charging which was a blessing. Highly recommended hotel! This is our 3rd stay here and we will keep coming back.

We just randomly booked a restaurant with convenient transportation, right next to the government square and surrounded by many delicious foods. The room is big and clean. It's amazing to book such a room at this price.
