Fabulous the hotel especially the wall lights are shinning perfectly however one housekeeping staff with black suit were disputing to me when I took 4 small bottles of pure water from the trolley at corridor when back to my room even I said hi how are you to her firstly but she had total no any polite and disputed to me said which's my room number why I took the water by myself freely and blamed me seriously, it's totally shocked by me at that moment that's exactly a professional hospitality you're treating your customers like that right, as well the chef when met in morning asked him where's the restaurant for a couple of times but he had no any response back to answer your question, it's totally the uncomfortable taste to your hotel and will be definitely spreading your good service to others, herewith thanks to the management Ms Wang JieQing she's so kind to revert me back to above bad experience from me and sent me a plate of fruit for relieving me a bit thanks, hotel restaurant is awesome we had all our meals there for every day especially the coconut chicken is the best of the best from the restaurant seafood is perfect also indeed

The room was well-equipped, with a small balcony. Welcome fruit was provided upon check-in, and the room was clean and tidy. Across from the villa is the Sea Story, where many stalls sell snacks, beach shoes, and conch specialty products. The bustling streets of Boao Town are right outside the Island Forest Hotel! The courtyard garden is beautiful, and the photo ops by the lotus pond are a favorite. The housekeeper was attentive and answered all our questions. He also introduced us to nearby tourist attractions and restaurants. The hotel breakfast was rich, and the local noodle soup was worth trying and satisfying. In the evening, I went to the hotel's fish therapy pool to soak my feet, which was a relaxing and comfortable experience after a day of fun. Recommended stay

The rooms in this hotel are very spacious, so the children can have fun. The high-rise invincible sea view room we stayed in had very good lighting. As soon as we opened our eyes, we could see the boundless sea, and our mood was instantly beautiful. The hotel is very close to the Nanhai Museum. Taking your children to visit is both informative and interesting. There is also the hotel amusement park, which is simply a paradise for children! Open from 8am to 8pm, the opening hours are so satisfying. Buying tickets with your room number can get a lot of discounts. We played there for several hours. When we were tired from playing in the morning, we went back to the room to rest comfortably, and then continued playing in the afternoon. Speaking of eating, after leaving the hotel, go to Boao Town, where there are many barbecue snacks for you to choose from. If you want to eat seafood, you can definitely go to Tanmen Town. All kinds of fresh and delicious seafood are mouth-watering. Even if you are tired from playing and can’t walk, ordering takeout can easily solve the problem. I have to say that the service in this hotel is even better! From the moment we stepped into the hotel, the staff were attentive and always had a warm smile on their faces. Check-in was quick and efficient, and they thoughtfully introduced us to surrounding tours and food information. In the room, as long as you have any needs, just make a phone call and the service staff will respond and solve it immediately. We also upgraded the room for free, which is quite satisfying. When we checked out, we were thoughtfully asked about our stay, which was really heartwarming. All in all, this stay was a great experience and I really recommend it to everyone!

Lovely hotel with a very big (heated) pool. Walking distance to some bars and restaurants along the beach front. Go to the top floor for an awesome view and some acupuncture on your feet!

During the May Day holiday, I traveled around Qiongzhou Peninsula for a few days. On my birthday, I stayed in this newly opened French-style hotel. The hardware and software were pretty good overall. 👍🏻 Facilities: The overall style and color of the hotel are completely within my aesthetic range. The facilities are quite complete, including an outdoor swimming pool, a gym, a chess and card room, a restaurant, etc. For me, I like to eat Western food. The steak house is still under preparation. I like to play tennis, but there is no tennis court. It's a little regrettable. Hygiene: Very good. The waiter found that the bed sheet was slightly stained and immediately changed it. Full set of bedding Environment: The hotel is located on Boao Tinghai Road, close to the beautiful and clean sea. Service: Humanized service needs to be improved. In terms of environment, the scenery is unbeatable, the coconut trees and the sea are just like the islands you imagine. I came to Tanmen to eat seafood and found an accommodation close to the pier. After drinking, I stopped driving. I and my friends finally chose Wuwu B&B. I read mixed reviews before! After arriving, it was still okay. The humidity in the room has a lot to do with being close to the sea and being on the first floor. The store did their best and used a dehumidifier. If the bedding smells damp, it is recommended to bring your own disposable sheets and quilts! The environment is very good. In front of the store is the beach and the sea. The breakfast is also delicious, including one serving of fried dough sticks and egg porridge per person! In the evening, other residents can cook their own meals in the kitchen, which is more relaxed and free! It seemed like there was no staff available after 21:00. We wanted to buy beer, but only guests could cook their own meals in the kitchen. They told us to find a housekeeper, but when we looked around we were all residents. I saw that other residents had finished cooking and eating and drinking. It’s quite hard to pack up your own things, wash dishes, collect garbage, and go out to play😃! When I went to bed at night, some unknown animal in the woods nearby made a loud noise, which woke me up! There were dogs barking in the morning, it was so primitive. The naughty children were running around all over the place in the morning. I encountered them in all the hotels where I stayed during my 9-day trip around the island. I was helpless! But it is still recommended to stay!

The location is perfect with a lovely view of the beach from our balcony. The staff members were all very nice and accommodating. Breakfast is pretty nice. The pool is amazing. The fish foot spa is an interesting experience for no charge and there is recreational area including billiards and ping pong. Complimentary high tea in the afternoon is nice.

There is a musty smell and it will take 15 minutes of air conditioning ventilation to dissipate. The location of the hotel is very remote, you need to drive 3 kilometers to reach the business. The only thing is that it is very close to the beach. You can see the beach and the sea when you open the window. There is a self-service washing machine and drying on the balcony of the room, which can also solve the problem of self-driving clothes. The front desk is a bit shabby, but the service attitude is okay. There is a restaurant on the 26th floor, which belongs to another famous hotel. For 168, it can feed a family of three, and the service attitude is quite satisfactory. The price/performance ratio is quite high
