The rooms in this hotel are very spacious, so the children can have fun. The high-rise invincible sea view room we stayed in had very good lighting. As soon as we opened our eyes, we could see the boundless sea, and our mood was instantly beautiful. The hotel is very close to the Nanhai Museum. Taking your children to visit is both informative and interesting. There is also the hotel amusement park, which is simply a paradise for children! Open from 8am to 8pm, the opening hours are so satisfying. Buying tickets with your room number can get a lot of discounts. We played there for several hours. When we were tired from playing in the morning, we went back to the room to rest comfortably, and then continued playing in the afternoon. Speaking of eating, after leaving the hotel, go to Boao Town, where there are many barbecue snacks for you to choose from. If you want to eat seafood, you can definitely go to Tanmen Town. All kinds of fresh and delicious seafood are mouth-watering. Even if you are tired from playing and can’t walk, ordering takeout can easily solve the problem. I have to say that the service in this hotel is even better! From the moment we stepped into the hotel, the staff were attentive and always had a warm smile on their faces. Check-in was quick and efficient, and they thoughtfully introduced us to surrounding tours and food information. In the room, as long as you have any needs, just make a phone call and the service staff will respond and solve it immediately. We also upgraded the room for free, which is quite satisfying. When we checked out, we were thoughtfully asked about our stay, which was really heartwarming. All in all, this stay was a great experience and I really recommend it to everyone!

Lovely hotel with a very big (heated) pool. Walking distance to some bars and restaurants along the beach front. Go to the top floor for an awesome view and some acupuncture on your feet!

The room is clean and quiet at night. Although it is old, the design and maintenance are good. For a house facing the sea, it is not easy for the housekeeping staff to maintain it to such a good level. Although the room is slightly damp, it is understandable, and the room is equipped with an air purifier, which is rare in hotels, to minimize the damp smell. The next day's breakfast was rich in dishes and tasted good. The service staff was friendly, and the room type was upgraded when we checked in, which gave us a very good accommodation experience. A five-star rating is a must!

The location is perfect with a lovely view of the beach from our balcony. The staff members were all very nice and accommodating. Breakfast is pretty nice. The pool is amazing. The fish foot spa is an interesting experience for no charge and there is recreational area including billiards and ping pong. Complimentary high tea in the afternoon is nice.

I wanted to build a swimming pool, but because the staff was busy and had no time, they gave us a yard with a bathtub and took the children to take a bath in the yard. The only thing I can suggest is that the room should have a small refrigerator to store drinks and fruits. By the way, the welcome fruit is also delicious. In short, I hope you will do better and better. When I returned to Sanya, I recommended it to all the company's children. In the next two weekends, some colleagues may bring their children to play. I will also stay there for two days in the near future. It is not enough.

After returning from Boao, I went to Guantang to soak in the hot springs. The hotel is in a town and is easy to find on the roadside. There is a popular village called Beiren Village around it. The service attitude of the hotel front desk lady was good, and the room was upgraded. Every item was explained very clearly. The room was also very large and separated into three parts. The breakfast was also delicious 😋, and there was afternoon tea for free. The temperature of the hot spring was just right.

We booked a hotel on short notice. Manager Bonnie contacted us in advance to confirm the arrival time and helped us coordinate the upgrade to a suite. Thank you. The hotel is very grand in design, with low floors and low density. The swimming pool is the largest we have ever stayed in. The shallowest point is 0.7 meters and it gradually gets deeper. We didn’t go to the deepest point, but both adults and children had a great time swimming there. The room is also very clean and spacious. The sofa can be pulled out to make a bed, but the spring mattress is too soft and uncomfortable, so I put it away. It is enough for the children to sleep even if it is not pulled out. There aren't many varieties of breakfast, no surprises, but it's enough to fill you up. The trip was tight on time, so we didn't take the shuttle bus to Dongyu Island. The golf driving range is said to be 50 yuan for half an hour. Takeout here is much more convenient than in Lingshui, with more choices and cheaper prices. However, the quality of the beach and sea water is not as good as in Lingshui. If the hotel can be equipped with a self-service laundry room and more clothes drying racks on the balcony, I will consider staying a few more days next time. The biggest trouble during my trip to Hainan was that my clothes could never dry.

Sister Strawberry was enthusiastic and professional, and took the children to do it step by step. The hot spring area was even more surprising, with several hot spring pools with different functions, clear water, private and comfortable environment, adults relaxed, and children also had a lot of fun~ The whole family had a great time, and I will choose this place next time I go on vacation! 💯

I am from Singapore and I was there with my handicapped mother for the first time. The service in this hotel is very good! They turned up very fast whenever we asked for housekeeping service. The rooms are big, bed is very comfortable and very clean as well! We booked the family suite (vedu room) and it’s the only one in the hotel located on the second floor. It has laundromat(free) and gym on the same floor which is very very convenient for us. Just get out of the room and we could easily do our laundry. Best thing is they also provide laundry detergent (free). We booked the rooms that come with free breakfast. It’s serves local Hainan cuisine and usually western bakeries, toast / bread and salad. It has espresso coffee machine, fruit juices machine, hot milk, hot soy milk and tea. Wide spread of breakfast! I highly recommend to stay at this hotel if you are planning to visit Hainan, Qionghai.
