***November 2025 Stay Experience***
I received a call immediately after booking to confirm my arrival time and arrange ticket purchases (discounts available, free for seniors over 70). A friendly staff member picked me up and helped with my luggage; they responded promptly to any questions.
Regarding the environment, I really loved the courtyard and cabins.
Sitting in the courtyard watching the swaying trees and listening to the wind and birdsong was the epitome of idyllic living. However, the reality is that there are mosquitoes, and it gets quite chilly in late autumn and early winter.
The duplex layout was a highlight when I chose the room, but I wouldn't recommend it for older people. Getting up at night requires climbing stairs to the first floor, which isn't very safe.
The bathroom doesn't have a door, so water splashes onto the sink area. There's no absorbent mat either; I suggest improvements.
Also, the air conditioner is extremely noisy, but when it's off, it's very cold and damp, and the blankets feel damp. The staff member mentioned that the noise seems particularly loud when it's quiet here.
I explained the situation to the young lady, and she changed my room to ”West Window Dream” for the second night. Although the atmosphere and design were slightly inferior, the standing air conditioner was powerful, and she even added a blanket and an electric blanket, which satisfied my comfort needs! Thank you, Xiao Wen, for your service!

YuwenniziThe rooms are very clean and well-equipped. The two beds are in separate rooms, ensuring a peaceful night's rest without disturbing each other. After exploring the ancient town in the evening, you can grab a book and leisurely read. We were treated to a complimentary Anhui cuisine dinner, which was absolutely delicious. The breakfast buffet was also extensive. The scenic area's shuttle buses run 24 hours a day, allowing for unlimited rides and multiple entries and exits to the park, though you probably won't need to leave as there's plenty to see within the ancient town itself. Overall, the slow-paced, waterside town experience was excellent!

The location of the hotel is very advantageous. It is located in the center of the ancient town and the transportation is very convenient. It only takes a few minutes to walk to Xitang's main attractions, such as Yanyu Corridor, Songzi Laifeng Bridge, Bar Street, etc., which is very suitable for leisure vacation or business trip.
The facilities are outstanding. The hotel's architectural style is elegant and exquisite, and the garden is planted with various flowers and green plants, making the environment very pleasant. The room is fully equipped, clean and tidy, giving people a warm and comfortable feeling. The bed was moderately soft and hard, allowing me to have a good night's sleep.
The hotel has an internal bar, which is not open to the public. A variety of board and board games are also provided for guests' entertainment. You have more choices in your spare time, so you can fully enjoy the fun of your trip.
The hotel staff are warm and friendly and always provide us with attentive service. Whether it was checking in or checking out, they were always there to answer our questions and help us with a smile. This attentive and thoughtful service made me feel very warm and comfortable.
I highly recommend this hotel to friends who are planning to travel to Xitang. I believe you will also praise the facilities here just like me.

BoziThis hotel boasts a great location, approximately 300 meters from the West Xizha South Gate, with plenty of local restaurants about 100 meters away, making dining and sightseeing incredibly convenient. The hotel consists of three three-story buildings, all equipped with elevators 🗗 for easy access. The rooms are well-appointed, clean, and hygienic. I particularly liked the beautiful bathroom with its separate wet and dry areas. I had a very satisfying two-day stay.

Staying here, right in the scenic area, truly lets you experience Wuzhen. At night, the reflections of the lights dance on the water, and in the early morning, the cobblestone streets are completely empty. During these times, the ancient town is a hundred times quieter and a hundred times more charming than during the day. Our room was a small two-story duplex, with a spacious living room downstairs and a cozy bedroom upstairs. My favorite spot was curling up on the small balcony, watching the traditional sculling boats glide by on the river. The service was also incredibly reassuring. Xiao Shi, from before we even arrived until check-in, answered every question on WeChat quickly and in detail, making it feel like we had a local friend looking out for us. In the morning, I walked to a teahouse, sat by the river, and enjoyed a steamer of siu mai and a bowl of soy milk. This is probably the most gentle way to experience Jiangnan. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to truly settle in and enjoy Wuzhen.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, just a few hundred meters from Wuzhen Xizha, and easy to find right off the road, which is great for self-driving with convenient parking. The hotel's decor also features a traditional ancient town style, with a 'National Charm Garden' feel where every step reveals a new beautiful scene. There's a pomelo tree in front with lots of large fruits! The room was quite spacious, clean, and warm! The landlady and staff were all very warm and hospitable! I'll definitely come back next time!

This guesthouse truly exceeded my expectations! It's located at the end of a street, making it very quiet. The common areas are exceptionally well-designed, with wooden beamed ceilings that create a serene and healing atmosphere—perfect for relaxation. The room details are impeccable; the woven rattan pendant lights are soft and cozy, and the sloped skylight fills the space with natural light and shadows. The bedding is soft and comfortable. Overall, it's clean and tidy, with a relaxed and pleasant vibe, suitable for both a short stay or a leisurely getaway. I'll definitely come back next time! The front desk service was also excellent; when my child soiled the sheets and duvet cover, they immediately came to change them.

Guest User1. Location - Very convenient and near the old city, dining is within 5-10 minutes walk, the bus to Hangzhou is also near, the entrance to Wuzhen scenic area is very near.
2. Room - the toilet smell of urine and I wanted to wash the smell away but there was no waste hole. Probably the housekeeper just mopped the toilet. The next day the smell cleared. AirCon is good especially on a very warm and humid day.
3. Front desk - helpful on directions and advise on buying entrance tickets, tips, and also how to buy the bus ticket to Hangzhou.

After checking in at the front desk, a butler promptly arrived at our room with welcome fruits, toiletries, and small toys for the child, which was a very thoughtful service from the Bi Gang butler. The rooms in Building 2 are a bit older compared to Building 1, and the scenic view rooms face the hotel's courtyard, which is quite pleasant. However, they don't face south, so we couldn't sunbathe on the balcony. There's only one coffee machine in the breakfast restaurant, so the wait is long. The Italian coffee I ordered was just black coffee without milk, and it was extremely bitter, tasted like the coffee beans were over-extracted. The variety of food wasn't much, and refills weren't timely. I wouldn't recommend breakfast.

Check in early in the morning. There is no one at the front desk, so you can get your room card and enter. The room is shown in the picture. Clean and tidy. The cleaning lady kindly asked if there was anything else I needed. The location of the B&B is not far from the entrance of Xizha, and there are restaurants nearby. It’s about a kilometer walk to Dongzha. The B&B has an elevator, which is very convenient for going up and down the floors.
