***November 2025 Stay Experience*** I received a call immediately after booking to confirm my arrival time and arrange ticket purchases (discounts available, free for seniors over 70). A friendly staff member picked me up and helped with my luggage; they responded promptly to any questions. Regarding the environment, I really loved the courtyard and cabins. Sitting in the courtyard watching the swaying trees and listening to the wind and birdsong was the epitome of idyllic living. However, the reality is that there are mosquitoes, and it gets quite chilly in late autumn and early winter. The duplex layout was a highlight when I chose the room, but I wouldn't recommend it for older people. Getting up at night requires climbing stairs to the first floor, which isn't very safe. The bathroom doesn't have a door, so water splashes onto the sink area. There's no absorbent mat either; I suggest improvements. Also, the air conditioner is extremely noisy, but when it's off, it's very cold and damp, and the blankets feel damp. The staff member mentioned that the noise seems particularly loud when it's quiet here. I explained the situation to the young lady, and she changed my room to ”West Window Dream” for the second night. Although the atmosphere and design were slightly inferior, the standing air conditioner was powerful, and she even added a blanket and an electric blanket, which satisfied my comfort needs! The location of the hotel is very advantageous. It is located in the center of the ancient town and the transportation is very convenient. It only takes a few minutes to walk to Xitang's main attractions, such as Yanyu Corridor, Songzi Laifeng Bridge, Bar Street, etc., which is very suitable for leisure vacation or business trip. The facilities are outstanding. The hotel's architectural style is elegant and exquisite, and the garden is planted with various flowers and green plants, making the environment very pleasant. The room is fully equipped, clean and tidy, giving people a warm and comfortable feeling. The bed was moderately soft and hard, allowing me to have a good night's sleep. The hotel has an internal bar, which is not open to the public. A variety of board and board games are also provided for guests' entertainment. You have more choices in your spare time, so you can fully enjoy the fun of your trip. The hotel staff are warm and friendly and always provide us with attentive service. Whether it was checking in or checking out, they were always there to answer our questions and help us with a smile. This attentive and thoughtful service made me feel very warm and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to friends who are planning to travel to Xitang. I believe you will also praise the facilities here just like me.

This hotel is located within the Wuzhen scenic area, allowing multiple entries and exits to the Xizha scenic area during your stay. Although luggage can be transported within the scenic area, there's quite a walk from the parking lot to the scenic area's service center for check-in and check-out. This is extremely inconvenient for those traveling with luggage, children, and the elderly (the hotel also doesn't offer shuttle services). Furthermore, parking fees for guests are self-paid, which was a first for me. The hotel's Chinese-style decor is very unique. The two single bedrooms are separate, which might be an interesting experience for some. The hotel breakfast is rich, and their signature lamb noodles are delicious.

Location & Environment Situated in a village between the East and West Scenic Zones, it's not far from the attractions, making it convenient to walk or take a short taxi ride. The expansive courtyard is lush with greenery, and the swimming pool, lawn, and outdoor cinema area are exquisitely arranged, creating a fantastic atmosphere that's great for photos. The courtyard is quiet and tranquil, away from the bustling crowds of the ancient town, offering a strong sense of relaxation. 2. Room Experience The overall design is a minimalist, natural wood style. The rooms are spacious, and most come with a balcony or a small courtyard. The bedding and bathroom amenities are of high quality. The rooms are treated for moisture, ensuring a dry and comfortable stay. The soundproofing is also good, guaranteeing a peaceful night's rest. 3. Service & Thoughtful Details (including souvenir) The staff are friendly and enthusiastic, proactively explaining sightseeing routes and tips to avoid common tourist pitfalls. Basic services such as luggage handling, taxi booking, and parking are all well-executed. Upon departure, guests receive a local specialty souvenir (mostly Wuzhen pastries, tea bags, or cultural and creative small items), which adds a wonderful touch of ceremony and is incredibly thoughtful, significantly boosting overall satisfaction.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to take tour buses, boat trips, and go for dim sum. We had reservations for dim sum, so we didn't eat the hotel breakfast, but we did take a look at it and it seemed very rich and plentiful. If you're staying for multiple nights, I'd recommend trying it out. GRO Xiao Yuan (Yuan) provided exceptional service; she was our point of contact from the moment we entered the scenic area until we left, and she also gave us an introduction to the area. Highly recommend!

The hotel's location is excellent, just a few hundred meters from Wuzhen Xizha, and easy to find right off the road, which is great for self-driving with convenient parking. The hotel's decor also features a traditional ancient town style, with a 'National Charm Garden' feel where every step reveals a new beautiful scene. There's a pomelo tree in front with lots of large fruits! The room was quite spacious, clean, and warm! The landlady and staff were all very warm and hospitable! I'll definitely come back next time!

Staying at the Hidden Villa Design Hotel in Wuzhen was such a find! The location is fantastic, super close to the scenic area – just a few minutes' walk. It was so convenient for exploring, and getting back to the hotel was a breeze. The hotel itself features a modern, minimalist design. The black and white marble bathroom feels incredibly luxurious. The room was spacious, and the large bed with soft, skin-friendly linens was incredibly comfortable. The blackout blinds offered excellent privacy. A soak in the tub was just what I needed to unwind after a long day of sightseeing, and I loved the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. They even had a smart toilet and a hairdryer – all the little details were perfectly taken care of. The amenities within the courtyard exceeded my expectations! The huge outdoor pool was incredibly photogenic, and there was a row of adorable shared electric scooters, which were perfect for a relaxing ride around the neighborhood. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, responding quickly to any requests. The parking lot even had charging stations, so no worries if you're driving. The overall environment was quiet and peaceful, and the facilities were new, clean, and odor-free. It perfectly blends design aesthetics with comfort. I'd definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Wuzhen!

I was truly impressed by the Yinhe Sanju B&B during my trip to Wuzhen! The location is fantastic – close to the scenic area, making it convenient to go out yet still quiet and peaceful. As soon as I walked in, I felt a warm and inviting atmosphere. The environment is clean and tidy, and the decor is very stylish, not like those cookie-cutter 'influencer-style' places. It felt incredibly relaxing to be there. The room was spotless, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept wonderfully. The attention to detail was excellent, right down to the toiletries. The owner is super enthusiastic, always ready to help, and has a wonderful attitude. They even offered thoughtful tips for exploring the area. It didn't feel like staying in a hotel at all; it was more like visiting a friend's home. The common areas are also great for photos, you can snap some amazing shots effortlessly. Overall, the experience was top-notch, with incredible value for money. I had a comfortable stay and a great time. When I left, the owner even gave me some Gusaobing, a special Wuzhen pastry, which was quite delicious. I took a few boxes to share with friends. Next time I'm in Wuzhen, I'll definitely choose this place again. I genuinely recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Wuzhen – you can't go wrong, just book it!

1. Location - Very convenient and near the old city, dining is within 5-10 minutes walk, the bus to Hangzhou is also near, the entrance to Wuzhen scenic area is very near. 2. Room - the toilet smell of urine and I wanted to wash the smell away but there was no waste hole. Probably the housekeeper just mopped the toilet. The next day the smell cleared. AirCon is good especially on a very warm and humid day. 3. Front desk - helpful on directions and advise on buying entrance tickets, tips, and also how to buy the bus ticket to Hangzhou.

We really enjoyed our stay at Qingchi Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel special. The hotel itself is beautiful and spotlessly clean, and the facilities are exceptional. The highlight for us was the hot spring pools — we loved them! A friendly member from the Spa gave us a great tour and explained the purpose of the different pools, which made it even more relaxing. There’s also so much to do on site. For the kids, theres beautiful outdoor areas, and we loved spotting the animals around the property. Watching the koi in the small ponds was so peaceful. The whole area feels serene, with lots of cute photo spots around every corner. The breakfast was both western and chinese. It was delicious. We will definitely visit again.
