Jiaxing Ramada, a big international hotel brand, has excellent hardware facilities, spacious rooms, reasonable layout, complete facilities, normal operation, and professional service. Two small gifts were given when checking in.
The breakfast is very rich and tastes very good, which is worthy of praise. But the female service staff at the front desk on the 3rd floor seemed to be a little confused. I had already reported the room number to get breakfast, and the same waiter came to ask me again if I swiped the card.
The disadvantages are that the location is relatively remote, and there are not many people around, mostly government agencies and public utilities. There are few people on the road at night, and there is a lack of commercial facilities.
The gym and swimming pool are outsourced and stop operating at 8:30 pm, which brings great inconvenience to customers.

The facilities are very new. Very good experience. Booked during the special offer. After checking in, the room window is very small. Communicated with the front desk and upgraded it. A breakfast was given. Great value. The only bad thing is that there is no shower gel in the shower room. Two bottles of shampoo + 1 bottle of conditioner were put in. Maybe it was a mistake.

Facilities: The toilet is very smart. A European-style hotel with a business trip style, the style is a bit old-fashioned, the window can't be locked, but the overall hardware is very good.
Environment: The sound insulation is great, and the process of living is quiet and comfortable. In the few days of staying, the elevator met many people on business trips and families who came to travel.
Hygienic: The floor is carpeted, the quilt has a small mark, but the whole is very clean.
Service: Auntie will come every day to clean and add mineral water and biscuits on the cabinet.
Check-in requires a deposit and then check the room, because there are many consumer goods in the room.

We chose two room types, and the twin bed room is larger than the double bed room. Guests staying in the hotel can take the tour bus for free, which brings great convenience to travel and can be called at any time. Guests staying in the hotel also enjoy free parking and checked luggage services.
The housekeeping department ”Huang Ying” is enthusiastic and meticulous in cleaning, thumbs up👍🏻

There was no sales promotion during the travel photography. The handmade lanterns were a bit disappointing. They were given the finished products directly, and the lanterns fell apart before they went home.

The location is right next to Xizha Scenic Area, 200 meters from the entrance, less than 5 minutes' walk. It's prosperous but quiet. There are many restaurants and convenience stores opposite and nearby. It is very comfortable to smoke cigars in the pavilion in the pond at night. People often pass by and enter the garden to check in. The lady at the front desk is very friendly, and Shiba Inu Wangcai likes to play with people. There are no shortcomings, the only thing is that the shower room floor is leaking a little, it can be repaired.
It is recommended that the B&B add 2 towel racks on the wooden fence beside the bathing pool, and sell some hot spring powder for bathing at the front desk.

Watching a boatload of tourists passing by my house, I feel like I am the owner of the town. Even if it is only for two days, it is enough to make me rush. The pace slows down at this moment, and the busy life seems to be isolated in another world. Make a pot of tea, sit against the beautiful woman outside the door, quietly listen to the chirping of birds and the chirping of cicadas, and your heart will calm down. The hotel is very good, with good breakfast, hygiene and environment. There is a children's playground and swimming pool, and the baby had a lot of fun. 1️⃣location: this hotel is not having 10 out of 10 location because it’s kind of hard for you to find Boba tea shop b/c it far away from the center 🥲🤣
2️⃣cleaness and Amenties: this hotel was giving me the feeling of a new and clean ,beautiful design hotel 💗.I really love the restaurant of this hotel because it has a lot of really delicious food even though my families is asian and they are not eating Chinese food much because it too oily and spicy 😅but we just fall in love with this restaurant .we especially love the lobster tofu and the vegetable soup🦞🤤
3️⃣ last but not least , their services and the enthusiasm of the receptionist - a young Chinese lady & a tall ,good English men, a Chinese men. they are all really friendly and always try to put effort to help us : to carry luggages, to explain when we ask where we should go to visit and what the food we should eat in the restaurant I just mentioned above, even though some of them are not speaking English but they still trying to translate for us because the menu is all Chinese. 💟🥇🥇✅My cousin bought 2 cakes but luckily he just paid for 1 because the seller said buy 1 get 1 free😚🤤
❤️🩹before we check out the hotel , my sister was wearing contact lens but she forgot eyes drop . one of the lovely receptionist drove her by his own car to the shop and help her to buy the eyes drop. She told me she’s been many 5 🌟 hotels but this one is incredible and deserve receive more guest and popularity.
😚lastly the receptionist help us to booked a car for my family five people and some big luggages . this review is so long but I have to mention that the driver is also really enthusiasm .
he drove us 1 hour 30 minutes to the skiing place. this is the first time we going to this place so he also helped us . finally he drove us 4 hours to our new hotel in Shanghai .He deserved the tips guys. 🥺
ME AND MY FAMILY LOVE THIS EDEN PLATINUM hotel SO MUCH , just a little bit mistake from the beginning is there is no one help us with our luggages when we first enter the hotel, then i asked them for help and they still so willing to do . i was so shock at first but everything was much better so i would still rate 9.5/10.

KKazzy travelerInspirok Hotel Tongxiang- First time back in Tongxiang after 4 years. 7 nights in a spacious ”Business Room” in building B with 2 very firm king single beds that gave me a sore upper back. (I don't have back problems normally...) Flat pillows. The hopeless Air-conditioning struggled to get to an absolute low of 23C and was noisy. (32C days and 26C nights.). Huge bathroom with bath. Flow limited shower with hand shower and rain shower. Mostly quiet due to reduced occupancy and outside traffic. Good blockout curtains. International power points with USB power but you must have an earth pin if you want to use an Aussie plug. (Or risk manually pushing up the earth lockout.) Many free english movies available now on the tv in reasonable quality. One thing that I found particularly handy was that a small tube of liquid laundry detergent is supplied and some hooks above the bath.
There was no bar fridge in my room on arrival but one was quickly supplied, gratis, when I asked. (Empty).
Large shopping mall one block from the hotel and small 7-eleven type shop very near the front entrance where you can buy tsing taos for 6rmb.
The included buffet breakfast was pretty average with fewer choices and poorer quality than similar 5* hotels. Very average automatic coffee machines and coffee pots. It was also so overcrowded on the Sunday- with a convention booking- that many people could not be seated. Most mornings it was reasonably quiet.
Excellent room service Indonesian fried rice. I also had the ”all you can eat” buffet a couple of nights but thought that it was over priced for the quality of food available at 138RMB (approx 30aud.)
Reasonable wifi access throughout the hotel and I was able to read my Gmail but not send it. (I couldn't even download it in Jiangsu.)
There is no option on the Trip booking page to ask for 'special requests” for this hotel. Also no option to ask for a non smoking floor and I wasn't asked at check-in. Very annoying.

GGuest UserFirst of all, the location is excellent. You can walk a few steps to the right of the hotel to reach the entrance of Gate 2, which is so convenient! The room was quite large and cleanly decorated, which made me, a mysophobic person, very comfortable. (I forgot to take pictures of the inside of the room, but of the external environment.) I decided to renew the reservation for another night. I originally planned to stay in Nanxun Ancient Town for one night. , I gave up living there. What’s interesting is that the two chairs in the room can be rotated while sitting on them. There is a parking lot below the window for convenience, and there is a river and the scenery is nice. The boss was very enthusiastic. He carried our luggage upstairs and introduced us to a restaurant where we could eat. He also drove us to the old street for free and to the parking lot of the scenic spot. The service was very good! Will recommend friends to stay here. There is also a small problem that I forgot to remind the boss at the time. The temperature of the bath water is unstable. When adjusting the water, it is either hot or cold. I hope they can pay attention to it. All in all, staying here is a good choice!

JJingI highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit the Wuzhen historical site. The facilities are top-notch, and the rooms are well-maintained. The breakfast options are excellent. The hotel is located in a quiet area within the historical district, offering beautiful scenery. This allows you to enjoy a peaceful morning inside the historical district. While it is not the cheapest option in the area, it is definitely worth the price.

MMy Shanghai LifeFinally a hotel that is a true five star hotel by European standards. Great service throughout our stay and a delicious breakfast. We booked an executive room and had the benefits of having access to the executive lounge with a decent standard and great view.
The best of all was that my daughter had a small accident and the hotel staff accompanied us to the nearest hospital and took care of our girl so well. Truly appreciated, especially since we as foreigners don’t speak Chinese.
Conclusion: this is one of the better hotels that we stayed in in China.

YYeung R ongThe boss is a very honest man and also very helpful. He goes the extra mile to help you with anything that you need. Just inform him what your need or where you would like to go and he will recommend the best method and even help to arrange for transportation, services etc at the best value price. The hotel is located just 300meters walk away from the Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area ticketing centre. Though it is not located inside the scenic area, it is worth staying here because there are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, massage parlours, and traditional costume and make up shops that you can get better price than within the scenic area. The hotel owner also helped to arrange a rickshaw to bring us tour nanzha(south part of Wuzhen) which depicts more of the lifestyle of the local people with a few nice areas for photography and to buy local produce. Many chinese dramas were also filmed at Nanzha area which the rickshaw rider explained very well but in mandarin chinese. He also helped to take nice photographs for us. The hotel owner also helped to book a car from Wuzhen to Tongli at a reasonable price. If you are travelling from either Hangzhou or Suzhou to this hotel, i would recommend that you give the hotel owner a call and ask him to arrange for a car to get you from those places to Wuzhen especially if you travel in groups of 2-4 persons because the hotel owner is able to get a reasonably priced car. Overall, i would stay in this hotel again if i visit Wuzhen again, because of the owner’s great hospitality and service.

EESMLIts our 2nd time in Wuzhen, so we prefer staying a night is the best way or the only way for tourist to enjoy wonders of Wuzhen Watertown.
This hotel is located inside the watertown so you have the privilege to roam till late and as early in the morning.
Since its our first time staying in the hotel, we are not aware that the hotel has 2 entrances. We checked in at the common area, while our luggages will be transported to our designated hotels, since we only had a day to explore, without dropping to our hotel we go straight to the West part of Wuzhen water town.
This time we almost finish the whole area, and we felt so amazed with bands singing inside restaurants, and it turned out so well.
During the day, you can enjoy the old stone alley. We stayed in East gate, one unit has 3 rooms, 1 on the 1st floor (which we had), while 2 more rooms upstairs. Ground floor has a common area for morning tea time.
We choose the lower ground since it has balcony overlooking a part of the watertown. While for the room, definitely its expected to be old style, but its clean, with typical Chinese decor of 4 posts bed frame, which practically makes the room a bit crowded.
Breakfast is typical buffet type, good taste. Servers are very efficient, since guests coming in continuously. They're so attentive as soon as you finished your food, they'll surely cleans your plate out.
Overall, we did enjoy our stay.

GGuest UserIt's no exaggeration to say that I will definitely recommend ALILA Hotel WuZhen to my friends if they have plans to travel to Jiaxing.
From the moment I arrived the hotel, I felt the warm welcome from the front desk staff. I was really enjoying the warm welcome drinks, fresh pear juice provided by the check-in lobby. In particular, thanks to Sherry, the receptionist, who contacted me in advance before my arrival and kindly reminded me that thick clothes need to be prepared for the local cooling.
The concierge took the initiative to help me bring my luggage to the room and personally guided me to the room, they gave a detailed introduction of the hotel facilities and dining outlets. I was greatly moved and surprised by the exquisite welcome amenity prepared on the table in the room. There are delicate and delicious macarons, fresh fruit plates prepared with care, a bottle of fine red wine, afternoon patisserie with Zhejiang characteristics, and even a welcome letter handwritten by General Manager Nick. I can feel that Alila's staff really treat guests with true heart.
I still want to thank a boy who worked in the hotel bar. I'm sorry that I forgot his name. He patiently took beautiful photos of me on the afternoon of my arrival, recording my wonderful moment in the Alila Hotel.
I really enjoy the relaxing time in the bar of this hotel. There is a standing performance of Filipino band in the bar at night. The service provided by the band was very good. They cared about each guest on the scene and asked each guest what song they wanted to listen to in a friendly and warm manner. I was really immersed in relaxing and drinking there.
The breakfast in the hotel is well-done. The food quality and taste are very good. The breakfast choices are very rich. The only disadvantage is that the skin of shrimp dumplings is too thick. Alex, the Director of Food and Beverage, actively inquired about our stay experience and personally served us with care. The service was very good. He knew that we felt too hot when sitting outdoors and quickly helped us transfer to the indoor table near the window.
When I was checking out, the front desk staff treated us warmly as always, and gave me a sleeping pillow spray and a wash and care package as a parting gift, which greatly moved me again. Compared to the next hotels I stayed in on this trip, the hotel that impressed me the most was definitely the Alila Hotel, with its superb service.
