📍Wuzhen Scenic Area A highly recommended hotel! It's super convenient, just a 2-minute drive from the West Scenic Zone, and they offer a very thoughtful shuttle service. The dining is a major highlight; it's not your typical buffet. Instead, they prepare authentic local specialties tailored to your preferences. Then there's the ambiance and culture: the unique portrait of 'Zaki Lamu, the ******* Goddess of Wealth' is a must-take photo op! Many small items in the hotel, from the raw materials to the DIY designed furniture and ornaments, are personally selected and crafted by the owner. Plus, there's a really impressive sound system. The rocking horse is a big hit with the kids, and the treasure-filled 4th floor has an art studio that's quite an eye-opener. Each room has different furniture, and the beds are all made from antique boat wood, giving each room a unique style. Some small decorations in the rooms are also DIY. It's not quite a guesthouse but not quite a club, and definitely not a club but not quite a guesthouse – truly one-of-a-kind and highly recommended!

An absolutely wonderful stay! I honestly feel it was worth every penny, and the overall experience was fantastic. We were celebrating my boyfriend's birthday, and the front desk staff called ahead to confirm and make a note of it. They upgraded our room and even gave us a small cake (the lady at the front desk was so lovely, I wish I knew her name so the hotel could commend her, haha!). Plus, the breakfast selection here is huge, the pool is big, the service is excellent, and the room was spotless. It's definitely a place we'd love to visit again.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of options. Some of the chefs also spoke English, which was a plus. It would be even better if the menu for dishes and drinks included English translations. The hotel's proximity to the high-speed rail station made getting around incredibly convenient.

My stay at Wuzhen Wangjinli Boutique Hotel was excellent. The hotel boasts a superb location, right next to the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, and is within walking distance of the core scenic area, making transportation very convenient. The rooms are elegantly designed and well-equipped, with comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing. The staff were professional, meticulous, and responsive. The dining quality was consistently good, with a rich variety at breakfast. Overall, the hotel performs well across environment, facilities, and service. It's highly recommended for travelers seeking comfort and convenience.

My stay at Pullman Haining was absolutely fantastic this time around! ✨ The lobby boasts an elegant and grand design, with mustard yellow sofas complementing artistic floor tiles, giving it a truly stylish vibe. The restaurant's floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of lush greenery, making for an incredible dining experience with amazing ambiance. The room details were also thoughtfully done; the toiletries were high-quality, and the towels were clean and soft. The floral arrangements in the public areas were exquisitely crafted, exuding sophistication everywhere you looked. The service was attentive and considerate, making for a truly comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Haining!

The room was very clean, and I did not notice any areas that felt dirty during my stay. The location is excellent for anyone who has business at the university. However, for tourists, it may be less convenient, as there is no nearby metro or train station and traveling around requires taking a taxi. For me, since I was visiting a friend who studies at the university, the location was perfect. The staff were cheerful, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was well equipped with most of the necessary amenities. The only thing missing was a refrigerator. Surprisingly (and amusingly), there was even laundry detergent provided 😂, which was a nice and unexpected touch.

As a foreign tourist visiting China for 1st time and not knowing a single word of Chinese, I felt so so lucky I chose this hotel! 1. Wonderful staff After arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a receptionist named Yang Dongqing. Although we communicated through translation app, our conversation felt natural & smooth. I actually felt a little guilty for asking her sooo many questions but she’s extremely patient & cheerful, taking the time to answer every single question carefully & thoroughly. I felt so grateful for that! We even received some cute welcome gifts. We’re also accompanied to our room by a staff member named Wang Jinmei. When our luggage was delivered to the hotel, we were quite confused cause we had no idea how to get it up to our room. This young man noticed our hesitation almost immediately and came over to help us before we even had a chance to ask. Both our suitcases were very large and heavy but he carried them upstairs by himself one in each hand! Later I happened to see him a few more times and he would always smile and nod at me in such a friendly and polite way. I was impressed by this hotel staffs professionalism. I’m not sure if I write the 2 staff members’ names correctly as I don’t know Chinese. But they truly made my day!!! They were among the very first Chinese people I interacted with after arriving here and thanks to them, my first impression of Chinese people & Wuzhen was incredibly positive. People are what make good service! 2. Spacious and comfortable room The room’s big &beautiful, looking just like the pictures. A table and chairs on the balcony where I could sit back relaxing and enjoying the view. The bathtub was large enough to comfortably soak in. If u’d like a big bathroom then this room’s worth considering. All instructions in the room also available in English so as a foreign guest, I had no trouble understanding anything. If I had to mention 1 small thing, I would say that the shower pressure was weaker than I expected. In my country, showers tend to have much stronger water pressure but I think this is probably just a cultural difference, as it seems that many hotels in China are similar. Overall I was extremely satisfied with my experience at this hotel, to the point that I actually regret booking it for only one night 😁 I will definitely come back to Wuzhen and Tongan and stay for longer !!!

1. Location - Very convenient and near the old city, dining is within 5-10 minutes walk, the bus to Hangzhou is also near, the entrance to Wuzhen scenic area is very near. 2. Room - the toilet smell of urine and I wanted to wash the smell away but there was no waste hole. Probably the housekeeper just mopped the toilet. The next day the smell cleared. AirCon is good especially on a very warm and humid day. 3. Front desk - helpful on directions and advise on buying entrance tickets, tips, and also how to buy the bus ticket to Hangzhou.

I finally got to experience the Alila Wuzhen, which I'd been dreaming of, and the entire stay was absolutely perfect – it's my top choice for a Wuzhen getaway! The hotel itself is a beautiful waterside architectural masterpiece, with minimalist white walls blending seamlessly with the waterways, recreating a modern Jiangnan village. It feels like stepping into a traditional Chinese ink painting. The winding paths and water lanes within the property offer changing views at every turn. The lighting is soft and gentle during the day, and at night, the lights reflect beautifully on the water. Every photo you take looks stunning, and the serene ambiance is just incredible. It's wonderfully removed from the hustle and bustle of the ancient town, offering superb privacy, making it perfect for travelers seeking a peaceful retreat. Check-in was efficient and smooth. The front desk staff were warm and polite, offering a welcome tea and patiently explaining the resort layout. Our Water House room was incredibly spacious with an open layout, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows brought the wetland scenery right into the room. The room was spotlessly clean, with a subtle and soothing aroma. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom was expansive, with custom toiletries that had a sophisticated scent. The bathtub by the window allowed us to enjoy the garden view while soaking, which was a fantastic experience. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, combining local flavors with exquisite Western dishes, and the ingredients were fresh. Strolling through the resort, you can visit the infinity pool and the tea house in the middle of the water. During your leisure time, you can walk around and birdwatch, experiencing the unique tranquility of a water town. The staff provided attentive and thoughtful service; they would always greet us proactively on the paths and responded promptly to all our requests. Compared to the lively guesthouses in Xizha, this place offers a more secluded and relaxed vibe. The architectural aesthetics, hardware quality, and attentive service complement each other perfectly, making it suitable for both couples' getaways and short, tranquil retreats. This stay far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose Alila again on my next visit to Wuzhen.

I stayed in Haiyan for two days on a business trip. Although it was cold outside, the room was warm, large and cozy. I arrived at the hotel very late at night, but the beautiful woman at the front desk was very enthusiastic and told me to have breakfast on the first floor because I was very tired after a long day of driving. , so I took a hot bath and went to sleep. I was a little too familiar with the bed and was afraid of insomnia. Unexpectedly, I woke up at almost 8 o'clock. Oh my God, the bed is so comfortable. In the morning, I found that there was body lotion in the room. This is so considerate. I quickly used it. It is silky and smooth. The fragrance is still good. The breakfast is also very rich. I like to eat the freshly wrapped wontons with seaweed soup. After eating, the security guard who collected the breakfast ticket will also say... I smiled and nodded. The service quality is excellent. I will stay at this hotel again if I have the opportunity to travel on business in the future!
