📍Wuzhen Scenic Area A highly recommended hotel! It's super convenient, just a 2-minute drive from the West Scenic Zone, and they offer a very thoughtful shuttle service. The dining is a major highlight; it's not your typical buffet. Instead, they prepare authentic local specialties tailored to your preferences. Then there's the ambiance and culture: the unique portrait of 'Zaki Lamu, the ******* Goddess of Wealth' is a must-take photo op! Many small items in the hotel, from the raw materials to the DIY designed furniture and ornaments, are personally selected and crafted by the owner. Plus, there's a really impressive sound system. The rocking horse is a big hit with the kids, and the treasure-filled 4th floor has an art studio that's quite an eye-opener. Each room has different furniture, and the beds are all made from antique boat wood, giving each room a unique style. Some small decorations in the rooms are also DIY. It's not quite a guesthouse but not quite a club, and definitely not a club but not quite a guesthouse – truly one-of-a-kind and highly recommended!

I traveled around Suzhou and Hangzhou with my mother, who is over 70, visiting Tongli, Zhouzhuang, Nanxun, and Wuzhen. Wuzhen was our favorite ancient town, and staying at the Wuzhen Disun Resort Hotel truly exceeded our expectations! The hotel facilities are new, with great attention to detail, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The lobby, rooms, and even the pool were spotless, as if they had just been cleaned, with floors so polished they shone. Everywhere you walked, there was the scent of flowers. My mother enjoys watching the Grand Canal, so I specifically chose Building 3 for its canal view. The room featured a wet/dry separation, a standalone bathtub with disposable bath liners, a full set of L'Occitane toiletries, a Dyson hairdryer, and more. Breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, including freshly made pasta and warm croissants. There's also an infinity pool overlooking the Grand Canal and the White Lotus Pagoda. The service was incredibly thoughtful: luggage was delivered directly to our room, and we had unlimited free rides on the scenic area shuttle bus. After checking in, we could enter and exit the Xizha scenic area unlimited times just by facial recognition. Staying at a hotel within the scenic area means fewer tourists in the mornings and evenings, making it perfect for photos.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of options. Some of the chefs also spoke English, which was a plus. It would be even better if the menu for dishes and drinks included English translations. The hotel's proximity to the high-speed rail station made getting around incredibly convenient.

Our Mid-Autumn Festival stay in Wuzhen was a delightful surprise! The room was tastefully antique and elegant, with a stylish floral and bird painting above the bed. My favorite part was the window, offering views of small bridges, flowing water, and lush greenery – it felt like living inside a traditional Chinese ink painting. There were even thoughtful Mid-Autumn fruits and custom-made mooncakes on the table, really setting a festive mood. The service was warm and the environment was simply superb. The window frames the waters of Wuzhen, The screen hides the gentle breeze of magnolias. The mooncakes add to the autumn ambiance, Living a dream in Jiangnan.

The environment is simple yet luxurious, and the lobby has a great ambiance. The rooms are meticulously cleaned, even the corners are spotless, and there are no strange odors. Zora provides thoughtful and attentive service, proactively informing guests about hotel amenities and key local attractions. It made my stay feel secure and relaxing, perfect for both tourists and those on a temporary visit.

Honestly, I've only ever seen such perfect rooms in pictures. Clean, comfortable, and every detail meticulously arranged. I had a wonderfully happy stay; it was simply impeccable. Breakfast also left me very satisfied. While the variety wasn't extensive, it was more European-style, and the condiments were served separately, allowing you to add them to your taste – unlike street food where a whole bunch is just sprinkled on directly. For a foreign tourist like me, who can't eat too much spicy food, this was a very thoughtful touch. A special thank you goes to Ms. Qian Wei at the front desk. She was incredibly warm and patient, helping me resolve various small issues during my stay, which made me, a foreign tourist, feel particularly welcome. Although there was a language barrier, her smile and service attitude left a lasting impression on me. We stayed at Alila Wuzhen for the Mid-Autumn Festival, and the hotel's design is truly beautiful and stylish, with comfortable bedding. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices that suited our tastes perfectly. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get around; it's about a 10-minute taxi ride to the scenic area. The hotel also offers travel photography services, and the photography team was absolutely amazing! They were very enthusiastic and captured beautiful photos quickly and efficiently. Our photographer, Li Li, was incredibly supportive and excellent at guiding us, creating a happy and pleasant shooting atmosphere. The photos turned out very natural and lovely, perfectly capturing the moment~

1. Location - Very convenient and near the old city, dining is within 5-10 minutes walk, the bus to Hangzhou is also near, the entrance to Wuzhen scenic area is very near. 2. Room - the toilet smell of urine and I wanted to wash the smell away but there was no waste hole. Probably the housekeeper just mopped the toilet. The next day the smell cleared. AirCon is good especially on a very warm and humid day. 3. Front desk - helpful on directions and advise on buying entrance tickets, tips, and also how to buy the bus ticket to Hangzhou.

I stayed in Haiyan for two days on a business trip. Although it was cold outside, the room was warm, large and cozy. I arrived at the hotel very late at night, but the beautiful woman at the front desk was very enthusiastic and told me to have breakfast on the first floor because I was very tired after a long day of driving. , so I took a hot bath and went to sleep. I was a little too familiar with the bed and was afraid of insomnia. Unexpectedly, I woke up at almost 8 o'clock. Oh my God, the bed is so comfortable. In the morning, I found that there was body lotion in the room. This is so considerate. I quickly used it. It is silky and smooth. The fragrance is still good. The breakfast is also very rich. I like to eat the freshly wrapped wontons with seaweed soup. After eating, the security guard who collected the breakfast ticket will also say... I smiled and nodded. The service quality is excellent. I will stay at this hotel again if I have the opportunity to travel on business in the future!
