The hotel is in a great location and convenient for travel. The shower adjustment in the bathroom is very user-friendly, and it is convenient for both the elderly and children to adapt. Personally, I feel that Orange Crystal is better than Atour where I stayed before.

Jiaxing Ramada, a big international hotel brand, has excellent hardware facilities, spacious rooms, reasonable layout, complete facilities, normal operation, and professional service. Two small gifts were given when checking in. The breakfast is very rich and tastes very good, which is worthy of praise. But the female service staff at the front desk on the 3rd floor seemed to be a little confused. I had already reported the room number to get breakfast, and the same waiter came to ask me again if I swiped the card. The disadvantages are that the location is relatively remote, and there are not many people around, mostly government agencies and public utilities. There are few people on the road at night, and there is a lack of commercial facilities. The gym and swimming pool are outsourced and stop operating at 8:30 pm, which brings great inconvenience to customers. 

Some rooms inside the east gate of the inn were rented out to others to open the Yuexia Tea House. There is a railing leading to the guest rooms, and you can enter and exit by swiping the room card. There is a double iron door to the south, and there is a Yuehe Inn notice on the wall: free entry and exit by swiping the room card. It is an important passage for guests to lead to the Yuehe Street District. On the second day of check-in, I saw someone set up a light strip shed above the passage, and the next day they set up three tables and more than ten chairs. Under the high temperature of 32 degrees, the iron gate was closed, and swiping the room card was invalid. You can only enter the inn by other roads a few hundred meters away. The front desk said that the room card might be invalid. I changed the new card and went in and out again two hours later, but was still refused entry. I don't know whether this operation is the hotel's behavior or the tea house's behavior. The service desk said that they didn't know why. At noon today, I went out from the east gate under the guidance of the waiter, and I couldn't even open the password. What happened to the hotel's management? It hasn't been resolved for a day. The tenant has done this. When I checked out at noon, the hotel didn't even apologize. The management can only give a bad review.

When checking in, the front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, not only quickly went through the procedures, but also introduced the hotel's various services, and the favorability was instantly up! When waiting for the bus in the lobby, Miss Pan Pan presented warm mineral water 🥰. This time I booked an executive twin room. As soon as I entered the door, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious space. There was no sense of cramping at all, and no matter how much luggage, I could easily settle it. The air conditioning heating effect is superb. In the cold winter, the house is warmed and the happiness is bursting. The room hygiene is impeccable, the sheets are white as new, the furniture surface is spotless, and the stay is super safe. The hotel's breakfast is also very good! Rich and varied dishes, Chinese buns, fried dough sticks, Western bread, ham, and a variety of fresh fruits and freshly ground coffee, each mouth is super satisfying. Recommended!

A hotel recommended by a friend did not disappoint me, just in time for the discount of Jiaxing Cultural Tourism, the price is very high. The family room has technology elements, so dreamy, all facilities are very convenient. The location is also quite good, go out is the town of Yuehe, and it takes only ten minutes to walk to the historical district of Yuehe. It is a super good place to visit. Although the hotel breakfast is not many varieties, it is very warm and the aunt's service attitude is super good. The only downside is that the sewer is too slow.

Facilities: The toilet is very smart. A European-style hotel with a business trip style, the style is a bit old-fashioned, the window can't be locked, but the overall hardware is very good. Environment: The sound insulation is great, and the process of living is quiet and comfortable. In the few days of staying, the elevator met many people on business trips and families who came to travel. Hygienic: The floor is carpeted, the quilt has a small mark, but the whole is very clean. Service: Auntie will come every day to clean and add mineral water and biscuits on the cabinet. Check-in requires a deposit and then check the room, because there are many consumer goods in the room. It’s a bit heavy when living alone, but overall it’s very comfortable and safe!

The lady at the front desk who checked in at night was very nice and got a free room upgrade. Because Ctrip check-in provides children's toiletries and check-in fruits. The room is large and the floor is high. It's a very comfortable stay. Any problems will be solved promptly The breakfast buffet on the 25th floor is particularly great. The breakfast is rich. The service awareness of the waiters is great. The dishes are closed in a timely manner. There are many Shanghainese around. Many elderly people recognize it very much. The must-visit places during daytime search are all nearby. The location is amazing and there are many places to eat. I must stay here again next time and will recommend friends to stay in this hotel.

We booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival. The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek. During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved. Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area. Her service was prompt and professional. She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday. The check in process was efficient. We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty. She was friendly and welcoming. The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in. In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel. A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business. Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing. The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do. The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money). The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard. Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant. If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date). Compliments to the chef/s in this regard. Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant. Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around. As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back. Thank you again, Tina. We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service. I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly. Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard. Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available. We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic. We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel. See you soon.
