AAnonymous UserService: The service provided by the hotel staff really exceeded my expectations. I am a hotel industry practitioner, and I work in luxury hotels, but I am really a little ashamed of myself. From the time of check-in, although it was almost 10 o'clock in the evening, the sister at the front desk still sent us to the elevator and introduced the hotel's facilities and equipment to us. Because I was careless and booked the wrong room type, the staff actively solved it and offered to help us change rooms the next day, and gave us a free upgrade. Whether it is the front desk, the breakfast restaurant or the room sister, every staff member always smiles, which makes people feel very good. On the first day we went out to play, it rained but the clothes were dried on the balcony. The hotel staff contacted us by phone at the first time, and helped us put the clothes in after asking for opinions. It really feels that the service is superb!
Facilities: The hotel is equipped with an open-air swimming pool, and there are small toys such as swimming rings for adults and children to play. The center of the entire hotel is a huge bookcase, which has a particularly classical atmosphere. Dart boards, table tennis tables, fitness areas, children's hand-painted areas, chess, Gobang, Go, and conference rooms are all available to meet the needs of all kinds of tourists. There is a garden at the back, with swings, a terrace with crystal chairs, flower baskets, and a climbing area for children, which is very suitable for taking children to spend the summer vacation.
Hygiene: The hotel lady will come to clean the room every day. We stayed for 4 nights, and the towels will be changed and the garbage will be taken away.
Environment: The whole hotel is surrounded by the lake. You can see the whole lake view by opening the window, and the sunshine is also very good.
Welcome fruit: The fruits given are lychees, bananas and peaches, all of which are seasonal fruits, and the quantity is not small. We arrived too late on the first day and did not use fruits. After the room lady found out, she took the initiative to send us another new one.
Minibar: Coke, Sprite and Qiandao Lake beer are all free.
100 yuan fish head voucher: The restaurant in the hotel really made me shine. It is very different from the hotel restaurant we expected. I thought it would be a thunder, but it is really delicious. It is the best meal we had in Qiandao Lake for 4 days. I strongly recommend soup dumplings and corn ribs pot (all ribs, no bones to fool guests), and the price is also reasonable!
If I were to say that this hotel was the most impressive thing about this trip, it was really from the moment I checked in that I was looking forward to writing a review. I would also recommend this hotel to all my friends who are traveling to Qiandao Lake. I hope your hotel's business will get better and better. Of course, if the service is like this, the business will definitely get better and better. I also wish every staff of the hotel a smooth work. See you next time.

Servers Grace and Echo are extremely polite and lovely. Avoid the Chinese restaurant on the ground floor as the service and food quality are below standard.

HHarperqiqigongzhuMy enjoyable National Day holiday has ended, but my heart is still in Qiandao Lake. Hilton truly lives up to its reputation as an established luxury hotel. The room was spacious, the view was excellent, and the amenities were thoughtfully detailed. It's perfect for a family trip with kids; you could easily spend three full days just enjoying the hotel.
Transportation: Fearing traffic jams during National Day, I opted for the high-speed rail. The hotel offers a free shuttle service that requires advance booking, but since the frequency was low, I chose to take a taxi instead. It was very convenient, costing around 40-50 RMB and taking about half an hour to arrive.
Environment: Overall, it was excellent. Even during the National Day period, there were no queues or crowds. We arrived around noon, checked in, stored our luggage, had lunch, and our room was ready by about 2 PM. Because there was an issue with our original room, our butler Anna upgraded us to a deluxe lake view room. Not only did it have a superb view, but being on the 3rd floor also made it very convenient for dining and activities. The room's layout was well-designed, with a blackout curtain between the bathroom area and the bedroom, which was perfect for our child's afternoon nap. The bathtub was large, and disposable bathtub liners and bath salts were provided. It was spacious enough for the kids to take a shower in too. The bathroom and shower were separate. The only minor issue was a slight odor from the glass door being continuously sealed, but it wasn't a major problem. The balcony had a drying rack, and there was a large spare umbrella in the closet, showing great attention to detail.
Service: I added our butler Anna on WeChat, and I could contact her there for anything. Her service was excellent, and she responded very quickly. The hotel offers a wealth of activities, making it super suitable for families with kids. There are 2-3 free activities daily, plus indoor and outdoor kids' clubs, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a sandpit. You'll run out of energy before you run out of things to do! The kids' club stays open until 9 PM, so you can even go for another play after dinner. Just remember to bring non-slip socks for both children and adults.
Overall, I was very satisfied with this 3-day, 2-night trip. I snagged a package deal that only cost an extra 300 RMB during the National Day period. It also included a complimentary travel photoshoot (which was easy to book since it was within the hotel) and water park access (which we didn't get to experience due to rain). The breakfast was also very rich. I would definitely come back here again on my next visit to Qiandao Lake.

The twin room we originally booked was upgraded to a parent-child room. The room was spacious and clean, and relatively quiet at night. The environment around the hotel is good. The weather was hot and I didn't have time to go to the swimming pool. The outdoor swimming pool at the high-speed rail station is a great place to go at night.
You must try the dim sum buffet in the Chinese restaurant, it's delicious.

GGuest UserWe had a great time in the bright resort for our weekend bike trip round Qiandao lake. The room was big, the view was very nice and having the hot springs after a long day on the bike was great. It was very clean and the breakfast was ok considering the overall price. Service was very good, we had some special requests because of our bikes and checkout-time which was super easy to align with the front desk. We directly got the contact of 温柔大哥欧耶耶 who was super nice, answered super fast and really gave us the feeling she want to make our stay special and welcoming. Thanks for a great weekend

LLittle Prince 小王子This hotel is in a small island and from the parking lot they will pick you up with a small cart. There are different kind of rooms depending on the price. We had the cheapest one but trip promised they will give us an upgrading and do they did. We got a bedroom and living room with balcony and nice view of the lake. Breakfast has many choices. It is nice to walk around the island but there is nothing else around. All three hotel restaurants are quite expensive.
There is also an outdoor and indoor pool.

XXuri_yingxueThe living room is very spacious, but the bed in the second bedroom is a bit small; it would be perfect if it were as large as the one in the master bedroom. Building 1 has several units, and it's easy to go to the wrong one if you're not paying attention. If you want to go directly to the restaurant on B1 in the morning, you'll have to walk through an underground parking lot. If you prefer not to, I suggest going down from the first floor through the garden area, which is a much nicer environment, unless it's raining. For charging new energy vehicles, I recommend going to B2, as the price is slightly cheaper there.

GGuest UserI really enjoyed my stay at the Star Island Resort Hotel Qiandao Lake. This was my first time staying at this hotel, but I was very impressed by it.
First of all, the location of the hotel is very good, right by the lake. When I opened the door of the room, the sparkling lake view immediately came to my face. I could lie on the bed and enjoy the Moonlight Island in the center of the lake, which was very comfortable. Moreover, I could also enjoy the magnificent sunset view from the balcony of the room, which was a surprise to me.
In addition to the beautiful view, I would also like to mention the hotel's breakfast. The breakfast was very rich and there were many choices. Whether it was Chinese or Western dishes, it could satisfy the tastes of different guests. This gave me a good start every morning.
Overall, this hotel is very cost-effective. Moreover, the front desk staff of the hotel was very patient, warm and professional. They always provided timely help and answers to my questions and needs. This made me feel very satisfied and comfortable. Next time I come to Qiandao Lake, I will definitely choose to stay at the Star Island Resort Hotel Qiandao Lake again.
