"The location of Building 3 is excellent. We stayed in a 3-bedroom suite with an unobstructed, super beautiful lake view. The only downside was that we arrived late, so the upper floors were fully booked, and our room was on a lower floor. Everything else was great, though. The lakeside breakfast in Building 1 was also beautiful, and our butler, Xiao Qian, was very thoughtful, even giving us a small gift and cycling vouchers. We're very satisfied! 👍"

"My parents/elderly relatives and kids had a very comfortable stay at Minghao Qiandaohu. The room was spacious, and the balcony offered expansive views. The hotel has a children's play area and facilities suitable for seniors. Our butler, Ziva, was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, and the front desk staff even arranged for someone to help with our luggage upstairs, which was very considerate. It truly catered to the needs of both the elderly and children, making for a very reassuring overall vacation experience."

"The front desk staff in Building 2 really lacks any sense of service. I walked by several times and they were always just sitting there on their phones, barely acknowledging me even when spoken to. The elevator on the left side also had a really strong, unpleasant smell. On the bright side, the room view was nice."

"Welcome fruit from voco: voco 'Xian' Day Play Experience. We encountered a minor issue during check-in, and I initially thought it would affect our stay. However, the staff responded quickly, were sincere and efficient, and resolved the problem perfectly. Their handling of the situation was very satisfying ❤️. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft 🛏️, making for a comfortable stay. Breakfast exceeded expectations, with a rich variety and delicious taste 🥐. Overall, the accommodation experience was excellent, and the service was responsible and commendable 👍."

"Service: After booking, a concierge contacted me. I booked a two-night lake view room, and they upgraded me to a central lake view room. They also extended my checkout time by an hour and a half, which was great. The front desk staff and room service delivery were polite. However, the lobby concierge didn't help with luggage, so there was no bellhop service. Environment: The hotel location is quite convenient, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The lake view is good and the scenery is open, but there are many mosquitoes. Facilities: The room equipment is quite old; the hairdryer feels like it should be retired. There are no smart devices in the room, and I had to go to the lobby to pick up food deliveries myself. The room lighting is a bit dim. The shower door doesn't close tightly, the bathtub doesn't drain, and the toilet splashes when flushed. The sofa looked quite dirty. The bedding was of normal quality, but some sheets and duvet covers had varying degrees of damage. However, the overall layout, space, and lighting were still comfortable. Hygiene: This is the main point, a huge red flag. On the first night, as I was getting ready for bed, I found mosquito carcasses on the pillow. When I flipped open the covers, there were even more on the sheets, and upon closer inspection, some on the duvet cover as well. It was 2 AM, so I just used tissue to remove them and made do. The next morning, I woke up to find live flying insects crawling on the duvet cover. Considering the hotel is by the lake with lots of greenery, I figured they might have flown in when the balcony door was open during the day, so I didn't bother to report it. I kept the balcony door tightly closed for the rest of the day. On the second night, after showering and using the towel, when I threw it into the laundry basket, I saw very large and numerous brown-yellow stains on it, some of which were dry and hard. I don't even know what they were, and I instantly felt disgusted; I was truly on the verge of a breakdown. At that moment, I didn't even think about feedback or complaints; I just wanted to re-shower quickly. Later, considering it was too late and I had a lot of work the next day, I informed the concierge after checking out. They didn't try to shirk responsibility, apologized, and said they would follow up on the issues and offer a room upgrade for my next stay. Hmm, while the attitude was there, I reserve judgment on their proposed solutions and corrective measures. Overall, it's a very old-fashioned five-star hotel; it has everything you'd expect, but also quite a few flaws. Aside from the central lake view, which is worth seeing, the other services and attitude were mediocre. The room equipment was quite outdated but usable. I didn't visit the public areas, so I can't comment, and the breakfast had variety but lacked outstanding flavor. However, the hygiene aspect was truly appalling, a massive red flag."

Thanks to the front desk staff and Suki from Guest Relations, we were upgraded to B308, which perfectly met our family's need to stay together.
