Family Friendly Hotels in Chun'an

I traveled to Qiandao Lake in late August and chose two hotels that were highly recommended. I had high expectations for Minghao and specially arranged to stay in the second one. The result was quite different from what I imagined. First of all, I was very satisfied with the room hygiene and facilities. It is a newly opened hotel. The sanitary napkins and shower room are separated, and the constant temperature shower is good. What I was not satisfied with was that the balcony of the third-floor room was blocked by a half-person-high wall, and the lake could not be seen from the house. Even now, the balcony is not high enough and is blocked by trees, so the view is not wide. It is recommended to choose rooms on the fourth floor and above. On the morning of the check-in day, the housekeeper called and added WeChat, and sent the arrangement of special summer activities and the business hours of various facilities. The content looked rich and colorful, but it was actually very special. Most of the parent-child activities were set up in a booth in the lobby. No one organized it, and no children participated. The form was greater than the content. The outdoor swimming pool that I was looking forward to was far away from the hotel lobby and could not be accessed indoors. It took a long time to walk under the scorching sun. The road was not separated by people and cars, which was very inconvenient, and it was only open in the afternoon. Some vouchers were given upon check-in, but they all have thresholds. The two free ice cream coupons also have a time limit. I didn't have time to use them in the end. I blame myself for not seeing the activity time clearly. The main playground is not as big as I imagined. I personally think it is less than 3,000 square meters, but it is enough to play. Many areas in it have empty shelves, the carousel is not always open, and the ground in the overall walking area is really hard. Five apples were given as souvenirs when I checked out. The attitude of the hotel staff is also very good, but there is always a feeling of being forced to operate, and I can't feel it from the heart. The overall feeling is that they want to build a high-end hotel, but they only achieve the form, not the spirit. It is not recommended for vacation.

The resort is in a very nice location, right by the lakes. We booked a lake view French window for three nights, but we were upgraded to a lake view balcony room. The room was clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed our morning coffee with excellent view from our balcony. The included breakfast was very nice. With lots of choices. We booked a lake cruise tour with the hotel which is a great choice because the hotel has a private dock for the boat to pick us up. We would choose this resort again. 

The room is as clean and tidy as always, with complete facilities, electric curtains and screens, beautiful environment, and excellent service. The front desk reception, housekeeper service, and restaurant service are all very friendly. I really feel at home. Especially housekeeper Xiao Liu is really super nice. He can perfectly help you solve any requirements, including the bus route. He can carefully and patiently guide you. It's really great👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The hotel is excellent, huge structure with beautiful architecture. My only complaint is about the outside swimming pool, it was deactivated and I didn’t see any information about it in the booking page. I was very disappointed with it, because I chose this hotel mainly for the outdoor swimming pool. I don’t like indoor swimming pool, this one was open. The breakfast is wonderful, the best I had in China. The room is confortable, the view to the garden is lovely.

We had a great time in the bright resort for our weekend bike trip round Qiandao lake. The room was big, the view was very nice and having the hot springs after a long day on the bike was great. It was very clean and the breakfast was ok considering the overall price. Service was very good, we had some special requests because of our bikes and checkout-time which was super easy to align with the front desk. We directly got the contact of 温柔大哥欧耶耶 who was super nice, answered super fast and really gave us the feeling she want to make our stay special and welcoming. Thanks for a great weekend

It is a must-choose parent-child hotel for lying-flat travel with children; I didn't experience the swimming pool because the weather was a little cold; A small episode, there is a happy dog ​​downstairs in the hotel. It doesn't have any class flavor. I envy it instantly when I see it. Why can't I be happy like him by playing with a branch? In four days, two nights in Hangzhou and two nights in Qiandao Lake, I changed four hotels. I was more satisfied with Intercity and Novotel. The other two are ** what the hell, Huazhu is still quite reliable!

The hotel is very suitable for traveling with children The hotel has indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Children will have a blast in the outdoor swimming pool in summer. The overall decoration of the hotel is really holiday-style. There are large water features and sculptures outdoors... and the fragrance of flowers is always wafting. I felt Sanya in a trance. The outdoor Sensen Sports Field is a non-powered park. The playability and richness are much better than many public parks. Tree houses, zip lines, climbing, sand pits, balance beams, trampolines, etc. are rich and fun. The indoor park car town is similar to Nailbao, with two floors that are very luxurious. After breakfast on the day of check-out, the children went to play for another morning. The children were happy, and the mother could also rest assured in the room. You can feed small animals in the cute pet park, and you can interact with them up close. The alpacas and deer are very well behaved. There are also birds, lambs, rabbits, ponies and many other small animals. The hotel has a beach, where children play in the sand and watch the sunset. Who can tell whether it is by the lake or the sea? A peninsula extends from the beach. Watching the sunset there is super beautiful. At 7 o'clock in the evening, the beach starts a bonfire party. Around the bonfire, we jump and jump with Sen Sen Bobo. The breakfast is also very rich. Adults and children can find their favorite food. Check-in at the door and the seat are orderly. There are many people on holidays, so you will have to queue for a while. The staff is very considerate to bring toys to comfort the children. Fruits will be delivered in the afternoon. Aunt Tong is very enthusiastic and says that you can call 8888 if you have any problems. It really came in handy. Dad ate the banana and the baby cried. He called the hotel for help. Aunt Tong quickly brought bananas. Seeing that the baby kept crying, she specially brought biscuits and yogurt. After checking in, the housekeeper Wenwen helped us take all the luggage up and took us to the room. She was very considerate to arrange our two-day itinerary. Whenever we asked for something, she would reply in seconds and respond to every request.

There was a courtyard in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows, and we could choose one of the large number of videos on the lift screen to watch 12 o'clock. Xiao Wu enthusiastically introduced the Qiandao Lake cruise options, and informed us of the location and time of taking a taxi or sightseeing tour bus. Then he also helped us book tickets, so that we and our husband could take a leisurely taxi there the next day and exchange tickets for the boat ride. In addition, because welcome fruit was given to the room, we didn't see that there was already one in the room, so Xiao Wu gave another fruit as a welcome gift. The breakfast was exquisite and the service was in place. After breakfast and returning from the cruise, we sat on the hotel's viewing balcony to enjoy the breeze and enjoyed two cups of coffee. Xiao Wu also let us take a leisurely stroll around Silk Street next to us and delay our check-out. At two o'clock, it is only a minute's walk from the Central Lake Pier next to it. If our daughter wants to visit Qiandao Lake via remote video, this hotel will be the first choice, especially if we ask Xiao Wu for help, all problems can be solved.

As a base for sightseeing around Qiandao Lake, I think the location is good as it is close to the bus stop from Qiandao Lake Station and also close to the sightseeing boat pier. However, there are only restaurants that mainly serve fish dishes around the hotel, no restaurants serving noodles or other dishes, and no supermarkets, so I felt it was inconvenient for shopping. The hotel sold instant noodles for 5 RMB, which was helpful. Breakfast was buffet style and the taste was average, but I was happy that they provided hot coffee. Across the road is a tunnel theme park called the Time Tunnel, and you can purchase tickets at a discount from the hotel. (98 RMB to 80 RMB)
