Romantic Hotels in Abu Dhabi

Good afternoon I would like to share my impressions of my stay at Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort. I am very glad that I chose this one out of all the variety of hotels on Saadiyat. A year ago I was here in St. Regis, so the choice of location was absolutely conscious. Since I live in a metropolis, for me harmony with the environment and the absence of high-rise buildings was a priority when choosing a hotel. The hotel is truly luxurious, from the reception to the service on the beach. An exceptionally professional team of managers and service staff makes you feel like a special, long-awaited guest from the first minute of your stay. My experience at the hotel is 100% positive. I had problems with the aggregator through which I booked the hotel, because the service that was specified during booking and payment did not match what the hotel was able to confirm upon check-in. But, thanks to the very sensitive, responsive and wonderful Inessa Ivleeva, the problem that arose was resolved as quickly as possible. I literally fell in love with the Amouage bath line presented at the hotel. This is a brand that fully corresponds to the high class premium level of the hotel. You can purchase any accessory for personal use. Now the magical scent of Amouage will remind me of the unforgettable moments spent in Jumeirah. Just during my stay, the SAL restaurant opened on site - the second project implemented in the UAE. The first restaurant of the same name is located in Dubai, in Burj Al Arab. Well, what can I say? Fantastic place! Absolutely 100% release into the a**osphere. The aesthetically impeccable, elegant, refined design of the hotel and the surrounding magical nature of the Saadiyat coast are absolutely harmoniously integrated with the pleasure that can be obtained from haute cuisine. In conclusion, it is worth saying that there are not many places that attract attention or amaze the imagination, and this is one of them. You may also want to come to Saadiat someday in order to find yourself in a fairy tale from the Arabian Nights. Happy travels to you!

Just extended my staying because I change my schedule. The hotel is good in general. I wish the room would be bigger but good size already. Just getting spoiled by the UAE.

Four time staying and we absolutely love this hotel. From the moment you step outside the hotel you get service which is amazing. Breakfast spread is always top notch and rooms are always clean and great sleep. Highly recommend.

What a memorable stay! Our family stayed from 13-15 Feb. It was our first stay at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers and everything surpassed our expectation. We were greeted with a welcoming drink while we were getting checked in. Next thing we know was we got an upgrade to a family suite on 17th floor, with a huge living room and open kitchen. It was late night when we checked-in, so it was until the next morning that we got jaw dropped by the stunning sea view from our room. Equipment in the room is premium, large screen TV, BOSE sound bar, coffee capsule machine, to list a few. And in the kitchen you could have all the utensils and tools needed to cook a dinner or even bake a cake. The room was generously stocked with bottled water, tea bags and coffee capsules. One thing I could not understand was that they provided travel-sized bottles of shampoo and body lotion in our bathrooms but no body wash. We had brought it with us so it was not a problem. However if the room had fixed pumping bottles of body cleansing and skincare, it would be more environmental friendly as well as providing convenience for guests. All staff we met were always pleasant, efficient and helpful. In our first morning, the breakfast restaurant was so full that the line queuing to get in was becoming long. Staff immediately arranged guests to sit at the restaurant next to it. As soon as we got our table, we got served. We were impressed by how nice and smooth things were handled by the team. Breakfast offered a wide range of food choices, from pastries to Asian noodles, from Indian curry to Lebanese cold mezz. I couldn't remember one that was not delicious. For me, make-to-order fresh juice station was the highlight. You can choose your fruit combination and staff get your drink ready within seconds! And don't miss out Observation Deck at 300! It was just steps away from the hotel. And it's free for hotel guest! You can get a 360 degree view of Abu Dhabi from 72th floor up high. The floor to ceiling spotless windows allow you to take great pictures. Please don't to be mistaken, windows in the hotel room are very clear, just not comparable to the Observation Deck. If there is a second time I travel to Abu Dhabi, Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers would definitely be my choice of stay. Conrad team, keep up the nice work!

Park Hyatt hotel earns 5 stars when it comes to service and luxury. The reception staff were extremely polite, presentable and proactive. They gave us a turtle toy when they say we had a toddler checking in, when we asked for late checkout it was offered without hesitation or making a big fuss about it. The pools are great but would definitely benefit from a shading system like trees or shade sails. The sun lounges were too close to each other on the pool but by the beach they were well separated. I love that the towels are present on the lounges saves time and effort to go collect from a booth. The beach itself was the highlight of my stay despite the water being hot due to summer season, I still enjoyed it alot. One recommendation to make the experience a 10 out of 10 is to make a walking track on the sand to protect our poor feet from the heat as it is a long walking distance to reach the lounges and the actual beach. The kids club needs more attention, it is tiny and messy inside. The outside area is good but too hot for summer. I would definitely repeat my visit when prices are a bit budget friendly because when it comes to customer service the staff here definitely stand out. I tried their buffet breakfast and the food, service and variety were excellent. The bakery section behind the pasta bar needs to have a wider entrance to make the access easier. Came back to EP after 3 years after Covid and I enjoyed my staying a lot. Staffs were helpful and friendly in general, but they were not those sweet sweet kind… just friendly, maybe some people would find them rude… Anyway, the package was super good and good value for the price. Many activities were included. Basically you could spend all day in the hotel without going out… I enjoyed their fine dinning restaurants: 1.Hakkasan-modern Asian fusion, if you like typical Chinese food, not the right one… 2.Broadway-western, American style… loved their cauliflower salad… steak was okay, maybe I ordered wrong one, should have tried the wellington… but staffs were super friendly… 3.Lebanese Terrace-somebody told me it was the best Lebanese restaurant in town, so I went have a try. It was so good… but the staffs were not friendly… 4. Vendome-the best breakfast buffet in town for me… (tried Park rotana, St Regis, Conrad, four seasons, rosewood, W hotel, Hilton… )still think it is the best one For someone who stays in the hotel like 300/365 days, this is the best hotel in abu danbi. I found it difficult for me to stay in any other hotels in Abu danbi 🥹

We spent a family vacation at this hotel, staying in a spacious family room with 1 King size bed, 2 actual beds for the children, 2 toilets, walk-in closet and a little kitchen. The room equipment was excellent and very clean. Hotel staff was very friendly and especially front desk very helpful and attentive (one of us fell ill). Food was OK, nothing spectacular. We mostly went to eat out. The pool and beach were really nice and enjoyable. Short distance to some of the main tourist attractions, which can easily be explored without paying for a tour. Taxis are cheap.

Me and my wife stayed in this Hotel for 3 nights to escape the hustle and bustle in Dubai. From the moment we crossed the entrance to the time we left we felt completely cocooned and pampered by the team and by the silence of the place. In fairness , you do get better experiences of a Desert Hotel in the UAE but for the short drive it was fine. Your views from the villa with pool are not really unobstructed as you will see one or the other shelter or building in the close distance but it is okay. However the desert around the edge of the villa wasn’t the cleanest and our short proximity to the horse stalls meant that we had a good time of smelling the same which was not really nice. On top of that the pool was quite the treat for all kinds of birds , especially pigeons. And not only are they drinking from the water but also do their business in the water which can be disgusting, but they are cleaning the pools every morning to minimize this. However we wish to have used the pool longer time. I know it’s nature but compared to other hotels of this kind it is not as bad as here. The Spa is fantastic and the treatments have been wonderful and well done. Also the facilities have been great to use including their snow cave which was a change from the norm. The food at the breakfast and at the in room dining where absolutely exquisit and well balanced. We did not visit any restaurant also because most of them were closed due to limited amount of guest which is reasonable. But in room dining was as good as being in the restaurant. On top of all the team made our stay complete. All staff were super helpful , always a smile and came up with suggestions we did not had in mind but ended up using. E.g in villa breakfast which we ordered by WhatsApp with our butler Jaouad. Jaouad was great and always there if you need him even on his day off. For us the staff made up for most of the flaws we encountered and we wish to come back asap.

The hotel and people were very nice although at the reception the receptionists were not so warm! They forgot to inform that we paid in advance to dine that night at the hotel restaurant and made us feel awkward since when we arrived, the lady in charge couldn't find us on their list!! The swimming pool was nice and big but very noisy with lots of kids shouting and playing with balls. Not a very nice place to relax after exhausting work days. The beach was clean and nice but again with noise due to the construction site opposite! Rooms were clean and comfortable though with very good beds and mattresses which is important for a good night's sleep.

I like the location, we had a rental car so it was quite easy to get to major attractions. The swimming pool was excellent. Hotel staff were a bit distant meaning not pro actively acknowledge your presence with a smile or a nod. We asked the concierge to break a US$5 bill into US$1 so we can tip the valet and house keeping but got refused. The reply was they don't provide such service and exchange it to AED is not worth it. Also there is no need to tip them. We were kind of unhappy with this as the valet and housekeeping make minimum wages and do except tips.
