"Our first time staying downtown Palm Springs and we loved it! The hotel was gorgeous (just like the photos!) Walking distance to the main ***** with lots of restaurant & shopping options, a weekly Thursday night street festival/market and even a Grocery outlet across the street where we were able to stock up on some low cost snacks/drinks. When checking in the staff saw we were staying for 6 nights so ensured we had a quiet room, away from the street - which was thoughtful and appreciated. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING. The pool and pool bar with Happy Hour has us feeling like we were in Mexico. As you can probably tell, my fiancé and I loved our stay and will most definitely be back again!"

"Very recommended. Because there is a kitchen, you can cook by yourself. After eating American food for a period of time, I cook a porridge in the morning and play with a few dishes and I feel very happy. This place can meet this requirement. The whole house is relatively large, with two rooms, a bit big for the three of us, suitable for two families to live together. We live on the first floor. If the second floor is on the second floor, it will be more convenient to dry. The desert is drier, and the clothes are dried as soon as they are washed."
"Super nice staff and a location right in the middle of the main stretch of Palm Springs. Free shuttle to and from the airport!
They had fun events like karaoke and bingo on Thursday & Friday. Pool and hot tub were decent. The room itself is big, but kinda dirty. Our room didn't have a view but the price was right."

"Stayed for one night temporarily. Although the hotel is a bit old, it is comfortable and clean.
The parking lot is open. When you check in, the front desk will ask you if you have parking. It is 25 dollars a day. But there is no exit check when going out...
There is a Starbucks and restaurant downstairs. The price of coffee is more expensive than outside and the taste is not as good as outside."

Great
LLaurie Volmthe hotel was lovely, room nicely appointed. Lobby offerings for coffee and snacks were very nice. Nikki in particular was friendly, informative, and helpful.
I wanted to book a massage at the spa, and was told by the spa, they are not part of the hotel and require 48 hrs notice, as therapists are on call. So 1/2 the reason I stayed there was for that, which is not advertised that way. at about 3:45 am I was awaken by someone trying to get in my room. Figuring it was a mistake, I yelled out wrong room. about 30 sec later, they tried again with more vigor. I called the front desk, and colin said he'd go check it out. he called me a few min later said he saw no one. while on the phone with him a stronger attempt was made by ”no-one”. I let out a scream, and told him he needed to help me. I said I was packing my stuff up and wanted an escort out of my room. he came up about 5-10 min later and I went to there lobby, about 5:00 am. Where I waited until about 8:30 am until it was light out and could go somewhere. Safety there is an issue. staff does not know how to handle such an event. Police should have been called after 2nd attempt. ”this has never happened before” is not the proper response. My trip was ruined, and a good hotel went bad in a hurry.
GGuest UserNewly remodeled location close to town. Ample parking. The walls are a bit thin and you will hear some noise within the hotel. Nowhere to set your suit except on the ground. In room coffee maker and mini fridge. Our stay started off on a slightly bad note as we did not receive an email from the hotel with our room number or the code to enter. Upon arrival which was around 3 to 4 in the afternoon I had to ring the buzzer at the front door as the facility is not staffed. The innkeeper was quite unhappy that as he stated multiple times “it would take him at least 5 minutes to arrive”. He kept insisting I should go through my emails and find the code I was sent. I found a code Trip. Com sent me but that apparently was not the hotel entry code and did not have my room number. Frustrating way to start our relaxing weekend.
GGuest UserNice place to stay. It was a short straight forward drive into Palm Springs. Nice quiet location with a great pool. The breakfast was probably the best we’ve had in a hotel that included a free breakfast. If you want to be in the heart of Palm Springs it isn’t the place to stay but if you want to have a quiet getaway a short distance to town it’s great.
TTAOThe hotel is only on the side of the road. The road is not busy, so it is not noisy. It is very easy to find with Google Maps. It is actually the most common two-storey motel in the United States. The environment is not bad. It is surrounded by palm trees and has free on-site parking. There is a swimming pool, warm front desk service, complete room facilities, TV, refrigerator, microwave, gourmet coffee machine, no kettle (like a microwave oven), air conditioner refrigerator is very noisy, American hotel hotels do not provide disposable toothbrush slippers. The breakfast room is very small, three tables, 7-9 o'clock, weekend to 10 o'clock, not many varieties (eggs, sliced bread, homemade waffles, cereal milk, coffee, soda, apple), but there is absolutely no problem to eat. The room has a balcony with a coffee table chair, and the big bed parents have a child to live without stress. As a self-driving tour stop, it is still very good, value for money!
KKatrina LThis hotel building has history, old architecture, central location, good food, the only problem is that the doors and windows are too old, the sealing is very poor, because it is a crossroads, the noise of the city at night kept me awake all night... the sound of cars, the shouting of young people on the roadside...
GGuest UserThe waiter was very warm to the Chinese, very close to the desert Ole, convenient shopping, very good. The room was very clean and the whole environment was very clean. The Banning accommodation staff was a little messy, but it was okay, no problem.
RRachelThe hotel rooms here are incredible! My stay here was so relaxing and comfortable. You'll have to take a car to reach most of the nightlife. Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with the staff they where impatient and when we checked in the lady at the desk was downright rude. Which is a real bummer because the setup of the hotel makes it really hard to find your room without help from a staff member. I know that working with people all day can be tough and I would be happy to give them another chance because everything else was so nice.
GGuest UserPerfect environment, great value for money. Well-equipped facilities add memorable memories during a short trip. The colorful mix makes people feel happy, and I am very moved by the pet-friendliness. If you come to Palm Springs next time, you will definitely come here.
MMarioInitial room had bathroom door falling off the hinges.
After 2 requests and front desk visit repair man was sent out. Said he fixed it and door fell again. (Photo is after it was “fixed”). Put out kids in the shower to see a long hair pool to the drain!
After this they upgraded our room. Shampoo mount was on the floor in the shower. Did not inform guests that one set of pools would be closed down for two days of our visit due to upcoming event. Day 2 we were woken up at 8AM to the sound of drilling as workers put together a stage next to our room. At 11:45 at night we again spoke to the front desk because the loud sounds of drilling due to them STILL putting together a stage. Worker letting us know they were “almost done”. On day 3 the same drilling a shouting as the crew we still setting up the stage.
Visited the front desk twice more to speak to management about our issue and was told that a manager was not available, to come back in the morning. We did, and again told that “manager not available”.
