This house has a private patio with dining tables and chairs as well as an outside gas grill and gas fire pit. There is a laundry room on the property. There is also a separate recreation room and cigar lounge that maybe shared with other guests. There is corn hole, darts, ping pong a mini indoor basketball hoop as will as some board games. The land backs up to an orange orchard and wine vines just down the hill. There are endless views and nice places to sit and enjoy. So pleasant are the surroundings you will be outside more than inside. In the morning bring your coffee outside and see the hot air balloons getting underway. Across the way you will hear donkeys and roosters getting their day started. In the neighborhood you may also see roadrunners, foxes and a family of hawks do a fly by (the hawks not the roadrunner and foxes).
