"As a family we chose and booked this hotel because it should have a spa area and a pool. When booking, the question was told only after check-in and full payment that the pool and spa area are not active. But we cannot cancel the booking. The cancellation would be more expensive than the paid sum. 3 nights paid nearly € 1200 and that was without breakfast, although breakfast was included in the booking. In addition, it is very noisy in the hotel because it is on the highway. We even in the seventh floor felt that the cars were driving through the room. Room service was from 25.09- 29.09 only once in the room to clean and switch towels, and the one day before departure. We had towels from the holiday we used. In general, the employees were friendly but not helpful. I can't recommend the hotel with a quiet conscience and especially not if you indicate a pool as a criterion but don't get a pool for the expensive price.
