"They only serve breakfast and dinner if you are dining in the hotel. Food and service is good. If you are looking to just stay and travel out around and just come back to a place to stay, this hotel is considerably reasonable."

"My hubby & i arrived past 10pm for check in. Checking in was not easy as I forgot my credit card & d front desk girl w/ an Eastern Europe accent said that she can’t check me in unless i present a credit card for a $100 deposit + resort fees. I said I paid for d room already but she won’t hear of it unless i present a cred.card. My friend volunteered to use her card for security deposit. Checked out early AM before 7am with Pramila & Anshu behind d desk to help. I informed Pramila of my cc situation & she was just so pleasantly helpful to facilitate d things i need for my upcoming check in in d next 3days. Pramila made my day. I wish there are more enployees like her who’s willing to go above & beyond her work to help a stressed senior tourist. I am also lucky to have a dear friend to come to d rescue. All’s well that ends well. God bless Pramila."

"Service: They offer a free airport shuttle. Location/Environment: The hotel is close to the airport. Our room faced the street, and the soundproofing wasn't the best. However, there are restaurants and fast food options conveniently located right across the road. Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped, including a small kitchenette. Shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel are also provided. Cleanliness: Overall, it was clean and tidy."

"This Faremont is located inside the airport, at the departure level between the domestic and international terminals. The bathroom is very well designed and equipped with a bathtub, shower area, and separate toilet. The mattress well supported my back, and we had a sounded evening. The window view is the runway. We can see the plane taking off and landing. We enjoy staying this hotel so much"

"The location is excellent as there're so many plazas, supermarkets, restaurants with hot Asian food available. They fit my appetite. Walmart, Canadian Superstore, Dollarama are all within 15-min walk. My most favourite supermarket is T&T inside Lansdowne mall which is right opposite to this hotel. The room is very spacious with kettle and microwave. There is free airport shuttle every half hour too. Very convenient. Staff helpful. Highly recommended."

"This hotel offers excellent value for money. It's conveniently located with plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms are clean, and the bedding is very comfortable. The soundproofing is excellent; despite its proximity to the airport and highway, it was very quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. The parking lot closes around 10 PM and requires assistance from the front desk to open, which provides an added layer of security. 👍🏻 Highly recommended!"

"The good thing is free parking, and there’s a restaurant right next to the hotel that you don’t need to walk outdoor. Lobby is spacious is neat. But they have limited electric kettle so I could not be able to get one and need to go down to the lobby and ask for hot water everytime I need it, some of the staff were helpful to provide but some are showing unpleasant expressions."

"The room was okay. My luggage was delayed, and there were no toothbrushes or toothpaste. It was good that the hotel provided disposable ones upon request. However, when I called for two toothbrushes, only one was sent. Calling again, they insisted we go to the front desk to get it ourselves. Moreover, the front desk staff, who clearly looked Chinese, refused to speak Chinese with us, acting as if speaking English made them feel superior. Breakfast was decent and filling. Also, for the airport shuttle, 200-215 refers to check-in counter numbers, not a gate, and it's a designated shuttle pickup spot. The hotel failed to explain this clearly."

"It was my second time staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and tried their best to arrange an early check-in for me even though it was only about 30 -40 minutes earlier than the official check-in time. Ryan and the manager were both very helpful. The housekeeping staff were also super friendly. I accidentally went to the wrong building and they kindly helped me out. The hotel was clean and tidy as usual. However, there are two things I need to complain about. First, the TVs in the room were still logged into the previous guests Netflix accounts. I couldn’t find a way to log them out so I ended up using their accounts to watch a movie which was a bit weird and concerning. Second, the room door didn’t close properly. I didn’t realize it until I returned to the room a few hours later. I then figured out that you have to pull the door very hard to get it to fully close otherwise people can get into your room without access code."

"It's clean and easy to find. Central location. Easy to eat Independent storage cabinet is convenient and safe. The sleeping bunk is also quiet and has a lot of personal space. It is suitable for North Americans. There is also a place to put a notebook in the bed, which is very convenient!"
