RylaChanI stayed here for one night while I was in BC on a biz trip before catching my flight home. The location was very convenient—only about a 10-minute drive to the airport—and parking was easy thanks to the large front yard.
The place itself was lovely: spotlessly clean, thoughtfully designed, and you could really tell the hosts had put a lot of effort into making it comfortable and welcoming. One highlight for me was the washer/dryer combo. It was exceptionally clean and worked perfectly, which was a huge plus after dealing with some less-than-clean laundry facilities elsewhere during my trip.
I didn’t get a chance to use the bathtub, but it looked fantastic and had a really unique design. And I have to mention the little details too—the toilet paper was surprisingly high quality, which genuinely made me go 👌🏽👍🏼lol
Although there wasn’t air conditioning, the fan provided was more than enough- blows icy breeze.
Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place, especially if you’re looking for somewhere with reasonable price, clean, convenient, and close to the airport.

Guest UserThe hotel room wasn't very spacious, but its proximity to the airport was a huge plus. It's just a ten-minute drive away. The hotel offers a shuttle bus, but make sure to book in advance, as it can get fully booked. There are also many restaurants nearby, making the location excellent. With the SkyTrain and various bus routes close by, it's a very convenient hotel. They offer breakfast; although the selection isn't huge, it's enough to fill you up, and there's free-flowing coffee and hot chocolate, which is a nice touch. The rooms also come with a microwave, so you can bring food back to eat. Overall, it's a good hotel.

Guest UserThis hotel deserves full marks! My flight landed very late, but I still managed to catch the last shuttle. The front desk staff was very welcoming, and the room was clean. The twin beds, at 1.5 meters each, are perfect for families with kids. There's hot and cold water as well as coffee available at reception, and a McDonald's nearby for breakfast. If you want to visit the airport outlet mall, you can take the shuttle back to the airport and then the SkyTrain (free tickets!) directly there. It's incredibly convenient!

Guest UserWe stayed one night in the Icon room. The room was spacious although it was not the largest in the hotel. Modern decor and furniture placement were very special. My bathroom only had a shower but it was spacious with overhead showerhead. We caught the complimentary shuttle from the hotel and the driver was friendly. We did not had breakfast.
The price was very high for the night I was staying. The surroundings are mainly parking lots and some industrial areas though.

Guest UserUnfortunately due to a medical emergency I was unable to make the trip from UK to Canada - I had to cancel flights, other hotels, car hire and excursions. I submitted medical documents and have been refunded for everything else even though these were ‘non flexible’ and ‘non refundable’. The Hampton Inn by Hilton Vancouver Airport/Richmond was the only booking not to consider a refund or even a credit note, even though medical document was submitted more than 48 hrs prior to check in time. This was the continued response from Trip.com:
Your booking at Hampton Inn by Hilton Vancouver-Airport/Richmond cannot be cancelled free of charge.
We have submitted a free cancellation request to the hotel on your behalf.
Unfortunately, we have not received a timely response from the hotel, and your booking will remain as originally confirmed.

Guest UserThis was my second stay here. The two-bedroom unit is in an executive apartment building. Two-bedroom hotels are quite rare in Richmond, but the air conditioning in the room this time was incredibly noisy. When I brought it up to the front desk, they said they were aware of the issue but couldn't move me as they were fully booked. Overall, the facilities are also quite old. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Guest UserGood stay, excellent location for food lovers
We had a decent stay at the Days Inn in Richmond. The location is excellent, with plenty of fantastic Asian restaurants nearby. Our room was clean, and having free parking on-site was a huge plus for the Vancouver area. The only downside was the breakfast—the options are quite limited and vary depending on the day. Overall, it’s a solid, convenient place to stay and covers all the basics well.

KlauseXiaThe room was great, complete with a pool, and freshly renovated. It's conveniently located near Costco, a bus stop, and an Asian supermarket. The only downside was a weird, unpleasant smell outside the hotel, which felt like freshly fertilized garden. The large floor-to-ceiling window facing the street offered a distant view of downtown Vancouver's high-rises, perfect for catching sunrises and sunsets.
