"The hotel offers free snacks and drinks in the evening, it can be called dinner, the location of the hotel is next to the high speed, it will be a bit noisy at night, other than that, it is perfect."

"I originally selected a room and was given something different without any explanation. When I did inquire about it the staff member was very nonchalant. Had paid $14 extra for parking and all the parking was the same. Never said anything about paid parking and a $50 deposit. I wish all this was put in writing up front. So when I paid for the room, plus parking, and a extra deposit in ONE transaction. The room was great, wonderful view, bed/bedding was comfortable, shower was amazing. Customer service in the morning wasn't all that great."

"The room was clean and tidy and comfortable, and the location was very good. It was about 20 minutes drive from Dallas City, the airport and several satellite cities around it. The parking lot outside the hotel is also very spacious."

"When I enter the door, I like the lobby of the hotel. The color is soft, there are all kinds of seats everywhere, and then all kinds of cushions. The hotel is right next to the highway and it is very convenient to travel. The room was very spacious and the husband was amazed at the number of plugs in the room that he had seen the most, but there was no free WiFi in the room unless registered as a hotel member. But we went to the hotel pool to play, and we were 2 too cool."

"Everything okay but the breakfast same thing for both days and no juice for breakfast and the reception guy was very rude he throw the pen at me and was yell this happens on Friday night doing check in time ..and the other thing no pool but besides that everything els okay I will book again if I ever go back to Dallas Tx"
