"The male receptionist works well. Quick check in. Security is friendly and good. The female receptionist is very bad. I checked in with the group. Asked for late check out at 12.30, that was ok, and the group had arranged a schedule to check out at 12.30 Arriving at 11.40 the group was telephoned and told they had to check out at 12.00. Finally the group checked out before 12 o'clock which resulted in a chaotic schedule. Then the female receptionist charged Rp. 15,000 for mineral water drunk in the room, which caused the group to protest to me because they were charged to pay for mineral water. I also asked the receptionist about this, and the receptionist argued that the mineral water that was billed was large mineral water, EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS NOT EVEN BIG MINERAL WATER IN THE ROOM."

"For cleanliness, check in is good. But we want to leave the hotel and ask for room cleaning, in my opinion it is not good and there is no foot mat in the bathroom. For the breakfast menu, in my opinion there is not much variety of food"

"This was not our first stay at bobopod, which we appreciate because of its cleanliness in the first place. Here, however, the place was not as clean as the other bobopod's we have stayed in the past. The bed sheets had stains on them, also the community areas were a bit dirty. I was surprised not to have found any trash bins in the common areas, neither a cup to make myself hot the with the warm water provided."

"Everything is well and good except one can hope for bigger room. But okay for two pax. Especially good that its mineral water dispensing to cut down on plastic bottles. That deserves a big thumbs up. Perfect location."

"The location is quite strategic, close to the Alun-Alun Mosque and some large shopping malls.
I changed another room because the first one was not clean enough. There were some dirty dots and stains on the sheets. The staff are friendly enough to help me change the room.
It also requires a 100,000 Rp deposit for every room. The reception is a 24-hour one, so it is not hard to get the deposit back when checkout."

"Not really what I expected it to be, it's doesn't feel like hotel at all, more like motel. Bedroom aren't really in nice condition and seems old. The bathroom are the worst."

AAnonymous UserThe room is very small, there is no space except for a bed, but everything else is there. Smoking is not allowed in the room, so you have to go outside to smoke every time. The wireless network is very poor, and the TV is stuck.
