"This hotel is really weird. I swiped my credit card 4 times in one night. I checked out and left yesterday. I swiped it again this morning, 1130 RMB in one night. I was already paying by Ctrip, but I swiped me 257 dollars. I don’t understand why after checking out. Still brushing"
"I will definitely stay at this hotel when I come to Redding in the future. I have stayed in a total of 3 hotels in Redding, Sheraton, Hilton Garden Inn, and Holiday Inn. Only the Sheraton lives up to its name.
Hilton Garden Inn has the worst service and facilities among the three. The front desk has a poor attitude towards non-native English speaking guests and is obviously much less patient.
Sheraton will not have this feeling of being treated differently. The front desk staff is very polite and friendly to Chinese people. The house facilities are similar to those of newly built five-star hotels in China. They are new and comfortable. The rooms are relatively large and very clean. ; Moreover, the area where the Sheraton is located is very safe and belongs to a relatively good area in Redding. The nearby scenery is very good; the hotel restaurant is also very good. I was a little thirsty while waiting for a table. I wanted to buy a glass of orange juice and the clerk gave me a glass directly; I only stayed here. There is a real sense of vacation."
"The room was very clean and tidy, and it felt very comfortable as soon as I entered the house. The room we stayed in was inside and outside, with a big bed, a large bathroom, comfortable bath, water pressure and temperature were very good. Very satisfied with a stay. Recommended stay 😊"
"Better than expected, especially the indoor pool. Children in winter are also very happy. Breakfast is quite normal. The room is super large. There is a suite with a sofa. The two large beds are also very comfortable. Hotel location is also good, driving 10 minutes is Wal-Mart target various big shopping malls"

Good
ZZHIJUNThe location of the hotel is good, there are many places to eat nearby, the room is a bit damp, the normal hotel breakfast, the transportation is very convenient, the parking space is sufficient, the overall feeling is good, the price is slightly higher.
GGuest UserCheck in was easy, staff was friendly.
Our room was clean but sparse. Very plain room with no toiletries except for soap and shampoo in pump bottles. I did find someone’s shower cap hanging from the bathroom door.
The bed was comfortable but didn’t sleep very well due to some machine noise outside.
We were disappointed that the breakfast was only until 9am. What hotel ends breakfast so early?
We don’t want to wake up early just to eat breakfast. Weirdest thing.
Overall, it was an okay stay. We were just passing through for the night.
If we pass through again, don’t think we’d stay again.
Do recommend Willy’s brewery and restaurant in downtown and Black Bear diner for breakfast.
GGuest UserBeautiful, clean room! Comfortable bed. Had problems with the handicap shower but decided we just might not know how to use it. Though we didn’t have a wheelchair, I noticed that there was plenty of room for one. Would definitely recommend this stay!
SSaschaNewly opened Holiday Inn Express at the site of the old Ramada, in northern Redding right on I-5.
The newly designed rooms are spacious and comfortably furnished. Everything is spotlessly clean. The indoor pool is a bit small, and unfortunately there is no whirlpool. The WiFi was unstable and stopped working completely late in the evening. Breakfast was of the usual high standard for Holiday Inns, with hot dishes (scrambled eggs, sausages, hash browns), waffles and pancakes to make yourself, as well as bagels and cereal.
GGuest UserThere is no fan in the bathroom. The air conditioner flaps rattle. If you turn the air conditioner on high it crackles as well. The sliding door lock screw thing is worrisome.
SSuk ChingThe location and environment are good, but if you have requirements for cleanliness, don't stay here, because the cleaning is not in place, and the towels and simple cleaning are only changed every three days. The breakfast is not rich, but it is no problem to fill our stomachs. For us just passing by One night stay, there are free parking spaces, cost-effective
GGuest UserGreat customer service, comfortable rooms. The TV in my room does need replaced as the screen for some reason has 3 very noticeable white spots but other then that it was a great stay.
DDr.IELTSSpotless, peaceful, and priced for value. The hotel sits at Redding’s quiet north end—an easy drive to shops and restaurants, but far enough away to feel like a retreat. The retro ‘time-capsule’ shower delivers hot water instantly and works perfectly, and the generous dresser space makes longer stays effortless. The only negative was the slow wifi. I had to use data for my conference call.
