"The room is like an American traditional hotel, no work, no work, it is very lively on weekends, many children go to the swimming pool to play, it is OK to come for a short stay for one night."
"The room was very clean and tidy, and it felt very comfortable as soon as I entered the house. The room we stayed in was inside and outside, with a big bed, a large bathroom, comfortable bath, water pressure and temperature were very good. Very satisfied with a stay. Recommended stay đ"

"There is no fan in the bathroom. The air conditioner flaps rattle. If you turn the air conditioner on high it crackles as well. The sliding door lock screw thing is worrisome."
"Upon arrival, the lady at the front desk was pleasant and allowed us to check in early. We rented a 1 king bed suite...when we got into the room it was very clean. Had a full fridge, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Couch and bed was comfortable...pillows were fantastic. For someone with neck issues, it was nice to have full neck support. Our suite was the handicap suite (204) which we didn't need but it was nice to see the higher level of service for those that don't move around so easily. Breakfast was the standard continental type, but they did make eggs without that nasty swine which most hotels usually mix into the eggs making them inedible for us as Hebrews.
The only thing I could find that needs to be improved on is their cheese grater in the room it functioned like a dollar store item, it's a good thing I brought my own from home as I knew I was going to need a really good grater for the horseradish for Passover. "
"I will definitely stay at this hotel when I come to Redding in the future. I have stayed in a total of 3 hotels in Redding, Sheraton, Hilton Garden Inn, and Holiday Inn. Only the Sheraton lives up to its name.
Hilton Garden Inn has the worst service and facilities among the three. The front desk has a poor attitude towards non-native English speaking guests and is obviously much less patient.
Sheraton will not have this feeling of being treated differently. The front desk staff is very polite and friendly to Chinese people. The house facilities are similar to those of newly built five-star hotels in China. They are new and comfortable. The rooms are relatively large and very clean. ; Moreover, the area where the Sheraton is located is very safe and belongs to a relatively good area in Redding. The nearby scenery is very good; the hotel restaurant is also very good. I was a little thirsty while waiting for a table. I wanted to buy a glass of orange juice and the clerk gave me a glass directly; I only stayed here. There is a real sense of vacation."
"The hotel is good, but the price changes a lot. This year, Ctrip has a number of agents called slow, like to engage in low-cost tricks, do not indicate or not directly indicate service fees, vacation fees, etc., eventually low prices become high, should be kept away from avoiding."

"Self-driving to Seattle on the way to stay here for one night, close to the highway, convenient location, the hotel is relatively new, is apartment-style, the room has a refrigerator, microwave oven, bowls, dishes, etc., the air conditioning sound is too loud, a bit noisy"

WWEIPINGThis hotel is really weird. I swiped my credit card 4 times in one night. I checked out and left yesterday. I swiped it again this morning, 1130 RMB in one night. I was already paying by Ctrip, but I swiped me 257 dollars. I donât understand why after checking out. Still brushing
ZZHIJUNThe location of the hotel is good, there are many places to eat nearby, the room is a bit damp, the normal hotel breakfast, the transportation is very convenient, the parking space is sufficient, the overall feeling is good, the price is slightly higher.
GGuest UserCheck in was easy, staff was friendly.
Our room was clean but sparse. Very plain room with no toiletries except for soap and shampoo in pump bottles. I did find someoneâs shower cap hanging from the bathroom door.
The bed was comfortable but didnât sleep very well due to some machine noise outside.
We were disappointed that the breakfast was only until 9am. What hotel ends breakfast so early?
We donât want to wake up early just to eat breakfast. Weirdest thing.
Overall, it was an okay stay. We were just passing through for the night.
If we pass through again, donât think weâd stay again.
Do recommend Willyâs brewery and restaurant in downtown and Black Bear diner for breakfast.
RRosalind CRoom is spacious with a desk and chair, heater is working well, Safeway is right across, fridge and microwave are useful, convenient walkable location to a lot of eateries, Sundial Bridge.
SSaschaNewly opened Holiday Inn Express at the site of the old Ramada, in northern Redding right on I-5.
The newly designed rooms are spacious and comfortably furnished. Everything is spotlessly clean. The indoor pool is a bit small, and unfortunately there is no whirlpool. The WiFi was unstable and stopped working completely late in the evening. Breakfast was of the usual high standard for Holiday Inns, with hot dishes (scrambled eggs, sausages, hash browns), waffles and pancakes to make yourself, as well as bagels and cereal.
SSuk ChingThe location and environment are good, but if you have requirements for cleanliness, don't stay here, because the cleaning is not in place, and the towels and simple cleaning are only changed every three days. The breakfast is not rich, but it is no problem to fill our stomachs. For us just passing by One night stay, there are free parking spaces, cost-effective
GGuest UserGreat customer service, comfortable rooms. The TV in my room does need replaced as the screen for some reason has 3 very noticeable white spots but other then that it was a great stay.
DDr.IELTSSpotless, peaceful, and priced for value. The hotel sits at Reddingâs quiet north endâan easy drive to shops and restaurants, but far enough away to feel like a retreat. The retro âtime-capsuleâ shower delivers hot water instantly and works perfectly, and the generous dresser space makes longer stays effortless. The only negative was the slow wifi. I had to use data for my conference call.
